This study analyzed the relationship between organizational innovative capability and absorptive capacity, market and technology orientations, and their impact on business performance for IT-BPO companies that are required to absorb new technologies from a leading perspective in the digital transformation era. To achieve this, an online specialized research company and offline surveys were conducted on 291 domestic IT-BPO companies, and SPSS 23 was used for descriptive statistics and reliability analysis while AMOS 23 was used for hypothesis testing including validity and mediating effects. The main findings were as follows: First, in the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and Market Orientation Strategic(MOS), learning capability and knowledge network capability were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on MOS. In the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and Technology Orientation Strategic(TOS), R&D capability, potential absorptive capacity, and realized absorptive capacity had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on TOS. Second, in the relationship between innovation and absorptive capabilities and BP, only R&D capability was found to have a significant effect on BP. Third, both market orientation and technology orientation were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on BP. These findings suggest that effective competency factors can be identified according to the market and technology orientations pursued by IT-BPO companies to increase their growth and value creation, and provide implications for developing differentiated competency enhancement strategies based on strategic objectives.

This paper analyzes the price movements and the possibility of delisting by research and development intensity of firm which made technological innovation disclosure in the Korean stock market. The sample consists of firms listed on the KRX which made technological information disclosure between January 2002 and December 2014. The results are summarized as follows. The higher R&D intensity is observed for the delisted firms group. The logit regression result shows that the research and development intensity is a significant predictor of the possibility of delisting. This shows that exposure to the risk of delisting may increase as the proportion and uncertainty of intangible assets in the assets of individual firms increases. This empirical result is expected to serve as a good guide line for the stakeholders.

This paper deals with the world civil helicopter market scope, world market analysis based on the operating fleet ages, preconditions for market entry, and market forecast which are necessary for Korean industry to enter into world market. According to the analysis, the heavy single class demand is rapidly declined. The demand is moving toward the heavier class than that operated now. Korean industry had better have strategic positioning to heavy twin and light medium twin classes. A considerable amount of Korean civil helicopter based on Surion can be sold if there are appropriate efforts for price, specification, marketing strategy and so on.

Currently, the domestic traditional market has not escaped the swamp of stagnation that began in the early 2000s despite various projects promoted by many related players such as the central government and local governments. In order to overcome the crisis faced by the traditional market, various R&Ds have recently been conducted on how to build a smart traditional market that combines information and communication technologies such as big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. This study analyzes various previous studies, users of traditional markets, and application cases of ICT technology in foreign traditional markets since 2012 and proposes a model to build a smart traditional market using ICT technology based on the analysis. The model proposed in this study includes building a traditional market metaverse that can interact with visitors, certifying visits to traditional markets through digital signage with NFC technology, improving accuracy of fire detection functions using IoT and AI technology, developing smartphone apps for market launch information and event notification, and an e-commerce system. If a smart traditional market platform is implemented and operated based on the smart traditional market platform model presented in this study, it will not only draw interest in the traditional market to MZ generation and foreigners, but also contribute to revitalizing the traditional market in the future.

기술의 발전과 함께 경제적 측면에서 전기통신은 사회기반구조의 중추적인 일부로 자리잡고 있으며, 궁극적으로는 전세계적인 단일 통신시장이라는 기치아래 각국의 통신시장 개방요구가 점차 확산되고 있다. 이와 맥을 같이 하여 가장 큰 시장을 형성하는 서비스의 최종이용자 장치 즉 단말장치에 대한 규제가 완화되어가고 있는 등 통신시장은 세계화 추세에 있다. 이의 일환으로 자국의 통신질서 유지를 위해 적용되고 있는 단말장치 형식승인제도에 대해 양국 또는 다국간의 국제적 차원에서 상호 공통으로 적용가능한 상호인증제도를 위한 전략수립에 비중을 두고 활동이 전개되고 있다. 본고는 우리나라 전기통신과 깊은 관계를 유지하고 있는 미국 중심의 북미자유무역협정(NAFTA) 체결국중에서 최근 신전기통신법 통과로 관심을 모으고 있는 캐나다에 대해 인증절차와 인증 기술기준 등을 포함한 형식승인제도 전분야를 분석하고 향후 수립될지 모르는 캐나다와의 상호인증을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 한다.

완전자본시장에서는 기업의 투자활동이 자금조달 방법과 무관하지만, 현실경제에서는 정보비대칭성으로 인해 외부자금 조달이 제약되는 금융제약 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 금융제약 현상은 기업의 규모가 작거나, 업력이 짧을수록, 그리고 하이테크 산업의 기업일수록 심화된다는 것이 일반적인 시각이다. 우리나라 코스닥 시장은 상대적으로 금융제약에 노출되는 기업들이 주로 상장되는 시장으로, 본 연구는 코스닥 상장이 개별 기업의 금융제약을 완화하는데 효과가 있었는지에 대해서 분석하였다. 분석 결과 금융제약 완화효과가 확인되었으며, 이러한 효과가 통합 증권선물거래소(현(現) 한국거래소)가 출범 후 강화된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 투자자 보호 측면의 체질개선이 거래량 및 코스닥 지수 등에는 일부 부정적이었을 수 있으나, 시장 안정화를 통해 기업의 자금조달을 도왔다는 것을 시사한다.

반도체 산업에서 패키지는 반도체 재료 및 공정 분야와 같은 거대한 시장을 형성하는 중요한 분야이다. 소자가 다양해짐에따라 패키지의 형태도 다양해졌고 이에 따르는 패키지 재료 및 공정 분야가 특히 중요한 연구과제로 부상하고 있다. 현재 패키지 형태는 DIP형이 주류를 이루고 있으나 점차 CC형으로 변화 될 전망이며 탑재 기술면에서는 TAB 형태로 발전되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 국내 기술은 자체기술 개발 및 기술제휴를 통하여 시장이 점차 복잡화 다양화 하는 상황에서 기술개발에 전력을 쏟아 리드 프레임의 단일화, 도금기술의 향상으로 가격 절감을 통한 경쟁력 향상을 꾀하고 있다.

This is a study on checklists for technology and market analysis. We show the general Checklist Pool for technology and market analysis to meet various kinds of the purpose and usage of evaluation. This checklist was extracted from the review of 28 checklists for evaluation of technology, market and firm, and now it is used in the Korea Valuation Association. Also, we checked some important points in the technology and market analysis.

21세기에 들어서서 새로운 신에너지원으로 각광을 받는 연료전지는 지구온난화의 영향으로 청정에너지를 더욱더 필요로 하는 에너지를 부상시켰다. 2000년을 기점으로 다양한 연료전지기술들이 다양한 응용분야에 기술개발이 이루어지고 있으며 2004년에는 11,000기 이상의 연료전지제품이 출시되는 등 급속한 발전을 거두고 있다. 특히 연료전지 제품의 시장화에 앞장서고 있는 수송용 연료전지는 차세대자동차의 대체 상품으로 지목받으면서 메이커 중심으로 상용화에 노력을 배가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 연료전지의 전반적인 시장구조를 살펴보고, 특히 수송용 연료전지의 시장과 산업에 관하여 분석하고 틈새시장 진입을 위한 전략을 제시하였다.

The execution of capital market law causes severe competition by promoting restructuring of financial industry. This study analyze efficiency and productivity change of the Korean Non-Life Insurance industry between pre-execution and pre-execution of capital market law using DEA model and Malmquist Index. Additionally, this study finds determinants of efficiency using tobit regression. The main results of this study can by summarized as follows. First, the efficiency with post-execution was increased comparing with pre-execution of capital market law significantly. Second, the productivity with post-execution was increased comparing with pre-execution of capital market law significantly. Third, significant determinants of technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency are weight of life planner. operation rate of assets respectively. And significant determinant of scale efficiency are firm size, operation rate of assets, weight of life planner.
