Technology readiness assessment is a procedure for managing defense project risk factors based on the preemptive identification of technical risks. Under current regulations, technology readiness is determined based on considerations of the ratings of factors itemized on a checklist, whether unsatisfied factors have a fatal impact on the project, and whether countermeasures for unsatisfied factors have been established. However, objective criteria for assessing the impact of unsatisfied factors have not been presented, and thus, at present, the results of technology readiness level determinations are largely subjective. In addition, the importance of questions on the checklist is dependent on individual project characteristics and this is not considered during the assessment process. In this paper, we propose an improved technology readiness assessment procedure that considers the characteristics of each project. Using the proposed procedure, we quantitatively determined the importance of each checklist item using a weighting method. We found the devised procedure improved the reliability and objectivity of technology readiness assessment results. A case analysis of a complex weapons system is presented to demonstrate these improvements.

본 연구에서는 창업 성장단계별 특허분석 요인들의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하였고, 구체적으로 창업준비기, 창업기, 성장기, 성숙기 창업 성장단계 기준으로 구분하여 가장 먼저 선행되어야 할 특허분석 요인을 AHP기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 창업준비기(.633), 창업기(.231), 성장기/성숙기(0.136) 순으로 나타났다. 상위요인인 창업준비기의 하위요인 중요도는 환경분석(.593), 특허조사(.236), 특허분석(.171) 순으로 분석되었다. 창업기의 하위요인 중요도는 사업화전략(.415), R&D전략(.333), 보완출원전략(.138), 보유특허분석(.114) 순이고, 성장기/성숙기 하위요인 중요도는 후속IP창출(.337), 핵심특허 대응전략(.260), 후속R&D방향제시(.183), 특허인프라구축(.137), 라이센싱(매입)전략(.083) 순으로 나타났다. 전체 복합신뢰도 상위권 중요도 순위로는 1위 환경분석, 2위 특허조사, 3위 특허분석, 4위 사업화전략, 5위 R&D전략, 6위 후속 IP창출 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 창업을 준비하는 창업자에게 특허와 관련하여 단계별 집중해야 하는 요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하고 더 생산적이고 효율적인 일들에 집중할 수 있는 가이드가 되기를 바란다.

TRL has a direct impact on development schedule and cost in the system or technology development projects. If TRL capability of development organization for specified CTEs can be accurately assessed and the impact of TRL on development schedule and cost are analyzed as detailed as possible, the risk of development schedule delay and cost increase can be minimized during the development process. This paper describes analysis results of TRL impact on development schedule and cost in the aerospace project. The development schedule and cost change are quantitatively estimated for the TRL improvement in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) system development program.

In this study, we analyze how the difficulties of e-learning firms' management affect to the maturity of the practical use of e-learning research & development (R&D) policies. And we explore the method that can enhance the effectiveness of policy. In the pursuit of this purpose, we use the 2012 South Korea e-learning industry survey data. Using variables of recognition of policy, experience of policy, and intention to use of policy, we find the maturity model of six stages. And we analyze the impact of the difficulties of operation, technology development, marketing to the maturity model. As a result, the more e-learning firms have problems of fund management and technology commercialization, they are located the higher maturity of the use of policy. Based on the results of these studies, we discuss the implication for how can enhance the effectiveness of policies.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.

본 연구는 IOS를 실현시키는 최근 정보기술 중 EDI를 대상으로 하여 국내 기업의조직적 특성과 기업이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도가 ISO의 확산에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 IOS확산에 영향을 미치는 변수로 조직규모, 조직 업종, 분권화, 공식화 등의 조직적 특성변수와 조직이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도 변수를 선장하여 각 변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향과 독립변수간의 상호작용에 의해 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

The purpose of this paper was to empirically verify the effect of nail list maturity on work performance and customer orientation, and analyzed 300 adult female nail beauty workers (nailists) working at nail salons across the country. As a result of investigating the research hypothesis, it was found that the maturity of the nail list had a significant effect on work performance, and the maturity of the nail list had a significant effect on customer orientation. Given the increasing number of novice nail artists, it is inferred that the maturity of a nail artist can directly manifest in procedural outcomes and revenue aspects. Consequently, strategies to enhance the maturity of nail artists are expected to profoundly influence customer orientation and job performance. There was a scarcity of prior research discussing maturity from the perspective of nail beauty or other beauty fields (skin, hair, etc.), which posed challenges in our discourse. We anticipate in-depmore th follow-up research in the future.

The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development.

Enterprises accomplish their missions through obtaining and managing information. For effective security of enterprises, information security management systems and information security policy owing clear goals should be firmly established. This study analyzes factors influencing maturity of information security policy and gives important hints to execute information security policy.

본 연구는 전자무역을 혁신수용의 관점에서 기술하고 있다. 관련 문헌의 고찰을 통해 천자무역 특성요인과 수용자(무역업체) 특성요인을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형의 개발 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설은 인터넷리서치를 통해 수집된 자료를 다중회귀분석기법을 이용하여 검정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전자무역의 특성변수들(지각된 유용성/편의성/위험성)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성이 높을수록 전자무역 수용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신 수용자로서 무역업체의 특성변수들(혁신성향, 정보인프라 성숙도)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 혁신성향과 정보인프라 성축도 모두 전자무역 수용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 혁신성향이 높을수록 그리고 정보인프라가 성숙된 업체일수록 전자무역 수용도가 높게 나타난다는 일반적인 견해와 일치되는 결과이다. 셋째, 두 특성변수들(전자무역 특성, 무역업체 특성)간의 상황적 관계에서는 혁신성향이 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 천자무역 수용(현재 활용정도와 지속적 이용의도)을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 전자무역을 통한 수출입 경험여부에 따른 전자무역의 향후 이용의도와의 관계를 분석한 결과 무경험업체의 경우는, 혁신성향이 높고 정보인프라가 성숙된 무역업체일수록 향후 이용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 낮게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 유경험업체의 경우는 전자무역에 대한 향후 이용의도가 높은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 오히려 부정적으로 평가하는 경향이 드러났는데, 이러한 현상은 유경험업체가 인식하는 편의성에 대한 기대수준이 무경험업체에 비해 높기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향이 높은 무역 업체가 향후 전자무역을 지속적으로 이용하기 위해서는 전자무역의 편의성을 더 높게 요구하는 것으로 나타냈다. 전자무역의 수용도를 높이기 위해서는 전자무역의 특성요인들에 대한 잠재적 수용자의 태도변화를 파악하는 것도 중요하지만, 수용자 집단의 특성에 맞는 상황적 전략수립이 동시에 필요하다. 그러한 의미에서 본 논문은 전자무역 수용 촉진 전략을 수용자 집단의 특성별로 그리고 상황적으로 수립할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
