Smart Factory is different from existing factory automation in that it aims to produce personalized products with minimum time and cost through ICT. However, previous researches, not from consumers but from product suppliers, have focused on technology trends and technology application methods. In order for Smart Factory to be successful, it must go beyond supplier-focus to meet the needs of consumers. In this study, we surveyed the purchase intention of the personalized product manufactured by smart factory. Influencing factors of purchase intention were drawn as consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, need for touch, and privacy concern, based on previous research. As results of data analysis, it was confirmed that respondents were willing to purchase personalized products, and that consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, and need for touch had a significant impact on purchase intention of personalized products. Our findings can be summarized as follows. First, Consumers' need for uniqueness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.168$) on purchase intention of personalized products. The desire to differentiate themselves from others will be reflected in their personalized products. Therefore, consumers with a higher desire for uniqueness tend to be more willing to purchase personalized products. Second, consumer innovativeness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.233$) on purchase intention of personalized products. Personalized shoes suggested in this study is a new type of personalized product that is manufactured by the latest information and communication technologies such as multi-function robots and 3D printing. Therefore, consumers seeking innovative new experiences are more willing to purchase personalized products. Third, need for touch was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.299$) on purchase intention of personalized products. In a smart factory environment, prosuming participation is given to consumers. If consumers participate in the product development process and reflect their requirements on the product, they are expected to increase their purchase intention by virtually satisfying the need for touch. Fourth, privacy concern was found to have no significantly related to purchase intention of personalized products. This is interpreted as a willingness to tolerate the risk of exposing personal information such as home address, telephone number, body size, and preference for consumers who feel highly useful in personalized products.
Since the advent of 3D and UHD contents, demand for high-quality panoramic images has been increasing. The UWV(Ultra-Wide Viewing) service uses a wider viewing angle than conventional panoramas to provide a lively experience for users and enhance their understanding of the event. In this paper, we propose a spatial adjacency map generation method and an UWV file storage format technology to provide UWV service. The spatial adjacency map measures the similarity between images and generate the position information of the images based on similarity. And the stitching time of the image can be shortened through the generated position information. Through the spatial adjacency map, we generate the large screen content quickly. The UWV file format which is based on ISOBMFF process spatial adjacency map and videos and support random access. In this paper, we design the UWV player to verify the spatial adjacency map and UWV file format and show the result of experiments.

Recently, the importance of citizen participation is increasingly emphasized to build smart cities successfully and the Living Lab, an open innovation platform led by users, is taking center stage as a means of realizing it. Accordingly, this study aims to establish the plans for popularizing living labs that provide innovative environments for domestic smart cities. To this end, first of all, political trends related to domestic smart cities' living labs were analyzed, and then, individual characteristics and development processes of the relevant cases were investigated. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with the experts of specialized agencies from Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark, etc. which are considered as leading countries in smart cities' living labs. As a result, in order to popularize living labs in domestic smart cities, the following policies were proposed; establishing support systems for commercialization and dissemination, building intermediary support organizations, improvement of laws and institutions, establishing the joint response systems with neighboring areas, etc.
While an information system and administration for an application that a user contacts with raise a head by an important problem, a system approach and methodology for administration are mentioned. Authentication technology of various configuration is used, but non-efficiency by complicated authentication administration and operation inappropriate use are for a successful expansion of various and new business of wire/wireless environment. In addition, under the mobile computer environment with different authentic method each other, it is difficult at all to expect flexible and continuous service. Under the ubiquitous computing environment, It is very important thing plan to research and develop compatibility and the side of variance authentication plan that preservation characteristics are helped. Hereby, This paper look around an requirement items and authority mechanism for the administration and the operation mechanism of the distributed authentication considering expansion possibility of the ubiquitous computing environment not only fixed computing environment but also mobile computing. In future, we expect it by can guide positive participation about distributed authentication technique of the genuine ubiquitous environment.
New platform governments will play a role to pull intelligent information technology to drive new ecological government innovation and sustainable development in which the government and people work together.
