This paper describes effectiveness of accident reduction on vehicles equipped with AEB using accident data occurring in Korea. During the statistical period, we used the number of vehicles which are covered by auto insurance and the number of accidents. To maximize the reduction effect of accidents caused by the driver's carelessness, the analysis was limited to Physical Damage Coverage that covers the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged vehicle caused by the driver's fault. Due to Personal Information Protection Law, it was not capable of comparing the same vehicle using Vehicle Identification Number in this study. Instead of that, we used it as a similar vehicle, so there are limits to the comparison and analysis results. As a result of this study, we have found that the effect of reducing accidents was different depending on the vehicle class, but it was generally concluded that the number of accidents decreased when the vehicle was equipped with an AEB system. Domestic research on the AEB effect of reducing accidents is not active yet. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to analyze the effects according to various conditions such as driver's age, occupation and gender as well as expanding the study models in the future.

In order to draw some strategic implications for the sustainable growth of emerging technologies this paper attempts to dynamics underlying the 'hype cycle' ever occurring in course of coevolution of technology and society. Particularly, a series of basic questions in the context of sustainability are explored to answer by simulating the hype system structure: What makes hype cycle occur? how to enhance the tapering level at the final stage of coevolution? what are the key policy leverages and when is the right time for the policy intervention? This study perhaps give some insights not necessarily to the academics but also to the practitioners and policy makers.

전력시스템에 IT를 결합한 스마트그리드에 대한 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 스마트그리드 중 전력시스템의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 전력시스템 제어센터 간 통신을 담당하는 것이 ICCP 프로토콜이며, 주로 중앙급전소와 지역급전소간의 전력망 정보들을 교환하는데 사용되고 있다. 이 프로토콜은 단지 전력망의 정보교환 뿐 아니라 전력기기제어 기능도 가지고 있다. ICCP 프로토콜은 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 기반으로 동작하기 때문에 잠재적으로 다양한 형태의 사이버 공격이 가능하다. 또한 이 프로토콜을 사용하는 중앙급전소의 경우 주요 국가기반시설로써 사이버테러에 더욱더 공고한 대응체계를 갖추어야 할 필요가 있다. 현재 ICCP 프로토콜을 사용하는 통신 구간은 일반적으로 외부 네트워크와 분리되어 그 안전성을 담보하고 있지만, 네트워크 분리를 통한 보안성 향상 기법이 체계적인 관리와 함께 수반되지 않으면 인적 취약성이나 새로운 형태의 모바일 기기를 통한 물리적 취약성에 지속적으로 노출 될 수 있는 잠재적 위험을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 보안 사고의 잠재적 발생 가능성으로 인해 외부네트워크와 분리된 제어센터들도 향후 더욱더 높은 수준의 보안 기술을 적용할 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력 제어센터 사이에서 사용되고 있는 ICCP 프로토콜의 사이버 보안 현황에 대해 살펴보고 해당 프로토콜의 보안 위험성과 이에 대한 대응방안을 고찰한다.

The S.G. Policy form contains the words "the good ship or vessel called the.....". The words "good ship" mean that the ship is deemed to be seaworthy at the commencement of the voyage and this was very necessary in the day when a separate policy was issued for each voyage. In fact the warranty do seaworthiness still applies to all voyage policies. Nevertheless, the law does not apply an absolute warranty of seaworthiness to a time policy, so a ship is not required to be seaworthy at the time the hull policy is effected. The implied warranty of seaworthiness does not extend to good, for the underwriter is not responsible for their condition, apart fro the action of the perils insured against. The implied warranty of seaworthiness is limited to the vessel herself, and does not extend to a lighter or other craft used to convey the goods to the ship. The underwriters waive any breach of the implied warranties of the seaworthiness of the ship and fitness of the ship to carry the subject-matter insured to destination, unless the assured or their servants are privy to such unseaworthiness of unfitness.

우리나라의 명실상부한 최고 휴양지. 외국인들이 가장 찾고 싶어하는 곳. 바로 제주도를 이르는 말이다. 제주도는 지난 11월 12일 '뉴세븐원더스(New7wonders)'에 의해 '세계 7대 자연경관'으로 선정됐다. 이를 통해 제주도는 우리나라 국민들은 물론, 전세계인들에게 관광지 및 자연유산의 산실로 더욱 큰 사랑을 받을 것으로 전망된다. 최근 이곳에 아주 의미있는 건물이 들어서고 있다. 바로 제주세계자연유산센터다. 제주의 관광을 상징하고 국제적 위상에 걸 맞는 탐방인프라를 구축하고자 추진해 온 세계자연유산센터는 지난해 8월 착공에 들어가 내년 6월에 준공될 계획에 있다. 이 센터는 제주 자연유산의 관리 및 보전을 위한 연구와 모니터링 활동을 하게 된다. 쉽게 말해 제주도의 모든 자연 문화적 유산을 이 제주세계자연유산센터에서 통괄적으로 관리, 운영하게 되는 것이다. 이렇게 사회적으로 큰 의미가 있는 제주세계자연유산센터가 만약 안전하지 못하다면? 안전이 확보되지 않는 공정과 시민들의 안전을 담보지 못하는 시설이라면, 전세계인은 물론 지역민, 국내관광객 모두에게 외면 받을 수 밖에 없다. 때문에 이곳 건설현장은 '안전'을 최고의 가치로 여기며 공사를 진행하고 있다. 제주도를 찾는 국내외 관광객들의 쉼터이자 길라잡이 역할을 하게 될 제주세계자연유산센터가 안전하게 만들어지는 과정을 한 번 들여다 봤다.

최근 일본에서는 ESCO사업에 PFI법을 새로이 적용하고 있다. 성과배분제, 성과보증제에 이어 이 제도를 적용할 경우, 국가 및 공공기관을 대상으로 하는 ESCO사업의 확대 및 자금조달이 한층 유리해질 전망이다. 지난 99년 제정된 PFI(Private Finance Initiative)법(민간자금 등의 활용에 의한 공공시설 등의 정비 등의 촉진에 관한 법률)에 근거한 사업은 ''공공시설 등''에 있어서 건설, 유지관리 운영 등을 민간의 자금, 경영능력 및 기술적 능력을 활용하는 사업방법으로 사업 전체의 리스크관리가 효율적으로 행해지는 것과 설게$\cdot$시공$\cdot$유지관리$\cdot$운영의 전부 또는 일부를 일체적으로 취급하는 것에 의해 사업비용의 절감이 기대되며 질 높은 서비스의 제공이 가능한 제도이다. 이것과 매우 유사한 개념을 가지고 있는 것이 성과보증제에 의한 ESCO사업이다. 민간사업자인 ESCO사업자가 자금을 조달하고 에너지절약 개수공사에 따른 설계$\cdot$시공$\cdot$, 운전$\cdot$유지관리, 계측$\cdot$검증, 에너지절감 보증 등의 서비스를 제공하며, 광열수도비 및 운전$\cdot$유지관리비의 절감분으로 모든 투자와 ESCO사업자의 경비를 지불한다. 또 에너지절감 및 공공의 이익보증을 포함한 퍼포먼스계약이라고 하는 형태를 취하는 것으로 공공 이익의 최대화를 도모함과 동시에 금융기관의 투자 리스크에 관한 우려를 회피할 수도 있다. 또 PFI법 특유의 법제상, 재정상의 조치와 재정상 및 금융상의 지원이라는 배려에 있다. 예를 들면, 국고채무부담행위의 설정, 행정재산 사용료의 무상화 또는 감면, 프로젝트 파이낸싱 등에 의한 자금조달을 고려할 경우에 있어서 담보권의 설정 등에 관한 제도를 합리적으로 정비하는 것이 가능하게 된다. 그 내용의 대강을 살펴본다.

우리나라 중소기업을 '9988'이라는 숫자에 대입해 비유하기도 한다. 기업 숫자로 보면 전체기업의 99%가 중소기업이고, 전체 근로자의 약 88%가 중소기업에 종사하고 있다(중소기업 중앙회, 2015년 중소기업위상지표, 2015. 5)는 의미이다. 하지만 대부분의 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 취약한 재무구조, 기술 또는 인적 경쟁력을 확보하지 못함으로써 발생되는 생산성 저하, 비효율적 업무처리 방식에 기인한 고비용, 저효율의 구조적 문제를 지니고 있다. 더욱이 21세기 시장경제 흐름에 따른 환경변화에 빠르게 대처하지 못하는 현실이 앞으로의 미래를 더 암울하게 바라보는 이유이기도 하다. 중소기업은 이러한 구조적 문제 외에 창업주나 CEO 관련된 인적 리스크에도 미래를 담보할 수 없으며, 지속가능 경영을 할 수도 없다. 특히 회사가 어려움에 봉착했을 때 중소기업의 구성원들은 소진(Burnout, 번아웃)을 경험하게 되며, 이를 업무와 관련해서는 직무소진이라 말한다. 직무만족을 저하시키는 이 직무소진은 개인에게 부정적 개념을 가지게 하여 직무수행 능력을 저하시키며, 개인적 측면에서도 신체적, 심리적으로 부정적 영향을 미치게 한다. 본 연구는 긍정심리자본이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관해 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 긍정심리자본이 중소기업 구성원의 직무소진에 긍정적 영향을 끼쳐 회사의 성장과 번영을 위한 조직유효성을 이끌어 낼 수 있다고 보기 때문이다. 이 연구는 중소기업 구성원의 긍정심리자본을 높여 직무소진을 줄이게 함으로써 향후 지속가능한 경영을 달성하게 만드는 단초가 될 것으로 본다.

Fingers are body parts with a complex structure and essential functions that are the most prone to trauma. The principle of treatment for finger fractures is to determine the balance between obtaining stable fracture fixation and early joint movement. Despite proper treatment, there are many cases of functional and cosmetic problems caused by stiffness or deformation as complications. This review article introduces the latest knowledge in the treatment of finger fractures focusing on fractures and dislocations around the interphalangeal joints, including joint surface damage, which is difficult to treat and leads to poor results. This article consists of fracture cases and describes the methods and solutions to address these complications.

Sport industry creates value-added by production and distribution of product or service related with sports or sports. Because this industry shows promise in becoming a major industry area, the government is making an effort to bring up or develop it. The financing to firms of sport industry area(sporting goods industry, sport facility industry, sport service industry) with low interest rate and long-term repayment period on the basis of sports promotion fund is excellent scheme to promote sport industry. Nevertheless, Because many people indicate operational inefficiency of it, it is necessary to check operational efficiency through investigation for loan system of sports promotion fund. The purposes of this paper are to present some directions for the improvement of efficiency by the analysis to public loan system using funds of other government organization and to the current status of loan system of sports promotion fund. The result of this study are as follows. First, we propose enlargement of loan size and range. Second, it is necessary to use mortgages loan to technology in case of sporting goods industry and sport service industry. Third, we suggest the mitigation of loan disproportion and flexible application among loam amount of sport industry areas. Fourth, we suggest the construction of loan practical committee. Finally we propose the establishment of selection criteria to firms and ex-post evaluation system related with loan system of sports promotion fund.

The demand for food safety has emerged as a major social issue due to changes in diet patterns and consumers' perceptions, along with the advancements in society and the development of the food industry. Consumers are demanding more information about the food they consume, and are sensitive to food scandals. With such interest in food safety, blockchain technology is attracting attention as a means of effectively responding to poor food management resulting in food fraud or unsafe distribution. By ensuring the accuracy of, and trust in, traceability in the food supply chain, it is possible to build trust between traders and to ensure safe food distribution. This paper proposes a next-generation agri-food distribution system that can provide and manage (for suppliers, consumers, and distribution officials) a variety of agri-food information, such as the history, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness of food. Information on product status and distribution status in all processes, including production, processing, distribution, sales, and consumption, can be monitored and controlled in real time (anytime, anywhere), and users can check the safety level of each type of food in real time through an app.
