Artificial Intelligence-Based High School Course and University Major Recommendation System for Course-Related Career Exploration (교과 연계 진로 탐색을 위한 인공지능 기반 고교 선택교과 및 대학 학과 추천 시스템)

  • Recent advances in the 4th Industrial Revolution have accelerated the change of the working environment, such that the paradigm of education has been shifted in accordance with career education including the free semester system and the high school credit system. While the purpose of those systems is students' self-motivated career exploration, educational limitations for teachers and students exist due to the rapid change of the information on education. Also, education technology research to tackle these limitations is relatively insufficient. To this end, this study first defines three requirements that education technologies for the career education system should consider. Then, through data-driven artificial intelligence technology, this study proposes a data system and an artificial intelligence recommendation model that incorporates the topics for career exploration, courses, and majors in one scheme. Finally, this study demonstrates that the set-based artificial intelligence model shows satisfactory performances on recommending career education contents such as courses and majors, and further confirms that the actual application of this system in the educational field is acceptable.

  • In this paper, we proposed efficient forwarding path computing method using Context-Awareness Mobility Prediction Model. Context-Awareness Mobility Prediction Model is storing and classifying node's previous velocity and direction according to time in the hierarchical cluster structure. To overcome environment which node-to-node connection is broken off easily, the proposed algorithm calculate the connectivity formed matrix structure by comparing predicted velocity and direction, and use masking operation for selecting relay moving to destination. The proposed algorithm identified to show short delay by utilizing forwarding path which is continue node-to-node connection in the unstable situation.

  • A particular matter prediction model was designed using a deep learning algorithm to solve the problem of particular matter forecast with subjective judgment applied. RNN and LSTM were used among deep learning algorithms, and it was designed by applying optimal parameters by proceeding with hyperparametric navigation. The predicted performance of the two models was evaluated through RMSE and predicted accuracy. The performance assessment confirmed that there was no significant difference between the RMSE and accuracy, but there was a difference in the detailed forecast accuracy.

  • When predicting the concentration of fine dust using deep learning, there is a problem that the characteristics of a high concentration of 81㎍/m3 or more are not well reflected in the prediction model. In this paper, a comparison through predictive performance was conducted to confirm the results of reflecting the characteristics of fine dust in the high concentration area according to the deep learning algorithm. As a result of performance evaluation, overall, similar levels of results were shown, but the RNN model showed higher accuracy than other models at concentrations of "very bad" based on AQI. This confirmed that the RNN algorithm reflected the characteristics of the high concentration better than the DNN and LSTM algorithms.

  • ChatGPT, an interactive artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by Open AI in the U.S., gaining popularity with great repercussions around the world. Some academia are concerned that ChatGPT can be used by students for plagiarism, but ChatGPT is also widely used in a positive direction, such as being used to write marketing phrases or website phrases. There is also an opinion that ChatGPT could be a new future for "search," and some analysts say that the focus should be on fostering rather than excessive regulation. This study analyzed consciousness about ChatGPT for college students through a survey of their perception of ChatGPT. And, plagiarism inspection systems were prepared to establish an education support model using ChatGPT and ChatGPT. Based on this, a university education support model using ChatGPT was constructed. The education model using ChatGPT established an education model based on text, digital, and art, and then composed of detailed strategies necessary for the era of the 4th industrial revolution below it. In addition, it was configured to guide students to use ChatGPT within the permitted range by using the ChatGPT detection function provided by the plagiarism inspection system, after the instructor of the class determined the allowable range of content generated by ChatGPT according to the learning goal. By linking and utilizing ChatGPT and the plagiarism inspection system in this way, it is expected to prevent situations in which ChatGPT's excellent ability is abused in education.

  • The quality of CAD models affects the efficiency of the product development process. However, it seems that CAD modeling education in colleges simply focuses on the creation of CAD models without considering the quality or the applicability of the models. In this paper, we propose educational modeling approaches to help improve the quality and applicability of CAD models. These methods teach students to create models that include a rich set of information, facilitate downstream applications, and are precisely made with the fewest operations. A survey was carried out with students to validate these approaches.

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the intervention model, intervention settings, intervention time, factors influencing selection of intervention model, relationship between intervention model and areas which supporting center for special education based occupational therapist was using. Study data were provided by 46 therapy supporting service professionals through e-mail and analyzed. The findings indicated that first, the therapy supporting service professionals often employed a direct therapy(individual) focusing on performance component of child. Second, they believed that direct therapy is most effective in improving children's performance and raising awareness of the importance of occupational therapy. Third, when choose intervention model, they took into consideration the child's performance components deficits and mind of team chief. Fourth, no correlation between the application time and the perception of effectiveness of intervention model. Also didn't find correlation between applying time of intervention model and intervention area. When putting the various research result together, the model school-based occupational therapists using was similar to medical model. Therefore it is need a study to develop effective intervention model and apply it in school environment.

  • In this paper, Experience Sensitive Cumulative Neural Network (ESCNN) is introduced, which can cumulate the same or similar experiences. As the same or similar training patterns are cumulated in the network, the system recognizes more important information in the training patterns. The functions of forgetting less important information and attending more important information resided in the training patterns are surveyed and implemented by simulations. The system behaves well under the noisy circumstances due to its forgetting and/or attending properties, even in 50 percents noisy environments. This paper also describes the creation of the generalized patterns for the input training patterns.

  • Teaching and learning research is essential to prepare for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. We must strengthen the creative educational capabilities of prospective teachers by improving the curriculum and teaching-learning model of teacher training colleges. Future education should foster creative thinking based on communication and collaboration. In this study, we improved the future teaching and learning model and applied it to actual classes. In addition, we verified the effectiveness by conducting pre- and post-surveys on the capabilities of future creative teachers. The survey consists of common satisfaction questions and questions about future creative teacher capabilities. As a result of the analysis, we confirmed that the capacity of future creative teachers increased.

Development of a Course Curriculum for Technology Information Special Search Man-power (기술정보 전문 검색 인력 양성을 위한 교과 과정모델 개발)

  • Changing from the industrial society to the knowledge based society, all industrial companies have faced the need of technology information management which is a knowledge of searching, gathering and analyzing technology information promptly and correctly to apply to their activities. Especially the research institutions in medium and smaller sized enterprises need the technology information management deeply because they have difficulty to find what is done or what is being done in which is related with their working. In spite of the importance of technology information is widespread, there is no course of academic study in korea to bring up the specialist dealing with technology information effectively. As the answer in this situation this paper is going to present and develop course curriculum for technology information special search man-power ; a course of study to bring up search man-power who have expert knowledge. The model of Course Curriculum which is developed in this paper will serve to make the searching expert of technology information in korea.
