This study proposed a breakdown structure for maintenance and management technologies under the concept of comprehensive asset management at the life cycle level of infrastructure based on benchmarking with other developed countries. For this purpose, a comparative case study was performed to review and analyze the existing definitions and hierarchies for infrastructure maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation (MR&R) systems under major industrialized countries and South Korea. In accordance with the ratio of maintenance costs to GDP, the U.S., U.K, and Japan were selected to review their systems. The classifications and definitions of MR&R technologies under the laws were analyzed. The result showed that most developed countries differentiate maintenance and repair from improvement and constitute a system centered on preventive maintenance activities. On the other hand, Korea's system for facility management is not definitely classified and still focused on reactive structures, which need to be improved. In this study, as proposed, a breakdown structure established the concept of Maintenance and Management, Maintenance & Repair, and Performance Improvement. Consequently, this study could be used as the basis for the implementation of preventive MR&R activities and reasonable resource allocations from an asset management point of view.

This study provides the theoretical basis for the self-management of a sports center based on the core competence and technology of the future. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in the influence of self-management on the future core competencies, interpersonal management, training management, and physical management, the factors of self-management have a significant influence on cognitive, affective, and social factors of future core competence. Second, in the influence of self-management on the social skill scale, interpersonal management, training management, and physical management factors of self-management have a significant influence on the self-assertion, self-control, and cooperation of the social technology scale. Third, cognitive, affective, and social factors of the future core competence have a significant influence on the self-assertion, self-control, and cooperation of the social skill scale in the influence of the future core competence on the social skill scale. To improve the self-management and social skills of leaders by maintaining good relationships with the members including fellow instructors, it is essential to take appropriate measures for self-management behaviors considering the individual characteristics and environments of leaders; it appears that effort is important.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 신동호)가 지난 해 9월 22일부터 12월 16일까지 총 11주간 진행한 제22기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신 교육 결과, 총 64명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제22기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 배정경 대진기계공업(주) 기술부 부장이 총점 1백점 만점에 95.8점을 획득, 최고 성적 우수자로 선정됐으며 최국진 새한프라택(주) 기술연구소 대리가 93.8점으로 2등으로 수료했다. 또한 김정애 롯데중앙연구소 포장연구팀 연구원과 정성태 유한킴벌리(주) R&E 수석부장이 92.7점으로 3등으로 수료했다. 본 고에서는 제22기 포장기술관리사 우수성적수료자들의 통신교육에 대한 견해를 살펴보도록 한다.

본 고에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 실현하기 위한 차세대 서비스 인프라 구축 관리 기술에 대하여 살펴본다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 실현하기 위해서는 방대한 양의 정보를 효율적으로 처리하여 어떠한 상황에서도 사용자들에게 일정한 수준의 고품질 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 인프라의 구축 관리 기술이 필수적이다. 즉, 서비스나 단말 기기의 특성에 상관없이 언제 어디서나 어떤 사용자들에게도 고품질의 맞춤형 서비스를 투명하게 제공할 수 있는 가상의 서비스 인프라 혹은 서비스 전달 망을 구축 관리할수 있어야 한다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 다른 기반 기술인 상황 인지 컴퓨팅 기술 그리고 디지털 홈 기술이 이러한 서비스 인프라 구축 관리 기술과 연계될 때 비로소 진정한 의미의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

This is an overview of KINITI-LIS(Library Information System). KINITI-LIS has been developed using IBM 3090/150 E by KINITI staffs. Subsystems of KINITI-LIS are as follows ; acquisition system, cataloging system, retrieval system, circulation system, serials control system.

현재의 전자상거래는 일부의 예외들을 제외하고는 하드웨어가 전자상거래의 주요 대상이 되고 있으며 따라서 가장 중요한 수익성의 결정 요소인 효율적인 물류 처리를 위해 많은 노력을 하고있다. 하드웨어의 물류 이동을 수반하지 않는 디지털 상품은 매우 좋은 전자 상거래 대상이 될 수 있으나 오히려 불법 복제 문제 때문에 아직은 전자상거래의 기피 대상이 되고 있다. 전자상거래의 기반 기술인 공개키 암호화 기술의 정착은 디지털 상품의 온라인 유통에도 전혀 새로운 환경을 제공하고 디지털 상품의 유통에 있어 가장 커다란 문제인 사용권 관리 기술에도 커다란 기술적 진전을 가져오게 되어 일반적인 상식과는 달리 사용권관리, 불법 복제 방지는 이제 쉽게 해결될 수 있는 문제가 되었다. 이 논문은 온라인 유통에 적용될 수 있는 디지털 상품들의 특징을 설명하고 이들의 온라인 유통에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있는 동적 사용권 관리 기술에 대해 논의하였다. 이 사용권 관리 기술은 이미 실제 유통 시스템에 잘 적용되고 있어 실례를 통해 그 의미를 살펴보았다.

해양 4차 산업 도래에 맞춰 기존 항로표지 역할에 ICT 기술을 융합하여 근거리에서 통신을 활용하여 항로표지의 점검 및 관리시스템 개발의 요구가 있다. 항로표지 점검 시 관리자들의 편의와 점검을 위하여 선박 접안 사고 예방 등 근거리 통신을 적용한 장비 점검 시스템 개발이 필요하다.. 본 논문에서는 현황 분석을 통하여 근거리 점검 시스템 설계 방향을 제시하였다. 다양한 분야에서 무선 통신을 활용한 점검 및 모니터링 기술을 분석하여 시스템 구성 방향을 제시하였고, 현재 운영중인 항로표지 관리운영 시스템을 분석하여 점검을 위하여 표출할 정보를 검토하였다. 향후 설계 방향을 바탕으로 시스템을 개발하고 성능 평가를 수행할 예정이며, 관리의 편의를 위하여 정보협력센터에 제공할 이력 정보를 검토할 예정이다.

The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.

IEEE 802.11 무선랜 기술은 가장 성공한 무선 통신 기술 중 하나이다. 주로 가정이나 사무실, 공공 장소에서 소규모 무선 네트워크를 형성하여 무선 인터넷 환경을 제공한다 고속통신이 가능하며 사용자의 이동성을 함께 제공하는 무선 통신 기술에 대한 요구가 증가하면서 새로운 기술 표준도 함께 도입되었다. 이에 따라 IEEE 802.11 무선랜은 크고 복잡한 형태로 발전하고 있으며, 이에 상응하는 무선랜 환경을 관리하기 위한 기술 표준이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 요구를 충족하기 위해서 IEEE 802.11v Task Group (TG)이 발족하여 새로운 기술 표준을 만들고 있다. 본고는 현재 진행중인 IEEE 802.11v TG에서 발행한 초안을 바탕으로 무선네트워크 관리 기술에 대한 내용을 소개한다.

최근 신도시를 중심으로 추진 중인 U-City 사업과 함께 도시시설물 관리분야에 정보기술의 활용이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 복잡, 다양해지고 있는 도시시설물의 효율적이며 지능적인 관리를 위하여 다수의 도시시설물들을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합관리 플랫폼에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 개별적인 도시시설물 관리가 가지는 주요 문제점들을 살펴보고 이를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 도시시설물 통합관리 방안을 제시하였으며, 아울러 통합관리 플랫폼의 개념을 구조와 핵심 기능을 중심으로 설명하였다. 최신 공간정보기술과 상황인지기술을 기반으로 한 통합관리 플랫폼은 도시공간정보와 센서정보를 통합적으로 관리하고 다양한 도시 상황을 지능적으로 처리함으로써 관리 비용절감과 함께 관리자의 신속한 의사결정을 가능케 한다.
