This paper analyzes the implementation of a Knowledge Management System, which helps an organization to share information. Beginning with an overview of the theoretical concepts and types of Knowledge Management System, this paper goes on to describe related information technologies in detail. This paper then proceeds to evaluate the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy's (KIEP) Research Management System as a model, analyzing the purpose, system framework and operation. This study then concludes that in general existing information technologies are sufficient for an organization to build an efficient Knowledge Management System. However, the majority of individuals are currently not fully aware of the importance of sharing individual knowledge and information throughout an organization. Until this reluctance and ignorance is overcome the process of expanding the Knowledge Management System will be a slow and arduous endeavor.

본 논문에서는 교육정보공유체제를 위한 토 관리시스템을 위하여 요구되는 표준화 및 기술개발 동향, 국내외 환경, 그리고 사용 시나리오를 분석하고, 교육정보공유체제를 위한 ID 관리 시스템을 위한 소요 보안 핵심 기술과 시스템 요구사항을 제시한다. 본 고의 결과는 안전한 교육정보공유체제를 위한 ID 관리 시스템 설계 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

With the spread of technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution, the defense industry in South Korea is getting developed into an industrial structure in which high-tech technologies are concentrated. As the importance of defense technology has gradually increased, the government has enacted the Defense Technology Security Act and required to build a protection system for institutions that possess or manage defense technology. In order for the target institution to introduce a protection system, it is necessary to identify the defense technologies that are protected and to ensure systematic data management. In order to cope with this, we derived master data items for data management and analyzed the implementation types of defense technology master data system suitable for the defense industry environments. The derived method identified the defense technology master data, such as primary and secondary master data, and through AHP analysis, Co-existence type was suitable as the target model for the master data management system. We expect that stronger defense technology security policy will be implemented through the defense technology MDM system.

인터넷의 확산과 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래함에 따라, 사용자가 관리해야 하는 digital 형태의 identity 정보가 기하 급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 이러한 identity 정보는 서비스 제공자에 의한 오남용이나 외부의 해킹 위협에 직면하고 있으며, 이는 사용자의프라이버시를 침해하는 결과를 가져온다. 이에 따라, 사용자의 digital identity 정보를 관리하는 identity 관리 기술은 최근 그 중요성이 매우 높아지면서 국내외에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 digital identity 관리 시스템에 대한 개요와 identity관리 기술에 대한 연구 및 시장 동향, 표준화 동향 및 관련된 연구 프로젝트에 대하여 살펴본다.

최근 클라우드를 이용한 다양한 형태의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 기반의 서비스는 최근 공공기관 및 대형 포털 사이트 등 다양한 곳에서 사용되고 있으나, 개인정보관리의 관리의 부재로 고객 정보가 유출 되는 등 다양한 사고가 발생하고 있다. 이에 사용자의 접근과 권한 관리, 인증, 감사 등을 수행하는 계정 및 권한관리시스템이 업무의 효율성 향상은 물론, 시스템에 대한 접근과 계정 관리를 위한 안전하고 효과적인 방안으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 IAM 기술에 대한 분석을 통하여 안전하고 효과적인 운영, 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 최근 클라우드 기반 IAM 기술 동향 및 위협 요소에 대하여 알아본다.

과학기술분야에서는 연구 윤리 준수의 근거자료이자 특허 관련 법적 근거자료로서 정부와 기관 차원에서 연구노트를 관리하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 KAIST를 중심으로 과학기술대학 연구자들의 연구노트 관리지침에 대한 인식을 알아보았으며, 이를 반영하여 연구노트 관리지침의 실효성을 높일 수 있는 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
