In this study, a study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the acceptability for autonomous vehicles. The previous studies were reviewed to sturdy the acceptance factors and The PLS Structral equation model was used to analyze the acceptance factors. While the existing research focused on technical safety, this study comprehensively analyze safety, convenience, economy, environment, and ethical factors. The PLS model was analyzed to significant the factors that affect the acceptability for autonomous vehicles in the order of safety, economy, convenience and environment.

Method or work type improvement is needed in relation to reducing cost and increasing efficiency by ensuring construction quality and reducing labor in the form work process. This would have a great influence on the entire construction process, and make the process of adopting materials and methods more rational and economic. Hence, this study aimed to develop a Synthetic Resins Euroform that could improve durability, water-proofing, sophistication, and organizational unity through the use of injection modeling. Accordingly, this paper first investigated various performance requirements and necessary techniques, and then verified feasibility by evaluating the physical safety and technical validity when it is applied to construction field. In addition, this study evaluated the constructability, safety performance, environmental performance, and systemic excellence in terms of maintaining convenience of Synthetic Resins Euroform. Moreover, to verify feasibility in the construction field, this study analyzed and evaluated the maximum stress by measuring the load and deformation of the space of the horizontal furring, which is attached to Euroform as an armature.

In this paper, we analyse the comparative competitiveness of the 10 major logistic hub cities in China. First, using the input distance function, we calculated the technical efficiencies and the opportunity costs of the transport infra structure investments. Then, based on not only these supply side factors but also demand side, the overall comparative competitiveness by cities are analyzed. Our main findings are as follows: early developed, larger cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen are technically efficient but their opportunity costs of the additional transport investments are higher than the other cities. We also found that overall competitiveness of these larger and leading logistic hub cities are dominant over the small and newly developed logistic cities.

The effectiveness of the library operation with the least volume is to bring the same amount of utility as the library operating with the largest volume. The major objectives of this study are to evaluate the library collection of Library and Information Division, Korea Rural Economic Institute, the sample library, by the fields and areas of research, and to prepare an alternative for future library collection of KREI. In order to accomplish these objectives, use studies, relative use method, list-checking, and questionaries were used for the analysis.

Unlike previous studies, which mainly analyzed factors affecting tourism motivation and tourism satisfaction, this study analyzes the political, economic and cultural factors affecting the number of Chinese tourists visiting Korea. Empirical results show that political factors such as the Chinese regime, the number of meetings and talks between Korea and China, the number of phone calls between the two countries, and the Korea-China FTA (also as a economic factor) have a significant impact on the number of Chinese tourists visiting Korea. In particular, political friendly variables related to economy (ex. Korea-China FTA) has been analyzed to have a more significant positive effect on the number of Chinese tourists to Korea than the factors that create friendly atmosphere only in the political field. In addition to political factors, economic factors such as the Korea-China FTA, and cultural factors such as Korean Wave represented by Korean cosmetics also have a significant impact on the number of Chinese tourists visiting Korea.

경영분석이란 기업이나 농장의 대차대조표와 손익계산서를 바탕으로 재무상태와 경영성적의 정도를 판단하는 기술(기법)이다. 최초의 경영분석은 은행가들이 돈을 빌려간 사람의 신용상태 또는 상환능력을 파악하기 위하여 시작하였지만 오늘날에는 재무분석 뿐만 아니라 제품, 영업, 판매, 조직, 업무, 지원 모든 분야에서 경영분석이 이루어지고 있다. 대차대조표 등 재무제표를 자료로 하여 자산구성, 자본구성, 자산과 자본의 상호관계를 분석하여 경영에 투하된 자본이 어떻게 운용되는가, 그 자본의 원천은 어디에서 얻게 되었는가를 규명하는 분석이 있다. 경영분석은 다시 두 가지로 구분되는 바, 시간을 정해두고 대차대조표를 자료로 하여 일정한 시점에서의 각종 지표를 비교하는 정태(靜態)분석과 손익계산서 등을 자료로 하여 일정 기간 동안의 수익성을 파악하는 것을 동태(動態)분석이 그것이다.

본 연구에서는 표준 게이트웨이 기반의 다중 생체계측 장비 및 CMCIS(Central Monitoring and Cardiology Information System) 기반의 통합 시스템을 개발하기 위한 타당성 분석을 위한 국내외 동향을 분석한 연구이다. 개발의 필요성을 타진하기 위하여 기술, 사회, 경제적 중요성과 국내외 관련기술의 현황을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 대부분 해외의 다국적 기업에 의존하는 실정이며 심혈관계 질환의 지속적 증가로 효율적인 의료 서비스를 위한 기술개발의 필요성이 높게 평가되었다. 또한 표준 게이트웨이 기술의 확보로 진단용 심전계 표준 게이트웨이를 적용함으로써 다양한 HIS 인터페이스가 가능하며, 편의성이 증대되어 활용성이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

There is a growing demand to access the broadband internet while on the very fast move. In order to meet these users needs, much research has been made for providing the broadband internet and HDTV services via satellite broadband internet systems even at top train speeds above 200km/h. In this paper, economic analyses on the satellite broadband internet services for KTX are to be reviewed. Broadband internet to trains in Europe are investigated, and Boeing cases for planes are also examined. In the first step, system configuration which is composed of a hub, terminals, satellite, and gap fillers for the tunnel areas has been proposed. A terminal includes a ultra-fast high gain antenna installed on the roof of the train, and APs inside the coaches. Secondly, cost estimation on the capital expenditures as well as operating expenditures has been performed in the proposed configuration. From the european and Boeing cases, demand and tariff are postulated, consequently, service revenues are derived on the scenario basis. Thirdly, estimated costs and derived revenues make up net present value and internal rate of return in each scenario. Finally, conclusions and contribution of this study are presented.

There is a growing interest in the technology transfer and commercialization both at home and abroad. Accordingly, this study looked at the concept of technology transfer and commercialization, identified the factors that should be taken into account in order to facilitate technology transfer and commercialization, and then performed a empirical analysis. As for the conventional technology transfer and commercialization, there was a tendency to limit its scope to the exploration, transfer and commercialization of technology itself. Here in this research, technology transfer and commercialization is defined the category to expand as various activities implemented in order to make sure that intellectual properties such as intangible technological developments, know-how, and knowledge are transferred between the relevant parties through a contract or negotiation, and the party to which the transfer is made can then further develop and exploit the technology into tangible products and other activities to obtain economic benefit out of that. In addition, the findings of the positive analysis of technology transfer and commercialization revealed that the focus of facilitating technology transfer has been on the technology itself, its management and securing efficiency of the systems and institutions involved in the technology transfer and commercialization. So there was lack of recognition as to the importance of financial support given to the phase of technology commercialization. This indicates that when it comes to the technology transfer and commercialization, quantitative performance has been the focus of interest such as patent application, registration, number of technology transfers, royalty, etc. So there was not enough understanding as to the issues of starting up a business, creating quality jobs through technology transfer and commercialization, which are directly related to the realization of the creative economy. In this regard, this research is expected to be used for the development for the future policies to boost technology transfer and commercialization as it suggests not only simply ensuring quantitative performance but also necessary to create the environment for the creation of the stable ecosystem for the parties involved in the technology transfer and commercialization and then to build circumstances in which creative economy can be realized.

The purpose of this study is to examine the appropriateness of Regulatory Impact Analysis(RIA) in terms of the technological regulation impact assessment in order to confirm whether the current RIA process reflects the important characteristics of technological regulation. This paper develops a logical framework for analysis of technological regulation and evaluates the appropriateness of the RIA statements submitted by the government departments. From the viewpoint of [technological feasibility of regulation], [synthesis of domestic technological norms], [synthesis of international technological norms], as a result of evaluating the contents of the actual RIA statement on the basis of objective facts, feasibility of alternative analysis, and expert judgment, only 23.4% of the RIA statements were judged "appropriate", and there were no particular differences among the government. As a result of reviewing the appropriateness of RIA statements according to regulatory attributes, the appropriateness of RIA statements on technological regulation with social regulatory and indirect regulatory attributes was rather high. In sum, the level of Korean RIA statements is insufficient to carry out the practical meaning of technological regulation impact assessment. That is, as each government department adopts technological regulation, the understanding of the technological properties of the regulation may not be complete. The RIA statement that does not adequately reflect the technological rationale, hinders the careful review of other regulatory alternatives by exaggerating the feasibility of the technology regulation, at the same time leads to the serious problems that impede the acquisition of competitiveness of companies and the public in the global competition system.
