본 논문에서는 생체인식 인증의 한 가지 방법인 뇌파 기반 사용자 인증기술의 최신 기술동향에 대해 고찰하고 해당기술의 실용화를 위해 해결해야 할 기술적 문제점과 요구사항에 대해 분석한다. 뇌파 기반 사용자 인증기술은 최근에 스마트폰, 금융 등 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 생체인식 인증기술과 비교해볼 때 가변성, 유출 저항성 등의 장점이 있지만, 사용자들로부터 뇌파를 수집하기 위해 필요한 장비의 경제성, 뇌파 수집 행위의 사용자 편의성, 현재까지 발표된 뇌파 기반 사용자 식별 기법들의 안정성 등이 개선되어야 하는 것으로 파악된다. 이와 관련하여 뇌파 측정 장비들의 발전 동향을 살펴보고 해당 장비들의 간소화와 인증정확도 간 트레이드오프(trade-off)와 최신 기계학습 및 인공지능 기술들을 활용한 뇌파 기반 사용자 식별 기법들의 안정성을 위해 해결되어야 할 뇌파의 시간차 문제 및 이에 따른 인증정확도 저하 문제를 규명하고 분석한다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 해외진출요인이 기업 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 수립하고, 중국진출 진출 기업 48개를 대상으로 이에 대한 영향관계를 실증분석 하였다. 해외진출요인으로 기업의 현지화전략, 기업특유우위, 경쟁전략을 경제적 성과는 매출액을 대용변수로 사용하여 회귀분석을 통해 영향관계를 검증하였다. 동 연구결과에서 도출된 성과요인과 경제적 성과의 영향관계는 향후 기업들의 중국진출 계획에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

가압경수로에서는 장기적인 반응도 조절을 위하여 B-10과 B-11을 함유한 천연붕산을 사용한다. 천연붕산의 사용으로 원자로냉각재의 붕소농도가 높기 때문에 pH를 적정한 범위로 유지하기 위하여 많은 양의 수산화리튬이 주입된다. 이로 인한 높은 리튬 농도는 증기발생기 재질의 응력부식균열과 핵연료피복재의 산화를 촉진시키는 등의 부작용을 초래할 수 있다고 보고되었다. 따라서 본 고에서는 천연붕산을 B-10 함량이 높은 농축붕산으로 대체하는 경우에 대한 기술적, 경제적 영향을 조사하고 검토하였다. 조사 결과, 농축붕산은 원전의 일차계통 수질화학, 부식생성물의 방사화에 의한 선량율, 보조계통 설계, 액체폐기물 발생량관점에서 여러가지 이점이 있을 수 있으며, 노심설계, 안전해석, 발전소 인허가 등의 관점에서는 문제가 없다고 밝혀졌다. 현재 천연붕산으로 운전중인 원전에서는 농축붕산의 경제성이 발전소의 주어진 제반여건에 의존하고, 농축붕산의 가격에 따라 크게 차이가 있는 것으로 보고되었다. 국내에 신규 원전이 계속적으로 건설되고 있는 현실에 비추어 볼 때, 발전소의 경제성과 안전성을 향상시키기 위하여 농축붕산 사용에 대한 타당성을 좀 더 면밀히 분석 할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

Recently, three-dimensional (3D) GI (Geospatial Information) using LiDAR system has been used various fields such as the production of digital map, the modeling of 3D building and urban area, and analysis of communication network and environmental effect. In this study, the production cost of digital map by aerial LiDAR surveying were compared with the cost by aerial photograph surveying for analysis of economical efficiency. It is expected that the results of this study will be used base data for production, update, revision of digital map and curtail effect of national budget.

Development of a train wireless signal control system using LTE-R technology is expected to have a great ripple effect to the existing signal control market. To make inroads into the international market, it is an urgent issue to practicalize the train wireless signal control system. Because it will require a huge budget to commercialize the wireless signal control system, it is necessary to analyze the feasibility beforehand, with a consideration of the domestic and foreign marketability and the impact on related industries. This study investigated the effect of the practicalization of train control system on future railway and national industrial sectors. We suggested the establishment of a framework for economic feasibility analysis, one that can provide criteria for opportunistic valuation. We also verified this framework through case analysis.

This work aims firstly to analyse the evaluation expertise in the National IT Industry Promotion Agency(NIPA) which is charge of funding and promoting R&D programs in the field of IT industry, a main part of 'Technology Innovation Program for Knowledge Economy' supported by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. It will also discuss the policy means for improvement of the evaluation expertise of the NIPA. The results show that the evaluation system of the NIPA has been fair in stage of the selection of evaluators and the career management system of evaluators. But it will be necessary for improvement in stage of the surroundings supporting the expertise during evaluation practise. Therefore, in order to improve the evaluation expertise of the NIPA, I suggested and discussed 12 policy means in accordance with the short term perspective and long term one.

The purpose of study is to promote the development of contents industry by analysing the causal relationship between R&D collaboration and firms' performance. In study, we use the number of intellectual property and total sales as proxy variables of performance. we use the degrees of collaboration experience, firms' interaction and degree of collaboration as proxy variables of independent variables. The results of study are as follows. First, collaboration experience and firms' interaction are positively influence on technological performance. Second, collaboration experience is positively correlated to economic performance. Finally, firms' R&D collaboration revealed higher performance than R&D collaboration of firm and R&D institution This study emphases on the importances of R&D collaboration for developing new technology and improving economic performance.

In today's broadcasting and communication systems, many applications are converged information in a complicated manner by interworking with various networks such as satellite networks. Specifically, as broadcasting and communication systems have become more advanced in terms of technology and capacity, the increase in information assets has created new types of threats and vulnerabilities that we're not previously apparent. This paper has proposed the following methodologies for analyzing the risks and estimating the economical that could arise in broadcasting and communication convergence systems. First, the assets are prioritized by grading them according to confidentiality(copyrights), integrity, and availability. Based on such an analysis, this paper presents a model that can be used for verifying the risk variables caused by changing threats and vulnerabilities. Second, this paper presents a method for quantitatively estimating the economical caused by countermeasure costs for each time period.

기관평가제도는 경영관리과정의 최종단계로 평가결과에 의한 인센티브 부여와 피드백과정을 갖는 경영관리의 중심분야 임에도 불구하고 아직까지 정부출연연구기관의 기관평가제도에 대한 유효성 평가에 대한 실증연구가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서의 기관평가제도의 유효성에 대한 평가는 기관평가지표가 기관성과를 평가하기에 적절하게 구성되었는지의 여부와 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었는지 여부로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 세부적인 방법론을 사용하였다. 첫째, 연구기관의 특성분석과 선행연구를 통하여 연구기관의 BSC 모형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 출연 연구기관의 특성을 고려하여 관점을 도출한 후 전문가를 통한 델파이법(Delphi Method)으로 관점을 확정하였다. 셋째, 기존 평가제도에서 평가지표의 가중치(weight)를 분석하여 관점별로 분류한 후 BSC 형태로 재조정하여 기존 평가제도의 유효성을 분석하였다. 넷째, 피평가자의 설문조사를 통하여 피평가기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표의 유효성을 분석하였다. 기존 평가제도의 평가지표와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표가 BSC 모형에서 적절하게 구성되었는지 분석하기 위하여 연구기관의 BSC 관점간의 가중치가 기존 평가제도와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표에 반영되었는지 검증하였다. 연구결과 기초 ${\cdot}$ 원천 연구에 주력하는 기초기술연구회, 산업화 ${\cdot}$ 상업화 연구에 주력하는 산업기술연구회, 공공성 ${\cdot}$ 대형연구에 주력하는 공공기술연구회간에는 미션과 특성이 다르기 때문에 검증결과 관점간의 가중치가 다르게 나타났다. 따라서, 현행 기관평가제도는 연구기관의 특성과 미션을 고려한 유효한 평가제도로 볼 수 있겠다. 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었는지 여부는 기존 평가제도와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가제도를 대상으로 관점간 가중치의 우선순위로 검증하였다. 연구결과 관점간 가중치의 우선순위가 동일할 경우 현행 평가제도는 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었다고 볼 수 있으나, 검증결과 관점간 가중치가 다르게 나타났다. 또한, 추가적인 분석에서 연구회별 관점의 가중치와 소속 연구기관별 관점의 가중치를 분석한 결과 일부 연구기관에서는 연구회의 가중치와달리 나타났다. 따라서, 현행 기관평가제도는 일부 연구기관의 특성이 충분히 반영되지 않아서 유효한 평가제도로 볼 수 없다고 하겠다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 출연연구기관의 기관평가지표에 대한 각 지표별 가중치와 지표 문항 개선시 유용한 자료로 활용되리라 본다.

In this study, as the result of analyzing the relationship and influence between economic outcome and R&D supporting investment, the number of supporting subjects among the technological innovational areas of SMEs, it is as below. First, as the economic result of analyzing companies from the investment in R&D of technological innovational areas of minor companies, the number of supporting subjects and amount of R&D have relationship with increase of sales and export amount, employee reduction & the effect of new job creation shows positive correlation with the effect of import replacement. Second, as analyzing the influence of the investment in R&D has economic effect from of technological innovational minor companies. This is thought that the financial and R&D support increase a significant effect on economical, technical against SMEs.
