침체된 세계경제가 회복할 기미는 보이지 않고, 재정수입을 확보하지 못한 정부들은 민간자본을 이용한 인프라 건설사업 추진을 선호하고 있다. 이런 자본을 동반한 해외사업의 추진을 위해서는 정부, 금융권, 건설사가 협업하는 사업모델이 절실하다. 본 연구는 해외항만 개발사업분야 중에서 인도 항만시장을 중심으로 기회와 장애요인, 현황분석을 통해 해외 건설사업 지원의 핵심 경쟁력에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구는 혈관 활성에 도움이 되는 한방차를 개발하고, 섭취효능에 대한 동 서 융합적인 접근 필요성에 대한 기초자료로 사용하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 기미론에 따라 혈관 활성을 가질 수 있는 포공영(Taraxaci Herba), 치자(Gardeniae Fructus), 감국(Chrysanthemum indicum) 및 금은화(Lonicerae Flos)를 선정하여 조성물을 만들고 각각 재료와 조성물의 영양성분, 조성물이 세포활성에 미치는 영향 및 수축혈관에 대한 이완정도를 분석하였다. 기미론적 원리에 따른 한방차 조성물은 체내 열을 제거하고 혈액순환을 촉진할 수 있는 효능을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 네 가지를 재료를 배합한 조성물은 세포활성에 유익한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 조성물은 수축혈관에 대해 이완효과를 가지고 있었고 조성물의 농도가 높을수록 수축된 혈관의 이완효과가 큰 것으로 관찰되어 이 조성물이 혈관 활성에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 한방차 조성물의 기미 특성과 현대 영양학의 특성이 융합된 섭취효능을 제시하였다고 사료된다.

Objective : 본 연구는 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 산삼의 기원과 산삼에 대한 정확한 인식, 그리고 인삼과의 차이점 등을 규명하는 것을 목표로 하였다. Result : 1. 삼(蔘)에 대한 최초의 문헌기록연대는 BC 50년경이고, 처방으로는 AD 200년경 상한론에서 최초로 언급되었다. 2. 인삼재배시기를 14세기라고 가정하고, 그 이전의 의서에 기재되어있는 인삼은 산삼을 지칭하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 3. 15세기 전후의 의서(醫書)를 비교해 볼 때 인삼의 기미(氣味), 효능(效能) 그리고 주치(主治)에 있어서 큰 차이를 나타내지 않고 있었다. 4. 오가과(五加科) 식물 인삼(人蔘)이 자생적으로 산에서 자란 것을 야산삼(野山蔘)(산삼(山蔘)), 재배한 것을 원삼(圓蔘)(인삼(人蔘)), 어린 야산삼(野山蔘)(산삼(山蔘))을 밭에 옮겨 키웠거나, 어린 원삼(圓蔘)(인삼(人蔘))을 산에 옮겨 키운것을 이산삼(移山蔘)(산양산삼(山養山蔘))이라 한다. 5. 산삼의 수령은 뇌두의 수나 몸체에 형성된 띄(횡추(橫皺))의 수, 그리고 잎과 줄기의 모양 등을 관찰하여 추정하고 있다. 6. 인삼의 약리학적인 효능은 신경계통, 생체의 반응성, 내분비 계통, 물질 대사적인 측면에서 우수한 효능을 발휘하는 것이 보고되었다.

This study was conducted to standardize the 'Ki-Mi' of Kye-Ji Tang in the basis of ${\ulcorner}$Treatise on Febrile Diseases${\lrcorner}$ and the results were as follows 1. The medicinal plants used are processed with hot water right after picking. 2. One seung(升) of water equals to 10cc. 3. One yang(兩) equals to 6 grams. 4. Medicinal plants are shattered to the size of beans by the process called Boo-Jeor. 5. Kye-Ji Tang, which is composed with 5 medicinal plant(Cortex Cinnamomi : 18g; Radix Paeoniae : 18g; Radix Glycyrrhizae : 12g; Rhizoma Zingiberis : 18g; Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae : 18g), is prepared by adding 490cc water to above 5 medicinal plants and boiled to 210cc. After boiling, the residue is discarded and the extract is taken orally 3 times a day as one dosage of 70cc. It is recommended that 20 minitues after taking of Kye-Ji Tang, the additional uptake of rice porridge might enhance the pharmacological effect of Kye-Ji Tang.

Classifying Fruits recorded in Tangaekpyeon of Donguibogam and Sikgamchalyo of Jeongjoji of Limwonsibyukji and comparing the types, features, efficacy and side effects based on Kimi Theory(氣味), we found forty one fruits in Donguibogam and forty eight in Limwonsibyukji. As well as fresh fruits, soup, gruel, dry fruit, and powder, peel, stem, leaf, and root were also used. According to the literature, Fruits are classified by five conditions(五氣) and five tastes(五味) and many are mild with sweet taste or warm with sweet and sour taste. They are efficacious in protecting the five viscera, building up energy, controlling heat, calming febrile diseases, promoting urination and excretion, antidiarrhetic, calming cholera morbus, improving skin condition calming the stomach, neutralizing poisonous effects and improving eyesight. To help prevent and cure diseases, those with cold physical constitution must take warm Fruits to vitalize their physiology and those with hot physical constitution cold Fruits for balance. To improve their physical health, our ancestors tried to control their bio rhythm with food and medicinal material and promoted health and prevented diseases by taking such food. We therefore expect that we can have a healthy dietary life by taking advantage of the five conditions and five tastes of Fruits and continuing the spirit of Korea traditional food culture.

The common KIMI-Theory of Oriental medicine has evaluated clinical effects of herbal-drug based on KI, nature of berbs, and tastes. The KI in the theory consists of hotness, warm, cool and coldnes and also the Mi does five tastes such as sour, bitterness, sweet, spicy hotness and saltiness. However the KI does not mean thermal effect only. Thus we tried to determine skin and rectal temperatures at the same time for evaluating the relationship between KI and berbs. Male, adult Sprage-Dawly rat was chosen and berbal extract, 10g/Kg, was given orally once at 9:00 A.M. changes in rectal and skin temperatures were measured at 10, 30, 60, and 90 mins after the drug administratin. The changes in body temperatures are in greate deal of agreement of KI written in Herbology literatures.

쇠고기 수입문제로 온 나라가 시끌시끌한 가운데, 연일 뉴스의 첫번째 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 우리는 여기서 이러한 문제들보다 더욱 심각한 상황으로 치닫고 있는 당장의 현실적인 문제는 보지 못하고 있다. 많은 오리사육 농가가 생떼같은 오리들을 살처분하는 광경을 무력하게 바라봐야 했고, 소비자들의 차가운 외면에 떨어질 대로 떨어진 소비는 좀처럼 일어설 기미를 보이지 않고 있다. 이러한 상황속에서도 장관급, 비서관들, 각료들을 모두 수십억대의 부자들만을 뽑아서 그들만을 위한 정책만을 펼치려고 하고 90%의 서민들을 위한, 즉 진정 대한민국의 국민을 위한 정책이 있기는 한 것인가? 새 정부들어 대동령부터 모든 각료가 바뀌면서 최근 몇달동안 많은 시행착오들이 일어나고 있는 듯 보여 정말 답답하기만 하다. 진정 무엇을, 어떻게 해야 국민을 위한 것인지, 한참을 고민해야 할 것 같다. 진정으로 국민을 위해 모든것을 바칠 준비가 되어 있는 그런 정치인들이 절실히 필요하다. 권한만 가지려 하지 말고 모든 것을 국민의 입장에서 생각하고 고민하고 행동할줄 아는 그런 위정자들이 많아져야 할 것이다.

The advancement in technology has led to the enormous use of multimedia applications. The video/image recorded by such applications provides critical information that can be used as a visual evidence. However, owing to the adequacy in using different editing tools, it is susceptible to malicious alterations. Thus, the reliability or the integrity of the visual information should be verified before using it as an evidence. In this paper, we propose an integrity verification method for the surveillance system using randomized hashing. The integrity value of the surveillance data is generated using the randomized hashing and elliptic curve cryptography (ECC), which is used later for the validation. The experimental results obtained from the embedded accident data recorder (ADR) system shows that the proposed method is very efficient and provides a high level of security.

Accurate assessment of the effect of jet plume on the boattail pressure drag of transonic airbreathing missiles is very important to reduce drag and to satisfy the flight range and the required maneuver. Numerical results of drag analysis for boattail and base pressures due to jet plume are presented considering the turbulence modeling. Drag assessment due to the size of jet plume, the conditions of the exhaust gas, the configurations of the boattail, and transonic mach numbers is included.
