The purpose of functional genome research is to identify biological function of useful gene and to give an agricultural value in plant biotechnology. Brassica rapa is an economic crop which recorded 1,000 billion won of domestic market and 100 million dollar of exports and it produces 2.5 million ton in 50,000 ha as a major ingredient of representative Korean food, Kimchi. Furthermore, it is very important crop economically and commercially because Korea is major seed exporter. The fact that Multinational Brassica Genome Project (MBGP) was launched and Arabidopsis thaliana, affiliated to same genus with B. rapa, has been fully sequenced activated functional genome research of B. rapa. Besides new technologies related to gene function analysis keep developing, many results are reporting every year by international research including Korea. This review paper introduces development of Chinese cabbage mutants which is a first step in functional genome research, variant phenotypes of mutants, flanking DNA analysis in B. rapa genome, gene identification, gene analysis using microarray, and representative researches.

전 세계에서 홍수로 인한 인명손실과 재산적 피해의 기록을 살펴보면 최근 몇 년 동안 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해서 홍수를 방어하기 위한 노력은 증가하게 되었다. 이로 인해 홍수터에서 인구집중과 개발로 인해 홍수방어를 위해서 막대한 투자가 필요하다. 이와 동시에 지속가능하고 효과적인 수자원 관리는 전체적인 접근방법이 요구되며, 사회와 경제발전과 생태계 보호 및 토지이용과 수자원 이용의 적절한 관리와 연결된 개념이 필요하다. 유역은 육지와 수계 사이의 많은 상호작용이 있는 동적인 시스템이다. 이러한 관점에서 유역을 간단한 고정된 지역적인 문제라고 생각하는 것보다 전체로서의 유역 기능을 개선하는데 노력이 필요하고 시도되어야 할 것이다. 통합홍수관리(IFM : Integrated Flood Management)는 홍수의 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 고려한 새로운 접근방법이며, 홍수가 자원적 가치를 지닌 것이라고 생각하는 개념이다. 통합홍수관리의 특징은 홍수조절 대책의 적절한 혼합, 대책의 목적 및 형태(구조적 및 비구조적 대책), 단기간 및 장기간 대책 등의 대책들을 통합하는 것이다. 여기에는 전유역의 수문순환 관리, 통합 토지이용 및 수자원 관리, 최적 혼합대책의 적용 및 통합재해관리 적용 등이 있다. 홍수는 자연적인 수문학적 체계의 중요한 요소이며, 주요 수자원이기도 하다. 그리고 빈번한 홍수로 인해 제방을 넘어 홍수터를 점령한다. 이 결과로 상습 홍수범람지역은 점점 더 인구가 밀집되고 있고 홍수에 더 취약하게 된다. 그러므로 금호강유역에 발생한 홍수의 개요, 원인 및 결과에 대해서 살펴보고, 홍수관리대책과 실효성에 대해서 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 홍수가 발생한 후 홍수관리대책과 관리기술의 변화를 통합홍수관리의 개념에서 분석하였다.Jones matrix, which allows a new interpretation in the conversion efficiency of the thin-film optical waveguides.있다는 장점이 있었다. 따라서 소아에서 복막투석도관 수술 시 복강경적 방법을 이용하는 것이 효율적인 복막 투석을 위해 유용하다고 생각된다.상부 방광천자에 비해 민감도 59.5%(25/42), 특이도 86.6%(13/15)였고 위양성률 13.3%(2/15), 위음성률 40.5%(17/42) 로 정확도가 낮았다. 결론 : 소변을 가리지 못하는 영유아에서 요로 감염을 진단하기 위해서는 도뇨관 채뇨에 비해 초음파 감시하 치골상부 방광천자가 정확하고 안전한 채뇨법으로 권장되어야 한다고 생각한다.應裝置) 및 운용(運用)에 별다른 어려움이 없고, 내열성(耐熱性)이 강(强)하므로 쉬운 조건하(條件下)에서 경제적(經濟的)으로 공업적(工業的) 이용(利用)에 유리(有利)하다고 판단(判斷)되어진다.reatinine은 함량이 적었다. 관능검사결과(官能檢査結果) 자가소화(自家消化)시킨 크릴간장은 효소(酵素)처리한 것이나 재래식 콩간장에 비하여 품질 면에서 손색이 없고 저장성(貯藏性)이 좋은 크릴간장을 제조(製造)할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.에 착안하여 침전시 슬러지층과 상등액의 온도차를 측정하여 대사열량의 발생량을 측정하고 슬러지의 활성을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다.enin과 Rhaponticin의 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 것이며, 이는 한의학(韓醫學) 방제(方劑) 원리(原理)인 군신좌사(君臣佐使) 이론(理論)에서 군약(君藥)이 주증(主症)에 주(主)로 작용(作用)하는 약물(藥物)이라는 것을 밝혀주는 것이라고 사료(思料)된다.일전 $

본 연구에서는 도시배수관망의 간략화 모의 시 지선을 단순 생략하는 것이 아니라 2차원 관망을 1차원으로 전환시키는 방법인 등가하천 개념을 도입하여 도시유역의 유출량 산정에 있어서 여러 지선들을 개별적으로 모의하지 않으면서도 실제 존재하는 지선들의 효과를 고려할 수 있는 방법을 개발하고자 하였다. 자연하천에 대해 개발된 등가하천 개념은 최근의 수문모형의 경향인 물리적 분포형 모형의 복잡성을 피하면서 전통적인 개념적 집중형 모형이 가지는 간편성을 살리고 그 것이 가지고 있는 선형가정의 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로서 제안된 방법이다. 등가하천 개념을 도입하여 개발된 모형은 종국적으로 강우-유출관계에 있어서 강우의 크기, 선형 및 비선형성, 유역면적 등이 미치는 영향을 분석하기위한 도구로 개발되었으며, 본 연구에서는 출구로부터 동일 거리 s에 위치한 지점에서의 배수관망의 공간적인 분포 및 집중패턴을 파악하는 폭함수(width function, n(s))와 면적함수(area function, M(s))를 이용하여 관망을 간략화 하였다. 등가관의 수리기하조건 결정은 유역이 정상상태에 도달했을 경우에 대해서 이루어지게 되며 정상상태 모의를 통해 개별 관망단면들에 대해 얻어진 유량(Q), 면적(A), 수심(y) 자료간의 상관관계를 유추하여 Q(A), A(y) 함수를 유도하게 되면 종국적으로 관로홍수추적에 이용되는 지배방정식의 매개변수인 파속계수(c) 및 확산계수(D)를 계산할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 대상 유역으로 군자 배수구역을 선정하여 유역의 특성과 관망 자료를 수집하고 간략화 기법을 적용한 결과를 분석 하였다.다. 21세기 문화산업에서 우리가 판단하게 될 디자인의 가치는 계몽의 원리에 대한 '역사성'과 '현재성'의 변증법에 달려있는 것이며, 새로운 철학, 새로운 문명, 새로운 세계를 열어가는 것이다.r$ (地理志)에는 추현리와 이미 외리를 언급하면서 상주의 자기제작의 위상을 짐작하는 기록이 언급되면서 전국의 상품의 절반을 담당하고 있었음을 알 수 있었다. $\ulcorner$경상도지리지$\lrcorner$(慶尙道地理志)에는 상주가 8곳으로 1/3의 자기 생산을 담당하고 있었다. $\ulcorner$경상도지리지$\lrcorner$(慶尙道地理志)에는 $\ulcorner$세종실록$\lrcorner$(世宗實錄) $\ulcorner$지리지$\lrcorner$(地理志)와 동년대에 동일한 목적으로 찬술되었음을 알 수 있다. $\ulcorner$경상도실록지리지$\lrcorner$(慶尙道實錄地理志)에는 $\ulcorner$세종실록$\lrcorner$(世宗實錄) $\ulcorner$지리지$\lrcorner$(地理志)와의 비교를 해보면 상 중 하품의 통합 9개소가 삭제되어 있고, $\ulcorner$동국여지승람$\lrcorner$(東國與地勝覽) 에서는 자기소와 도기소의 위치가 완전히 삭제되어 있다. 이러한 현상은 첫째, 15세기

댐 하류로 탁수를 선택적으로 배제하기 위해서는 방류 탁수가 하류에 미치는 영향을 정확히 예측할 수 있는 하천 탁도 예측 및 관리시스템 구축이 필요하다. 낙동강과 반변천의 합류부에서의 이차원적인 혼합에 관한 수치해석 결과는 완전혼합을 가정하는 일차원 수질모델링의 초기 입력자료에 사용됨으로써 낙동강 본류 전체구간의 탁도 모의결과의 정확성을 높이는 데 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 낙동강의 중상류에 위치한 반변천 합류부에 평면 이차원 비정상 수치모형인 KU-RLMS 모형을 적용하여 탁도 변화 특성을 규명할 목적으로 수행하였다. The immune activation activities of ethanol, ethanol : water(1 : 1,v/v) and water extracts from Dendropanax morbifera Lev. were compared. The crude extracts showed relatively low cytotoxicity as less than 26% by using human normal liver cell(WRL-68). For example, the ethanol extract inhibited. in MCF7 and Hep3B cells in adding 1.0 mg/mL ethanol extracts. The growth of human immune T and B cells was enhanced up to $1.22{\sim}1.27$ times by adding the crude extracts. These are a trend of increasing secretion of $cytokines(IL-6,\;TNF-{\alpha})$ from human B/T cell for 6 day cultivation. It was found that the immune activation activities of the crude extracts seemed to be higher than those obtained by using other solvents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 14 Chung-bu medicinal materials described in the Dongui Bogam on inflammatory cytokine production in HaCaT human keratinocyte cells. In order to confirm this possibility, we screened inhibition activity of 17 cytokines using Bio-Plex Pro^TM Human Cytokine 17-plex assay in HaCaT cell lines. Of the 14 Chung-bu medicinal materials, Holotrichia (Ho) and Scorpio (Sc) exerted inhibitory effects on interleukin (IL)-5 production; Ho, Mantidis Ootheca (MO), and Hirudo (Hi) exerted inhibitory effects on IL-6 production; Ho, MO, Lumbricus (Lu), Hi, and Meretricis Concha (MC) showed significant inhibitory effects on IL-8 production; Gecko (Ge), Bombycis Faeces (BF), Cicadidae Periostracum (CP), and MC showed significant inhibitory effects on IL-13 production; and Testudinis Chinemis Plastrum et Carapax (TCPC), BF, and Lu exerted significant inhibitory effects on MIP-1β production. Results indicated that the Chung-bu medicinal materials might be a good candicate as potential anti-inflammatory agents for inhibition of skin inflammation. However, further investigations on these materials, including mechanistic studies, should be carried out to validated the effects in human skin equivalent models of dermatitis.

Purpose : There are few reports in Korean literature on the diagnostic efficacy of fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) for pediatric cervical lymphadenopathy. This study examined the diagnostic value of FNAC on cervical lymphadenopathy in children. Methods : Data from 57 pediatric patients(aged 0.3 to 14 years) who underwent FNAC due to cervical lymphadenopathy between January 2001 and March 2005 was reviewed retrospectively. Results : Reactive cervical lymphadenitis was the most common result of the FNAC(52.5 percent). Malignant disease were revealed in 14 percent of all cases. The sensitivity, specificity was 86 percent and 96 percent, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values for malignant disease was 75 percent and 98 percent, respectively. There were two false-positive cases on FNAC; one case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and another with infectious mononucleosis. A false-negative case on FNAC was found to be acute lymphocytic leukemia. In seven cases(12 percent), the final diagnosis was confirmed by an open biopsy after the FNAC. There were four FNAC cases where the specimen was not satisfactory for making a diagnosis(7 percent). There were no serious complications of the FNAC procedure. Conclusion : FNAC had a high diagnostic efficacy for evaluating children with cervical lymphadenopathy.

This study employs qualitative approaches to examining geographical characteristics and patients' determinants of online referrals in terms of regionalization. In this light, I conducted interviews with 20 patients receiving online referrals in Choongbook, Korea, and investigated their behaviors regarding these referrals between July and August 2009. I found that many patients who suffered from various levels of illness preferred tertiary care centers outside of Choongbook and did not enjoy their experience with the local medical institutions as the online referral service sites. This result might be because patients choose online referrals for psychological considerations such as quality and level of health care services, personal stakes in online referral service sites, acceptability and credibility of good tertiary care centers, and easy access to and use of medical institutions. Meanwhile, immediate benefits with regard to the technological value of online referrals, such as convenience, utility, and original purpose associated with regionalization, did not influence patients' decision-making. Therefore, the social and public networks affiliated with online referrals plus the effect of Korean medical laws play hostage to private decisions made by citizens, who prefer high-level medical institutions. Accordingly, the technological contribution of online referrals does not halt the outflow of patients from local, tertiary care centers. Especially, the existing health care system and patients' behaviors are deeply related to referrals in the online system. To protect regionalization, the improvement of health care services from the present state of affairs is required.

Comics has three components: cuts, gap between cuts, speech balloons. Still, it is true that speech balloons are not commonly subject to the study for comics. A few preceding researches pinpoint exactly the morphological features and functions of speech balloons. In today when webtoon becomes generalized, these features and functions are continued as they are and are used in webtoon. We can catch that speech balloons are also affected since the environmental elements of web induce the change in the overall comics directing. There are two perspectives to sort out the features of speech balloons: first, the placement issue of speech balloons. The unlimited expansion of web space gives the environment for comicss to use the gap between cuts as wide as they can. It leads to turn out some of the ways to place the balloons, so we can sort them out general placement, exterior placement, the upper and lower placement, scroll-use type. Second, as the directing techniques for webtoon become digitalized by the morphological issue, speech balloon itself has been expanded its ways to express by various expression methods. Analyzing and classifying, recording the newly emerged conditions on the preceding study are worthy of trying and will become the cornerstone for the follow research.

Animation is showing the highest record in entertainment around the world and writing the history of 3D animation again. The image contents effect thanks to the proper introduction of the state-of-art digital technology, which is one of the causes of the outstanding entertainment and the factual reproduction of the images, provided an opportunity to transmit the meaning of image aesthetics, which is a virtual reality and image reproduction through the reality realization of photo medium, and to reinterpret the boundary of virtual reality. Especially, the development of digital contents technology due to scientific technologies demolishes the boundary of virtual reality and reality and creates the effect of making viewers be absorbed by realizing the virtual reality by means of 3D reality images which highlight the special characteristic of photos. The aspect of the contents technology and image aesthetics which can be interpreted in a view point beyond the existing concept of reality is found in the aura theory of Benjamin and in the Simulacres of Baudrillard. The 3D image by photo-reality herein presents various suggestions in the aspect of real existence of spatial expression, the meaning creation process of reality, the existence value of virtual images.
