본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

A recent online game is growing with the combined action of content as well as operating services. However, in previous studies, with a lot of focus on content characteristics of game than the game operating service quality studies have been carried out. This study targeted research online sports games, operating service quality and content characteristics of the game are analyzed effects of word-of-mouth and continued usage intention by applying Expectation Confirmation Model. as a result, it has found that as a result, it has found that sense of reality turned out to be a major variable affecting the content of the game even expectation confirmation. Directly and indirectly, it was confirmed that the role of empathy affect to expectation confirmation and satisfaction.

공중 무선랜 서비스의 확산으로 무선랜은 무선 인터넷의 중요한 매체로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 사용자의 프라이버시(Privacy) 문제나 접근제어(Access Control) 같은 인증 (Authentication) 문제와 함께 과금(Accounting) 및 빌링(Billing)의 문제가 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공중 무선랜의 이동환경을 위한 Diameter 기반 선불 과금 모델을 제안하고, 그에 대한 검증 결과를 함께 제시한다. 최종적으로 제안된 선불 과금 모델은 공중 무선랜에서의 패킷과금을 지원하기 위한 요구사항들을 충족시키고, 글로벌 로밍 서비스를 위한 이동성을 향상하는 기반 기술로서 이용되기를 기대한다.

미국정부는 공공정보의 상용화와 관련한 주도권을 적극적으로 민간기업에 이양함으로써 공공정보를 통한 고부가가치 창출에 성공을 거두고 있다. 미국 법률은 공공정보의 상용화를 보장하고 있으며, 이는 공법상 공공정보 관련 근거법은 존재하지만 실제로 공공정보의 상용화를 위해 필수적인 공공정보 활용 권리는 찾아보기 어려운 우리나라의 법률 실정과는 매우 대조적이다. 민간의 공공의 파트너십을 통한 공공정보의 상용화 모델은 정부 업무의 효율성 증진과 국민의 알권리 충족을 만족시키고, 참여 민주주의를 확대하고 경제적 측면에서도 큰 기대효과를 지니고 있다.

The major purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors toward continuance intention in e-learning services. For this purpose, we introduced Post Acceptance Model(PAM) proposed by Bhattacherjee(2001) as basic analysis framework. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits seven characteristics, that is, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior in e-learning services. Data have been collected from users who have used e-learning services and the research model and hypotheses were tested through covariance structural model analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, contents quality, interactivity, and expectation confirmation have positive influence upon perceived usefulness. Second, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, and perceived ease of use have positive influence upon user satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness have positive effect on the user satisfaction, and perceived usefulness and user satisfaction positively related to continuance intention in e-learning services. The findings have significant implications for e-learning service providers and academic researchers.

The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the influencing factors on the post acceptance behavior of user in internet banking. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 248 users who have used internet banking and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, security, confirmation, and perceived ease of use have positive influence upon user's perceived usefulness. Second, security, economy efficiency, and confirmation have positive influence upon user's satisfaction. Third, loyalty incentives have positive influence upon continuance intention. Lastly, user's perceived usefulness have positive effect on the satisfaction, and user's perceived usefulness and satisfaction positively related to continuance intention in internet banking. The findings have significant implications for internet banking service providers.

This study focused on user trust in ChatGPT, a generative AI technology, and explored the factors that affect usage status and intention to continue using, and whether the influence of trust varies depending on the purpose. For this purpose, the survey was conducted targeting people in their 20s and 30s who use ChatGPT the most. The statistical analysis deploying IBM SPSS 27 and SmartPLS 4.0. A structural equation model was formulated on the foundation of Bhattacherjee's Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM), employing path analysis and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) for hypothesis validation. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, ChatGPT is mainly used for specific needs or objectives rather than as a daily tool. The majority of users are cognizant of its hallucination effects; however, this did not hinder its use. Secondly, the hypothesis testing indicated that independent variables such as expectation- confirmation, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction all exert a positive influence on the dependent variable, the intention for continuance intention. Thirdly, the influence of trust varied depending on the user's purpose in utilizing ChatGPT. trust was significant when ChatGPT is used for information retrieval but not for creative purposes. This study will be used to solve reliability problems in the process of introducing generative AI in society and companies in the future and to establish policies and derive improvement measures for successful employment.

정보통신 기술의 고도화 융합화에 따른 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능하여, 기술 그 자체를 위해서가 아니라 사용자의 필요나 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 기술을 개발함으로써 개발 결과가 활용될 가능성과 시장에서의 가치를 높일 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 앞으로 새로운 미래의 정보통신 시스템은 운영자와 사용자가 서비스로부터 기대하는 바와 경제적인 관점을 최대한 조화시킬 수 있는 충분한 유연성을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 따라서 향후 정보통신 시스템의 개발에 있어서 상용화에 대한 비즈니스 모델 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하여 차세대 정보통신 비즈니스 모델 수립에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

장애인 운전 지원센터는 지역별 편차가 심하고 인력 부족 등의 문제로 배우고자 하는 장애인의 수요를 충족하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 가상현실을 통한 장애인 운전 교육 시뮬레이터 모델을 제안한다. 가상현실 기법을 활용하여 시뮬레이터를 구성하고 운전 교육데이터를 시뮬레이터에 적용하여 모델을 구성하였다. 실질적인 교육내용을 기준으로 프로세스를 구성하였으며, 제안 모델을 활용하면 운전 교육이 어려운 중증장애인들도 시뮬레이터를 통한 간접적인 운전을 경험함으로써 삶의 질 또한 향상되는 것을 기대할 수 있다.
