A Relatively Importance Analysis on Smartphone's Functional Attributes Using AHP Method (AHP를 이용한 스마트폰 기능적 속성들의 상대적 중요도 분석)

  • The sharp increase of number of the smartphone users has drawn the attention of both academia and industry. The objectives of this research is to seek for the answers of what is the most important and relatively important function from the point view of smartphone users through empirical analysis. The goal is to provide valuable information for the smartphone developing and manufacturing industry. To reach the results, AHP method is applied in this study. First of all, the questionnaire survey was prepared based on the respondent in the basis of the extraction of the smartphone functional attribute factors from the references. Then, the importance of the functional attribute was attained by the Expert Choice program. In addition, customers satisfaction of the functional attribute of the present smartphone was analyzed. Furthermore, the research results were presented by the inspiration and limitation practically.

A Study on the Brain wnve Characteristics of Baduk Expert by BCI(Brain Computer Interface) (BCI을 이용한 바둑 전문인의 뇌 기능 특성 분석 연구)

  • This study has been made to research on the brain wave characteristics of baduk expert by BCI(Brain Computer Interface). The test was based on the researches from 1th September, 2005 to 30th December, 2005, compared with the ones of the standardized general public. The number of the general public are 695 (elementary school students 423, middle and high school students 161, adults 111) and the number of the baduk players are 57 (researchstudents 15, Korean baduk club students 16, professional baduk players 26). The research data show that the baduk players have the higher indexes than the general public in Self Regulation quotient p=.002, Attention Quotient(left) p=.002, Emotion Quotient p=.027, Stress Quotient(left) p=.002 and Brain Quotient p=.006. There are some differences in brain functions between baduk players and the ordinary people. Difference in functions of the brain among baduk experts is also analyzed. That result shows that there is no different brain function between professional baduk player.

The Effect of Depression, Nutritional Status and Cognitive Function on Life Satisfaction of the Elderly (노인의 우울, 영양상태 및 인지기능이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • Our study aims to assess life satisfaction and evaluate its relationship with depression, nutritional status and cognitive function among the elderly. This study is a pathway analysis study using 9089 elderly people and was conducted as a supplemental analysis using the data from the 2017 Korean Elderly Examination Survey. As a result, depression, nutritional status, cognitive function and life satisfaction showed significant correlation. Nutritional status(.46, p=.007), and cognitive function(-.27, p=.014) were directly affected by depression. Both nutritional status(.08, p=.009) and cognitive function(-.03, p=.010) had effect on life satisfaction but life satisfaction was mediated by nutritional status and cognitive function in affecting to life satisfaction. It suggests that nursing intervention is needed for nutritional status and cognitive function for life satisfaction of the elderly.

The Effect of Functional Disability on Ego Integrity and Depression among the Elderly in the Residential Care Facility (장기요양시설 노인의 기능장애와 자아통합감, 우울과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the association of functional disability, ego integrity and depressive symptoms, and analyze the mediating effect of ego integrity among the elderly, residing in the long-term care facilities. The data were collected by using non-random purposive and convenient sampling methods and 247 elderly who reside in the nursing home care, located in Daegu city and Kyungpook provinces participated in this study. Findings of this study indicates that there are statistically significant relationships among functional disability, ego integrity and depressive symptoms of participants. In addition, the mediating effect of ego integrity on the relationship between functional disability and depressive symptoms is statistically significant and shows partial mediating effect. Based on the findings of this study, possible practice implications for improving functional and mental health of the elderly in residential care home and recommendation for further study were provided.

  • 소프트웨어 개발노력 추정에 대한 연구는 소프트웨어가 복잡해지고 범위가 크게 증가함에 따라서 그 중은 지속적으로 부각되고 있다. 관련 프로젝트를 발주하는 업체나, 이를 수주하고 개발을 진행하는 업체에게 원가를 고려하는 측면에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 개발노력 추정을 위하여 다양한 접근 방식들이 고려되어지고 있는데, 그중에서 많이 활용되어지고 있는 방식은 소프트웨어 규모에 기반을 둔 LOC(Line Of Code) 기반 COCOMO (Constructive Cost Model) 모델이나 기능점수(Function Point)를 기반으로 한 회귀분석 모델, 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence)을 활용한 신경망(Neural Network) 모델, 사례분석기법 (CBR, Case Based Reasoning) 등이 있다. 이중에서 최근에 기능점수를 활용한 개발노력 추정에 관한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있으나 개발노력 추정에는 소프트웨어 규모의 척도인 기능점수 뿐만 아니라, 개발환경을 구성하는 여러 가지 측면에 대한 고려가 추가되어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 최신의 소프트웨어 개발 사례들에 대하여 기능점수 및 추가적인 개발환경 요소들을 면밀히 분석하고, 분석한 내용에 대해서 전문가들의 설문을 통한 빈도분석 및 로지스틱 회귀분석, 데이터마이닝 기법인 신경망 분석 등을 활용하여 개발노력 추정 모델을 구축함으로써, 소프트웨어 개발의 다양한 측면의 중요성을 강조하고, 정확한 추정의 방안을 제시 하고자 노력 하였다.

Quantitative Relationship Analysis of Bacterial Metabolic Network using ARACNE (ARACNE를 이용한 미생물 Metabolic network의 기능적 연관성 분석)

  • Metabolic network is composed of more than thousands of metabolic reactions. Therefore, understanding of metabolic behavior of microorganisms is required to engineer metabolism of microorganisms. In this paper, we employed ARACNE (Algorithm for the Reconstruction of Accurate Cellular Networks) to quantify relationships among metabolic subpathways. The results showed that ARACNE analysis can give new insight into the study of bacterial metabolism.

  • ASADE(ASIC Signal Analyzer Developed in ETRI)는 논리회로의 시뮬레이션 결과를 입력으로 받아서 그래픽 화면으로 논리파형으로 나타내고, 파형의 상호관계를 분석하기 위한 다양한 분석 기능들을 제공하는 파형분석용 CAD 툴이다. 파형분석은 설계 과정 중에서 수 없이 반복되는 작업이기 때문에 파형분석기의 성능이 설계기간 단축에 결정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. ASADE는 상용 파형분석기보다 GUI 환경, 처리속도, 분석 기능이 뛰어난 툴이다.

A Case Study on Development and Application of the Explicit Teaching and Learning Strategy for Comprehension of the Middle School Students' Basic Science Process Skills (중학생의 기초 탐구 기능 이해를 위한 명시적 교수.학습 전략의 개발 및 적용 사례 분석)

  • In this study, explicit Teaching and Learning strategy for middle school students were developed to improve basic science process skills. After applying these strategy in an actual class, the effects of Teaching and Learning strategy and change of students were analyzed. Explicit Teaching and Learning strategy to improve basic science process skills are developed based on analyzing preceding research. The use of application criteria for class of basic science process skills combined with explicit Teaching and Learning strategy, it is sought for the explicit instructional procedures of said skills. After analyzing the class in which explicit Teaching and Learning strategy were demonstrated, students reported that they were able to comprehend basic science process skills more effectively through the stages of explicit explaining and independent practice. The showing demonstration stage was heavily emphasized by the teacher in this class. Analysis of students' understanding degree about basic science process skills, most of them show positive outcome. Another analysis of ripple effect on daily life and other subjects, it is found that students could have the attitude to make use of science process skills for themselves. Through the result of study, it is found that explicit Teaching and Learning strategy that are developed from this study are an effective way to comprehension students' basic science process skills. Thus, continued study is needed to develop and spread explicit Teaching and Learning strategy of science process skills to be applicable in actual classes in secondary schools.

Validation of RESPECT-Music With a Korean Sample (한국판 음악 기능 척도의 타당화와 정서적 적응과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean version of RESPECT-Music, which measures personal, social and cultural function of music, and to examine the correlation between the measured RESPECT data and the data measured from other scales for emotions. A survey was conducted with two separate groups of undergraduate students. Exploratory factor analysis with sample A (N=212) and confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analyses with sample B (N=296) were conducted. The result of exploratory factor analysis generated 10 factors as influential factors in music use, which was the similar results to the original scale: background, values, focus, dancing, family bonding, cultural identity, political attitudes, venting, emotional expression and social bonding. In the confirmatory factor analysis, this 35-item measurement was found to obtain adequate internal consistency and reliability. In addition, the correlations were found with other scales measuring emotional adjustment. Specifically, RESPECT showed a positive correlation with scales for positive affect, reappraisal, negative mood regulation and repair. Among the generated factors as music function, dancing was highly correlated with emotional adjustment, while political attitudes was negatively correlated with emotional adjustment. The results indicate that music use in our everyday lives is intercorrelated with the intrapersonal and interpersonal motives and emotional adjustment, while the function of music that influences cultural identity was not associated with the level of emotional adjustment. Implications for future studies were also suggested.

  • This study aims to propose the main learning contents, functions and activation plans for building an e-learning platform for libraries through a literature review, case analysis and expert survey. Through the literature review, it was found that libraries must play a role in providing high-quality online education for users in the e-learning ecosystem. Based on the previous studies, a learning function analysis tool was developed for the analysis of the library's e-learning platform. Based on this, the learning contents, learning functions and characteristics of library e-learning platforms were analyzed, and expert surveys and interviews were conducted. As a results, the construction of a platform for effectively applying learning processes and technology is essential for the library's sustainable e-learning services. The contents that should be provided for characteristics of library education, reading guidance, information literacy instruction, library usage instruction, and the latest IT technologies. And The main learning functions include the ability to conduct video lectures and real-time classes among learning types, and learning activity support functions, a cloud platform support function and a personalized environment support function. Additionally, suggested re-education for library staff to improve their technical skills and the formation of an e-learning team.
