KT-2 토카막 플라즈마 귀환제어계를 개념설계 하였다. 본 연구에서는 최적의 자장탐침계구성방법, 수직위치 불안정성에 대한 대책, 플라즈마 파라메타들의 실시간 계산 알고리즘 및 VXI 모듈화된 플라즈마 제어계에 대해 논의한다. KT-2 플라즈마 제어계를 VXI 모듈화된 디지탈방식으로 구성함으로서 빠르고 정확한 제어기능과 동시에 자장탐침 데이타들의 저장 및 다양한 확장성(flexibitities) 등의 기능들을 가질 수 있다.

지난해 11월 26일 롯데호텔서울에서 열린 제10회 플라스틱산업의 날 기념행사에서 최봉규 (주)천일 대표이사가 '자랑스러운 플라스틱산업인상'을 수상했다. 1991년 3월 광주광역시 하남공단에 플라스틱 포장재 전문 기업 천일산업으로 포장업을 시작한 최봉규 대표이사는 2010년 평동산단에 (주)천일을 설립, 다양한 기능성 포장재와 친환경 포장재를 선보이며 국내 포장업계를 선도하고 있다. 최 대표이사를 만나 친환경 포장과 기능성 포장에 대한 도전을 계속해서 하고 있는 이유, 그리고 그 성과와 향후 목표에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

우리 경제는 시들어가고 있는데도 과소비에 흥청거리고 임금인상은 계속되고 있다. 과학기술이 "경제의 열쇠"인데도 국가기능에서 과학기술을 제거한 경제기획은 무엇을 남겼는가, 콩을 셀줄만 알았지 씨를 뿌리는 작업이 멎어 있으니 새로운 경제개발로 21세기의 선진국가를 건설하기 위해서는 다시 힘을 모아야 하고 무엇인가 개선해야 하겠다.

An immediate complete denture is considered as restoration for lost natural teeth, which is fabricated following the extraction of the remaining teeth. Current esthetics and function can be retained by using immediate denture without edentulous period. However, the major disadvantages of immediate denture relate to the difficulties associated with taking accurate definitive impression and predicting the results of immediate denture. In this case report, the Campagna tray technique was used to take the final impression in a 49-year-old male patient presented with all remaining teeth diagnosed as hopeless teeth. Surgical templates were used for alveoloplasty after extraction. The immediate complete dentures were then delivered. The clinical assessments of immediate dentures showed good esthetic and functional outcomes. The patient showed high level of satisfaction.

Loss of continuity of the mandible destroys the balance and symmetry of mandibular function, leading to altered mandibular movements and deviation of the residual fragment towards the resected side. Apart from deviation, other dysfunctions include difficulty in swallowing, speech, mandibular movements, mastication, and respiration are accompanied. In general, surgical reconstruction is considered first then proceeds to the prosthetic restorations. However, patients with systemic disease such as BRONJ (Bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the Jaw), surgical reconstruction may be limited. Thus, the prosthetic restoration remains as the only resort. Numerous prosthetic methods are employed to minimize deviation and to improve masticatory efficiency, function and esthetics. If a removable partial denture is the selected treatment modality, maximum stability of the partial denture base may be accomplished with a functional impression procedure by means of eliminating lateral and horizontal forces caused by the functional movements of the lips, cheeks and tongue. Also, Twin occlusion is used to obtain a favorable occlusal relationship and check support for esthetics. The purpose of this case report is to demonstrate how neutral zone impression technique and twin occlusion scheme were applied to restore a hemi-mandiblectomy patient with BRONJ syndrome to achieve satisfactory results in functional and esthetic aspects.

Most previous research on impression formation has been examined the effects of various informations exclusively within a category, either social category or individual characteristic. The present research examined and compared the priming effects of social category information (we and other) versus personality information (warm and cold) on impression formation. In Study 1, participants primed subliminally with combinations of social category and personality information (we/warm, we/cold, other/warm, and other/cold) were asked to rate faceial pictures on the good-bad and likable-dislikable dimensions. The analysis revealed only the significant main effects of social category information but not any effects of personality information on both the impression dimensions. In Study 2 in which participants were primed with either social category or personality information exclusively, priming of social category information influenced the judgments of likable-dislikable dimension and that of personality information influenced the judgments of good-bad dimension. These results suggest that personality information influences impression in general even though its impacts may be overwritten by social categorical information. The findings were discussed with its implication of everyday's impression formation and the cultural psychological perspectives.

본(本) 논문(論文)은 졸고(拙稿)(1989)에 이어 정부규제(政府規制)의 폐해가 특히 심각한 방송광고산업(放送廣告産業)에 초점을 두고 한국방송광고공사(韓國放送廣告公社)(KOBACO)라는 규제기구(規制機構)가 중심이 된 각종 규제(規制)의 쟁점(爭點)을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 규제(規制)가 폐지 혹은 완화되어 방송광고(放送廣告)의 시장기능(市場機能)이 활성화(活性化)되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. 조속(早速)한 시일내(時日內)에 규제개선(規制改善)이 필요한 정책과제(政策課題)는 방송광고시간규제(放送廣告時間規制)의 단계적 완화, 토막광고규제(廣告規制)의 단순화, 중간광고(中間廣告)의 허용, CATV 등 신규방송매체(新規放送媒體)의 확충, 규제요금(規制料金)의 단계적 인상, 매체별(媒體別) 시급구분(時級區分)의 자율성 확대를 통한 요금체계(料金體系)의 합리화, "rotation time"제(制) 도입, KOBACO의 수탁수수료(受託手數料) 폐지, 민간대행수수료(民間代行手數料)의 인상, 계열(系列) 비계열(非系列)의 수수료차별화(手數料差別化) 폐지, 복수대행(複數代行)자유화, 한국언론회관(韓國言論會館)의 정부광고독점대행권(政府廣告獨占代行權) 폐지, 방송광고사전심의제(放送廣告事前審議制) 폐지, 매체(媒體)의 대행사(代行社) 소유(所有) 지배(支配) 경영(經營) 차단 등이다. 한편 시청률조사(視聽率調査), ABC 등의 조기정착과 광고산업에 대한 공정거래법(公正去來法)의 적용 등은 시장기능(市場機能)의 전제(前提)가 되는 정책과제로서 제시되었다. 또한 KOBACO 독점대행권(獨占代行權)의 완전폐지, 방송광고요금(放送廣告料金)의 완전자율화, 시간규제(時間規制)의 추가적 완화 등은 이러한 규제개선을 완결시키는 과제로서 제시되었다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은 이러한 정책과제가 효율적으로 추진되려면 경제행정규제완화위원회(經濟行政規制緩和委員會)와 공정거래위원회(公正去來委員會)가 중심기구가 되어야 함을 강조하였다. 규제기능이 사라진 KOBACO의 위상변화는 본(本) 논문(論文)이 고려하지 않았던 지출기능(支出機能)의 평가에 따라 결정될 것이지만, 규제폐지에 관한 한 그 존재의의는 사라진다.

This paper provides a semantic account of double nominative constructions in the framework of Autolexical Grammar, which views syntax, semantics, morphology, and other language components as modules generated simultaneously and independently. Some syntactocentric models in the past analyzed double nominatives as a result of possessor raising, ECM or incorporation. This paper provides a semantic explication of double nominatives through function-argument (F/A) structure of internal possession and external possession. The possessum used in double nominatives is a relational noun which takes a possessor as its argument in F/A structure. If the possessor directly combines with the relational noun, then internal possession is generated. If the possessor is a gap in F/A structure, then the argument which is coreferential with the gap combines later with the predicate, resulting in external possession, in which the possessor is in the nominative case. Unlike internal possession, the F/A structure of external possession structurally shows that the sentence is predicated of the possessor.

중국의 저임금 시대가 저물고 있다. 올 들어 법정 최저임금이 평균20%나 급등한 가운데 임금 인상을 요구하는 파업도 잇따르고 있어 '세계공장'의 지위가 흔들리지 않을까라는 우려가 고조되고 있다. 이번 최저임금 인상률이 유난히 커 보인 것은 2009년의 미반영분까지 반영했기 때문이다. 중국의 임금 수준은 베트남, 인도 등 신흥국가와의 격차가 점차 벌어지고 있지만 아직 멕시코 등 일부 개발도상국의 절반 수준이어서 경제발전수준과 임금간의 괴리가 있다. 중국정부는 임금 인상을 경제구조전환, 양극화 해소 및 사회불안 요인을 선제적으로 차단하기 위한 다목적 카드로 삼고 있다. 중국 근로자들의 권익의식 제고 및 신세대 농민공들의 부상으로 노동분쟁의 발생가능성도 배제할 수 없다. 일부 저임 제조업 공장이 밀집한 지역을 중심으로 노동력 부족 현장이 주기적으로 나타날 기능성이 높다. 중국정부가 2015년까지 평균 임금을 현재의 두 배로 올린다는 목표를 세운 만큼 향후 임금 상승세가 더욱 거세질 전망이다. 생산성을 초월해 임금상승이 이뤄지면 기업의 부담을 가중시키고 이로 인해 산업간의 양극화가 더욱 심해질 수 있다. 그러나 인건비 이외에 양호한 물류 인프라와 제조업 클러스터, 제도적 환경, 특히 거대한 내수시장의 잠재력은 중국이 생산지로서 갖고 있는 남다른 매력이다. 인건비 상승의 충격을 이겨낼 수 있는 고부가가치화와 전략적 전환이 필요하다.
