보안관제 기술동향 조사 및 차세대 보안관제 프레임워크 연구

  • 최근의 사이버 위협은 공격자에 의해 지속적이고 지능화된 위협으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 위협은 장기간에 걸쳐 이루어지기 때문에 보안체계를 잘 갖추고 있는 회사라 하더라도 탐지하는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 보안관제 프레임워크의 지향점을 네트워크 가시성 강화, 상황인식 기반 지능형 보안관제, 관련 업무조직과의 정보 통합 및 협업 강화로 제시하고 있으며 구조적, 수집 파싱, 검색 분석, 이상 탐지 등 총 9개 관점에서 이를 지원하는 필요 기술들을 분류하였다. 아울러 침투 경로 및 공격 단계와 내부 자원 간 연관성 분석을 통한 수집 정보 범위 설정, 사례 기반 상관분석 규칙 생성 적용, 정보연동, 업무처리, 컴플라이언스, 조사 분석 등 지원 기능의 연계를 보안관제 모델링의 필요 요소로 도출하였다.

  • 해당 연구 시스템은 신재생에너지, 에너지저장장치를 연계하여 수용가의 전력소모기기를 효율적으로 제어할 수 있는 에너지 네트워크 고효율 시스템 기술로 수요반응 또는 사용자 설정에 따른 제어신호 생성 및 전달, 전력소모기기 사용량 분석을 통한 에너지 사용분석, ESS와 신재생에너지 투입에 대한 제어 및 분석, ESS, 신재생에너지, 에너지게이트웨이, 전력소모기기 간 분석을 통한 Load Balancing 기능을 제공하고자 한다. 현재는 연구단계로 설계 및 연계 통신은 완료상태이며, 주요 알고리즘 적용을 진행 중에 있다.

  • With the reformation of organization and function of local office of education in 2010, consulting-supervision is introduced to schools as a system for education reform to improve the quality of school education. However, a dedicated on-line portal system that can provide integrated management on the functionalities of consulting-supervision has not been implemented yet. To successfully operate consulting-supervision in schools, it is also needed to provide an on-line consultant education system, that can support teachers to train themselves as a supervision-consultant. In this paper, we introduce an on-line consultant training system that provides various learning activity tools for consultant training based on Learning Activity Management System(LAMS) and Action Learning. The system consists of Management stage, Analysis stage, Solution stage, and Action stage for the empowerment of consultants' expertises, and is named as MASA. Brain-writing, SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threads) analysis, 5Whys, decision grid, PMI(Plus, Minus, Interesting), and black chart techniques were developed in MASA as learning activity tools for consultant training.

  • 기존의 Terzaghi 압밀이론은 상대적으로 연약토층이 두껍지 않고, 초기함수비가 낮으며 적은 유효응력의 증가가 예상되는 곳에 그 적용이 제한되어 있었다. 그 이유는 Therzaghi 압미이론 자체가 미소변형률과 선형적인 압축성 및 투수성등을 기본적인 가정사항으로 내포하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 가정사항을 극복하고자 Gibson et al. 은 일차원 비선형 유한 변형률 압밀이론에 관한 엄밀해를 제시하였다. 이 이론은 기존의 많은 가정사항들을 극복하여 실제 현상에 더욱 부합하는 예측을 할 수 있는 장점이 있는 반면, 비선형적인 응력-변형 관계, 변형-투수계수 관계의 도입과 좌표변환 및 현장의 시고이력을 그대로 적용하는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비선형 유한형태를 압밀이론을 이용한 압밀현상 예측을 위하여, 비선형적인 응력-변형 관계, 변형-투수계수 관계에 관한 함수식을 구성하고 이를 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발 프로그램은 많은 폼과 모듈로 구성되어 있는데, 이러한 각각의 폼과 모듈은 GUI 기능의 극대화를 통해 복잡한 이론에 익숙하지 않은 실무자들이 쉽게 본 이론을 이용할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 또한 개발프로그램은 다양한 하중단계 및 비선형적인 응력-변형 관계, 변형-투수계수 관계에 관한 회귀분석, 각 유효응력 단계별 상이한 비선형 계수 g와 λ를 적용할 수 있으며, 계산을 위한 전처리과정은 물론 계산된 결과를 위한 다양한 후처리과정이 모두 사용자 위주의 GUI 기능을 충분히 갖도록 설계되었다. 개발 프로그램의 검증을 위하여 실제 현장의 계측자료 및 기존 연구문헌상의 결과와 본 개발 프로그램의 예측결과를 비교.분석하였으며, 다양한 간극비 상태의 비선형 계수가 해석결과에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.

Current status on the development of GM plants based on the published articles and patents in Korea (논문 및 특허의 분석을 통한 국내 GM식물의 개발 현황)

  • During the last three years (2007 to 2009), 1,212 articles of SCI journals, 451 articles of non-SCI journals, and 348 items of registered patents were reported by the research scientists involved in the BioGreen 21 Project, Rural Development Administration and Crop Functional Genomics Center (CFGC), The 21st century Frontier Program, in Korea. Out of these, the percentages of articles or patents directly related to the development of GM plants were 6.0% (SCI), 10.2% (non-SCI) and 12.6% (patents) from BioGreen 21 Project while 15.7% (SCI), 21.1% (non-SCI) and 81.6% (patents) from CFGC, respectively. It was observed that rice and pepper were major host crops for genetic modification mainly to provide the resistance or tolerance activities against to biotic as well as abiotic stresses. Very low cases were reported for the field test of GM plants regarding to the commercialization (less than 15 articles). These observations indicates that more research grants needs to be invested for the risk assessment of GM plants under early developmental stage to commercialize in Korea.

Analysis of Epistemic Thinking in Middle School Students in an Argument-Based Inquiry(ABI) Science Class (논의기반 탐구(ABI) 과학수업에서 나타나는 중학생들의 인식론적 사고 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine epistemic thinking in middle school students in an argument-based inquiry science class. Participants of the study were 93 9th grade students from four classes of a middle school in a metropolitan city. Observations were made over one semester during which argument-based inquiry lessons on five subjects were conducted. Data was collected from argument-based inquiry activity worksheets and student questionnaires. After analysis of epistemic thinking in the written reflections, students were found to have the highest frequency of epistemic metacognitive skills, followed by epistemic cognition, epistemic metacognitive experience, and epistemic metacognitive knowledge. While investigating the effects of an argument-based inquiry science class on student epistemic thinking and after analysis of the reflections written for the first ABI activity and the fifth ABI activity, we found that all of the sub-elements of epistemic thinking have increased. The rate of growth for epistemic cognition is greatest, followed by epistemic metacognitive knowledge and epistemic metacognitive skills. Assessed for epistemic thinking, the level of epistemic thinking improved over the course of the argument-based inquiry science class. The results of the survey show that students actively participating and being recognized for their active participation in the argument-based inquiry science class are helpful in understanding scientific knowledge. Therefore, an argument-based inquiry science class is a teaching and learning program that allows students to understand and experience the epistemic nature of scientific knowledge and its construction through collaboration and agreement.

  • This paper has attempted to propose a more progressive direction for U-environmental sculptures in a ubiquitous urban space in terms of usability, service, function and formative characteristics that enhance user satisfaction with these sculptures. For this, Media Pole, a U-environmental sculpture on Gangnam U-Street, has been examined. The results of this study are as follows: First, a study of user satisfaction was planned after establishing levels of satisfaction in terms of service, function and formative characteristics. In terms of satisfaction by the section of Media Pole, the public transportation map was the most influential in service while street culture and beauty of shape were critical in function and formative characteristics, respectively. In the relationship between satisfaction by section and overall satisfaction, furthermore, functional satisfaction had the biggest influence. Therefore, the development of human-centered functional factors which have pleasant and touching stories to facilitate communication with citizens are important in order to develop various Media Pole contents to enhance user satisfaction with the U-environmental sculpture and allow it evolve into a Gangnam landmark Since we are in the initial stage of a U-city, there are many problems that need to be addressed such as a lack of natural beauty, poor material quality of environmental sculptures, absence of storytelling, poor technology, lack of content, poor profitability and lack of means of social communication. In the end, the development of a comfortable, people-friendly space and U-environmental sculptures are needed in consideration of economic, social and cultural aspects instead of focusing on advanced technology only.

A Comparative Study of Changes in Cognitive Function, Depression and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Dementia, Mild Cognitive Impairment and Ischemic Stroke (치매, 경도인지장애, 허혈성 뇌졸중 환자에서 인지기능, 우울 및 일상생활수행능력의 변화 비교)

  • This study aimed to compare changes in cognitive function, depression and ability to perform activity of daily living (ADL) in patients with dementia, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and ischemic stroke (IS) and to identify factors associated with changes in instrumental ADL. A total of 86 patients (dementia=30, MCI=32, and IS=24) were included to analyse cognitive function, depression, and basic and instrumental ADL obtained at the time of diagnosis and 1 year after baseline. Repeated measures analysis of variance and multiple linear regression were used. A significant group by time interaction was found in executive function (p=.037) and instrumental ADL (p=.023) across groups. The MCI group has little change in executive function and instrumental ADL from the baseline to 1 year after diagnosis while other two groups showed changes with the dementia group showing declines and the group of IS having improvement in these factors over time. Changes in executive function(p=.030) and basic ADL (p<.001) explained 26.9% in the variance of changes in instrumental ADL. These findings showed a different changing pattern in executive function during the first year after diagnosis of dementia, MCI, and IS which have cognitive changes as their main symptoms, probably leading to a different changing pattern in instrumental ADL. Healthcare professionals should routinely assess for executive function and instrumental ADL problems and intervene to maintain and improve these functional outcomes immediately after disease.

  • In the paper, we can select the best safeguard as proposed the definite and systematical method and procedure on risk mitigation of risk management for information system. The practical risk mitigation methodology has a good fulfillment procedure and a definition to fulfill procedure on each phase. So, it is easy to fulfill and can apply to any risk management methodology. The practical risk mitigation is composed of 6 phases, which are the existing safeguard assessment, safeguard means selection, safeguard technique selection, risk admission assessment, cost-effective analysis and safeguard embodiment. The practical risk mitigation's advantages are as follow. Efficient selection of safeguards to apply to risk's features with safeguard's means and techniques before embodying safeguards. Prevention of redundant works and security budgets waste as re-using the existing excellent safeguards through the existing safeguard assessment. Reflection of organization's CEO opinions to require special safeguards for the most important information system.

  • The purpose of study is to find ways to improve online research work in the near future environment. Study methods and results are as follows. First, the basis of research was secured through theoretical consideration. Second, three types were derived by collecting examples. There are reward, execution and visualization. Third, comprehensive matrix and directions were derived through case analysis. According to the study, the most frequently used phase of AI technology were analysis, visualization, execution, casting, design, and matching, The direction of use of AI can be largely divided into work efficiency, human thought assistance, and changes in research methods. But the plan phase is generally scarce. Overall, the lack of in function is provided, including AI technology. At a time when research plans are becoming more important as users and products diversify.
