This research is a theoretically grounded empirical study aimed at shedding light on the policy evolution of Technology Park(TP) in term of historical institutionalism in South Korea for the 16 years. The study analysed the evolution of TP, and the empirical fieldwork was completed in two regions, Gyeongsangbuk-do ana Daegu City. Historically the policy can be divided into three periods being affected by endogenous and exogenous impact. This research found that the functions of local TPs changed as following: six functions decided by central governments ${\rightarrow}$ added the role of supporting regional innovation ${\rightarrow}$ comprehensive support for small & medium-sized enterprise. Analysis of the empirical study reveals significant findings: first, the relationships between central government and local actors which was built in the quickening period have been path dependency. Second, the functions of local TPs were evolved with the characteristics of layering and reorientation of the institutions. Thirdly, there were some differentiation between the two regions because of the milieu, though the central government had the power deciding the functions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of user-contributed reviews for the Next Generation Library Catalogs, and the potential impact of user reviews available from the external sources, including Amazon.com and GoodReads.com. During the period of February 16th through April 4th, 2012, the number of holding libraries and user-contributed reviews, tags and reading lists of ten selected books were examined from the WorldCat. Also the user-contributed reviews for the same books available from Amazon.com and GoodReads.com were examined, and a case of reviews for one book was analyzed. The result shows that only a few users participated in the WorldCat, and user-contributed reviews were rarely used, when compared with tags or reading lists. Several hundred to thousand user-contributed reviews for the same books were available from Amazon.com and GoodReads.com directly linked with bibliographic records. A case of one book from Amazon.com reveals the possibility of distorting the function of user-contribution. With the introduction of the function of user-contribution, it is expected that its growth rate should be carefully observed and its potential impact on users should be thoroughly and systematically analyzed in the near future.

Spatial decision support systems(SDffi), a new class of decision support system(DSS), result from the melding together of GIS and DSS, Planning support systems(PS5) add more advanced spatial analysis functions than GIS and intertemporal functions to the functions of SDSS. This paper reports the development of a planning support system providing a framework that facilitates urban planners and civil engineers in conducting coherent deliberations about the generation of satisficing sewers. 1he planning support system for the generation of satisficing sewers(PS5/GSS) was designed from the understanding that land use and development drive the demand for storm and sanitary sewers. Through four stages of supply, demand, alternative generation, and evaluation, PSS/GSS integrates basic planning, preliminary design, and engineering design of sewer. GIS and graphic user interface are excellent toolboxes for designing sewer networks, estimating the quantity of wastewater, and showing generated alternative sewers. A sewer model using simulation tedmique can generate an initial sewer. Users can define alternative sewers by the direct manipulation of sewer networks or by the manipulation of parameters in the sewer model. The sewer model evaluates the performance of the user defined alternatives.

In case of unit testing, White-box test can be used to closely check source code and to analyze logic and statement errors. On the other hand, in case of function testing of system level, Black-box test can be mainly used to compare actual and expected results by inputting test data because the scale of function is large. This Black-Box test in system testing level has problem in tracing errors in source code when we find errors. Moreover applying White-box test is not easy for system testing level because the levels of test target are different. Therefore this paper suggests the vertical test method of a practical and integrated system level which can checks up to source code level using White-box test style although it aims to test the highly abstract level like a system function. In addition, the experiment explains how to apply the vertical test by displaying an example which traces from UML specification model to the source code and also shows efficiency of error trace.

In this paper, we developed a system that intelligently identifies skin image data from big data collected from social media Instagram and extracts standardized skin sample data for skin condition diagnosis and management. The system proposed in this paper consists of big data collection and analysis stage, skin image analysis stage, training data preparation stage, artificial neural network training stage, and skin image identification stage. In the big data collection and analysis stage, big data is collected from Instagram and image information for skin condition diagnosis and management is stored as an analysis result. In the skin image analysis stage, the evaluation and analysis results of the skin image are obtained using a traditional image processing technique. In the training data preparation stage, the training data were prepared by extracting the skin sample data from the skin image analysis result. And in the artificial neural network training stage, an artificial neural network AnnSampleSkin that intelligently predicts the skin image type using this training data was built up, and the model was completed through training. In the skin image identification step, skin samples are extracted from images collected from social media, and the image type prediction results of the trained artificial neural network AnnSampleSkin are integrated to intelligently identify the final skin image type. The skin image identification method proposed in this paper shows explain high skin image identification accuracy of about 92% or more, and can provide standardized skin sample image big data. The extracted skin sample set is expected to be used as standardized skin image data that is very efficient and useful for diagnosing and managing skin conditions.

실내 음향특성의 컴퓨터 씨뮬레이션 기법은 모형실험 기법과 더불어 건축물의 음향설계 분야에서 널리 사용되는 도구이다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 음향특성을 설계단계에 예측하기 위해 영상법에 기초한 실내음향 해석 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 건축물의 3차원 형상모델, 벽면등 반사체의 흡음특성, 음원과 수음점의 위치 등의 데이터를 입력하면, 음선의 전파경로, 수음위치에서의 반사음 패턴, 실내 음향 특성의 평가척 (음의 명료도, 잔향시간 등)을 산출하여 출력하는 기능을 지니고 있다. 기존의 씨뮬레이션 기법이 소요 장비나 비용, 시간적 제약으로 널리 실용화되기 어려웠던 점을 고려하여 PC급에서 간편하게 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였고 음선 전차경로의 그래픽 표현, 반사음 패턴의 분석등, 건축물의 음향 설계를 위한 기능을 부여하는데 중점을 두었다.

항만에 위치한 컨테이너 터미널은 수송, 하역, 저장의 기능을 고루 갖춘 대표적인 물류 시스템이다. 터미널이 충분히 제 기능을 수행하여 터미널 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 효율적인 레이아웃 설계가 필요하다. 터미널 레이아웃은 초기 터미널 설계단계에서 우선적으로 고려되는 의사결정 부분이며 터미널 운영 및 컨테이너 취급 비용에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소가 된다. 본 연구에서는 개념 설계에서 구분되어지는 장치장의 배치형태 에서 수평 장치장을 모델로 하였다. 터미널 생산성에 영향을 미치는 이송능력과 적재능력의 효율적인 조정을 위하여, 블록의 배치와 사양에 따른 적재능력과 블록에 설치한 이적지점 개수에 따른 이송능력 대해 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하고자 한다.

도시생태계는 주 구성원인 인간의 사회구조와 경제활동이 주축이 되고, 부 구성원인 자연이 주 구성원과 상호관계를 받으면서 존재하는 실체이다. 도시 생태계는 사회구조와 경제활동이 일어나는 핵심부와 그것과 직접 관계하는 기초부 및 물질과 에너지의 공급원, 수용원 및 축적을 담당하는 외부환경의 세 부위로 구성되는, 사회-경제-자연-복합 생태계SENCE)로 이해할 수 있다. 도시생태계는 자연생태계의 원리에 따라 기능을 조절하고 시스템모델 기법으로 분석할 수 있다. 도시생태계의 범위는 그 크기, 독립영양과 종속영양의 평형, 기능적 활성 및 발달단계에 따른 ㅗ이부환경(입력환경과 출력환경)의 변화에 의하여 크게 달라진다. 생태학자나 환경학자는 도시생태계를 자연만을 대상으로 연구하였지만 앞으로는 사회학자와 공동으로 연구하여야 문제의 정곡에 접근할 수 있을 것이다.

Security requirements must be defined well to reduce software vulnerabilities in requirement specification phase. In this paper, we show how to specify security requirements in structured manner for object-oriented development methodology. Our method specifies security requirements through four phases: defining security objectives, identifying the threat, construct attack tree, and specifying security function. This method would help developers to specify security requirements and functions which software have to possess clearly and systematically.
