Analyzing out the Key Tasks and Developing the Professional Type of National Librarians through Job Analysis was made, because improving the professionalism of librarians is the strategy of survival in the competency based society. It is composed of 22 duties, 216 tasks of national librarian job and 96 key tasks is extracted among them. As the results, 12 types of professional librarian which is composed 10 function oriented types, and 2 user oriented types, is suggested: collection development librarian, cataloger taxonomist, information service librarian, reading coach, research librarian of international standards, database & system manager, international work librarian, national support librarian, marketing librarian, library literacy librarian, children' librarian, handicapped service librarian.

The number of web service users has been increased rapidly as existing services are changed into the web-based internet applications. Therefore, it is necessary for us to use web log pre-processing technique to detect attacks on diverse web service transactions and it is also possible to extract web mining information. However, existing mechanisms did not provide efficient pre-processing procedures for a huge volume of web log data. In this paper, we proposed both a field based parsing and a high-speed log indexing mechanism based on the suggested B-tree Index Vector structure for performance enhancement. In experiments, the proposed mechanism provides an efficient web log pre-processing and search functions with a session classification. Therefore it is useful to enhance web attack detection function.

Despite the increasing incidence of earthquakes in recent years, many of the existing buildings don't have appropriate seismic performance due to the deterioration or structural characteristics. In particular, a piloti-type RC shear wall structure, which is one of the building types in Korea, is highly vulnerable to earthquakes due to a great lack of shear function that can resist lateral force caused by the earthquake since the first floor is mostly soft story, and it is classified as weak story. In this regard, a study on the damage state criterion for the piloti-type RC shear wall structures was carried out. The capacity spectrum was calculated through the structural analysis by selecting typical type of buildings of shear wall systems, and damage state criterion was defined based on the shape of the capacity spectrum.

As people are highly interested in health, the number of people who participate in various sports programs is getting increased. But there is no web service which integrates all the information of the public sports facilities in Seoul and it's convenient to use the public sport facilities. So we propose an integrated information system whoever can find the public sports facilities in Seoul. The public APIs for the Seoul public sports facilities provided by Seoul city are used to integrate the information. Also, our web page provides various graphic function using pictures and videos of the facilities on the environment of HTML5. And it is the responsive webpage which can be provided on both desktop and mobile environment. By implementing the wizard page, the managers of the facilities who are not specialized can renew the information about their facilities easily. And for the easier searching, we provides three options of searching: local, subjects, themes.

With the advent of virtual currency and electronic wallets creating a way to make financial gains based on anonymity, malicious code dissemination using malicious mail has continued to increase. In order to minimize the damage, the human factors, security awareness and the ability to respond, which are technical factors, should be improved evenly, which can be improved through malicious mail training. This study presented a model considering the performance of malicious mail training, such as practice. It was classified as a training for enhancing awareness of security for employees and detection and response to improve their ability to respond to malicious mail. A training system suitable for the purpose, the core functions of malware training, implementation and camouflage skills, and bypass techniques were described. Based on the above model, the training data conducted over three years were collected and the effectiveness of the training was studied through analysis of the results according to the number of training sessions, training themes and camouflage techniques.

In this paper, we design and implement a virtual environment which forms the basis of constructing a virtual world in a systematic fashion. Though virtual environments have been developed in several systems using the virtual reality, they are designed without a systematic method of constructing. In our framework, a virtual environment is structured in six layers according to their functions and ranges based on a classification of environmental factors of which the real world is composed. These layers compose a universal environment in our virtual world by operating independently and exchanging information with one another periodically. The designed environment shows that it Can provide diverse real life situations and is easily extensible to enhance its functionalities. We present effective design schemes for several important environmental factors. We demonstrate viability of our framework through implementing a plausible virtual world based on the proposed schemes.

In this study, climate change considerations are an important measure to create a resilient city that conforms to the principle of sustainable development that balances the economic, social and environmental harmony of a country or city and can preserve its size, function and characteristics to the maximum extent possible. In this regard, the public transportation system being built and operated in Dublin City, Ireland, illustrates the city's system through green traffic. Therefore, based on the urban-based conditions equipped by Dublin, Ireland, in that Dublin is realizing preemptive mass-traffic-oriented urban development (TOD) considering climate change, the purpose of the study was to classify the methods of research as internal (strong and weak) and external (opportunity and threat) factors through SWOT analysis and to present mass-oriented urban development strategies and policy implications.

The purpose of this study is to define a method of building an integrated service to provide various science and technology knowledge infrastructures that are helpful in R&D activities, and to show the cases that are adapted the methodologies. Knowledge infrastructures scattered throughout the entire R&D cycle, such as generating/development of ideas, finding the R&D project, performing the project, and spreading results, are segmented in terms of services, functions, information, and data, and links and converges to provide the knowledge infrastructure that desired by users in one place. We define the integrated service classification, integration level model, integrated architecture, and integrated user authentication system in consideration of logical linkage and integration rather than physical integration of individual knowledge infrastructures. Also, we considered the extensibility as the reference model for building of similar integrated service.

Pyrotechnic devices are widely used for space appendages. However, a cube satellite requirements do not permit the use of explosive pyrotechnic device. A nichrome burn wire release has typically been used for holding and release of deployable appendages of the cube satellite due to its simplicity and low cost. However, relatively low mechanical constraint force and system complexity for application of multi-deployable systems are disadvantages of the conventional mechanism. To overcome these drawbacks, we developed a hinge driving segmented nut type holding and release mechanism based on the nichrome burn wire release. The functional performance of the mechanism has been verified through release function test, static load test and shock level measurement test.

Heating wire cutting type separation mechanism has been widely used for cube satellite applications due to its design constraints such as small size of $10cm{\times}10cm{\times}10cm$ and light weight of less than 1kg. In addition, usage of pyro technic device is not allowed for cube satellite application. The conventional methods have some disadvantages of relatively small mechanical constraint force and the system complexity for the multi-deployable systems. In this paper, a separation nut type non-explosive separation mechanism has been proposed and investigated. The effectiveness of the design has been verified through the qualification tests of the mechanism.
