This survey was performed to investigate the holding amount of the various kinds of cooking tools of the farm and fishing villages in Chungnam area. The results were as follows: 1. The holding ratio of refrigerators was the highest (97.9%), and that of toasters was the lowest (1.9%) among the electric tools. 2. The holding ratio of gas-ranges was the highest (95.7%) and that of gas oven-ranges was the lowest (1.2%) among 4 kinds of gas tools under investigation. 3. The holding amount of pans was the highest among the cooking tools and that of wicker baskets was very high among the small cooking tools. The holding ratios of egg-cutters and lemon-squeezers were very low (4.1% and 2.9%, respectively). 4. The holding ratios of various kinds of cooking tools were related to the housewife's educational background and family income.

This survey was performed to investigate the actual holding conditions of the electric tools, gas tools and small cooking tools in the four Korean big cities; Seoul, Pusan, Kwangju and Taejon. The results were as follows; 1. Each family had more than 8 items on the average, of 24 kinds of electric tools under investigation. The holding ratio of refrigerators was the highest (99.6%), and that of dish washers was the lowest (3.4%). 2. The holding ratio of gas-ranges was the highest(92.2%) and that of gas-ovens was the lowest (2.2%) of 4 kinds of gas tools under investigation. 3. Each family had more than 45 items on the average, of 86 kinds of small cooking tools under investigation. The holdings ratios of openers and wicker baskets were very high (98.2% and 96.6%, respectively), and those of noodle tools and Shinsonros were very low (13.8% and 13.6%, respectively). 4. The holding ratios of various kinds of cooking tools had interrelations with the size of city, housewife's educational background, family income, house style, private residence, etc.

This study investigates the over time changes in the ownership of kitchen items, electric or non-electric, and examines the patterns of the usage and ownership of the items after categorizing them as followings: cooking appliances, kitchen appliances directly related to storing food, food processing kitchen items, and dining items. The research findings are that refrigerators and rice cookers, among the electric items, had spread to almost every households by 1990s and at the same time about thirty non-electric kitchen items had been used. Refrigerators had been used by more than 100% of the households by 2000, and on top of that, twenty or more electric kitchen items such as Kimchi fridge and freezer had been used. In the case of non-electric kitchen items, approximately 50 to 70 sorts of them are used, which indicates an increase than in 1990s. Rice cookers and gas stoves, among cooking appliances, are recognized as the essential item, and they are actually frequently-used items. As to kitchen appliances related to storing food, each household owns one of the refrigerators and Kimchi fridges, and again they are both the frequently-used. As far as food processing kitchen items are concerned, each household owns at least one or more blenders and hand blenders, six or more knives, and five or more pans. Each household owns seventeen or more rice bowls and soup bowls and twenty-four or more plates. Small plates are more frequently used than large ones.

경주용 카트에 현가장치와 차동장치가 존재하지 않으므로 선회 시에 후륜 내측 바퀴가 들리도록 애커먼 조향 기구와 큰 킹핀 경사각, 캐스터으로 설계되어 있다. 경주용 카트 드라이버는 고속으로 주행하고 빠르게 선회 시가 가능하도록 충분한 기능을 보유하도록 공학적인 해석이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 조향기구의 설계 시 가장 중요인자인 애커먼 조향 기구를 평면에서 다양한 인자에 대하여 해석하였다.

러시아는 사회주의체제 붕괴 후에 시장경제체제로의 전환을 위한 많은 노력과 각종 정책을 발전시키고 있다. 이중에서도 특히 시장경제 운영을 위해 그 기본적 규범인 경쟁법을 1991년부터 제정$\cdot$운영하여 왔다. 그러나 독점금지법인 동법은 전통적인 자본주의 국가의 경쟁법과는 다른 내용이 많이 포함되어 있는 것이 특징이라고 할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 동법의 운영 성과에 관해서도 많은 사람들의 관심대상이 되고 있다. 특히 흥미있는 것은 러시아의 독점금지위원회는 독금법에 의한 기능 수행 뿐만 아니라 국가경제구조 개혁을 위한 광범위한 권한을 보유하고 있다는 점이다. 본 고는 동법에 대한 주요내용과 동법 운영기구인 독점금지위원회의 조직과 기능에 대한 주요 내용을 게재한 것이다.

국제생물다양성정보기구(GBIF)는 전세계의 생물다양성데이터베이스를 네트워크로 연결하고 인터넷을 통한 서비스를 제공하여 생물다양성데이터가 자유롭게 널리 이용될 수 있는 임무를 수행하고 있다. 한국에서는 KISTI가 국가중점노드 역할을 수행하면서 생물다양성데이터 보유기관에 데이터노드 구축 관련 기술과 소프트웨어를 보급하고 있고 현재 한국에서는 2개의 데이터 노드가 구축되어 GBIF의 데이터 포털과 연결되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 GBIF의 생물다양성데이터를 교환하기 위해서 필요한 데이터 표준 프로토콜, 관련 소프트웨어를 소개하고 데이터 노드 구축 방법을 소개하고 생물다양성데이터의 응용 방법에 대친 논의한다.

본 연구는 HACCP 시스템을 적용하고 있는 급식학교 조리종사자의 HACCP에 관한 지식과 실천 수준을 비교 평가하여 기초자료로 삼고자 2002년 10월 12∼15일까지 초등학교와 중학교 영양사, 조리종사자에게 설문지를 배부하여 각각 20부(80.0％), 184부(80.3％)를 회수하였고, 영양사의 인적 특성에 따른 HACCP 교육 내용 차이, HACCP적용 기기 및 기구의 보유에 따른 실천수준차이, 조리종사자의 지식수준에 따른 실천수준에 대하여 x-test, T-test, 상관분석을 SPSS10.0로 이용하였다. (중략)

국제해사기구(IMO)의 선박재활용협약 세계적인 해운이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이는 동 협약이 발효될 경우 세계해운시장에 상당한 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 파괴력을 지녔기 때문이다. 동협약의 적용대상 선박은 총톤수 500톤이상 선박으로 현재 협약적용 대상선박은 약 5만여척에 달하고 있다. 이 협약이 발효되면 선주들은 협약 발효후 5년내 선내의 유해물질 조사, 목록을 작성하여 기국정부 인증후 증서를 유지하고, 선박재활용전 유해물질을 사전에 제거해야 하는 등 선주들의 비용부담이 가중될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 더구나, 문제의 핵심은 선박보유 자체가 부담이 되는 협약이라는 것이다. 다음은 선박재활용협약의 논의배경과 전망을 정리한 것이다.
