The stocks of listed S&M sized firms in the KoreaStock Exchange(KSE) have been neglected to investors for long time in site of their good performences. The word "Neglected" means that the stocks of listed S&M sized firms in the KSE have fail to acquried liquidity. In the result, Listed S&M sized firms in the KSE have not financed equity by issuing stocks timely in the primary market. This problem has resulted in poor investment to their listed S&M sized firms in the KSE. The possible key to sovlve this problem is in the Institutional Investors, especially to the Pension fund. Korean Institutional Investors have lost their basic roles, that is, final supports to prevent the markets not to demolish. The Acts prventing Pension to invest to the stocks is to change to allowing to invest them in soon. this opportunity is good chance to solve the problems of poor liquidity of stocks of listed S&M sized firms in the KSE.

산업현장의 안전을 이룩하는데 화재 및 폭발 사고의 방지는 매우 중요하다. 또한 우리 제품의 수출활성화를 위해서도 국제적으로 표준화되고 인정받는 방폭전기기기의 규격 및 성능보장이 필수적인 요건으로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 정부차원에서도 본격적으로 법규를 개정하고 관련규격을 제정하는 등의 제도적 뒷받침을 시작하였으며, 그 일환으로서 폭발위험지역에서의 방폭형 전기기기의 사용을 의무화하고 이들 기기의 성능검정을 실시하게 되었다. 그러나 우리나라의 전기기기 방폭기술은 아직 초기단계에 있는 만큼 관련업체, 성능 검정기관 및 정부기관의 적극적인 설비투자와 학계 및 연구기관 등의 적극적이고 지속적인 연구개발을 통하여 이를 본격적인 궤도에 올려 놓아야 할 것이다. 최근 매스콤의 잦은 보도를 통하여 알 수 있듯이 재산에 막대한 손실을 가져오므로 철저한 사전 대비에 의하여 예방토록 하여야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 위험지역에서 사용하는 전기기기의 방폭화는 필수적이다.

현재 정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률(ITA법)이 2005년 12월 30일에 제정 공포되고 새로운 정보시스템 감리기준이 2006년 10월 24일부터 정보통신부고시 제2006-42호에 의해 시행되고 있으나 정부의 정보기술아키텍쳐 수립에 따른 감리 중점검토항목이 없이 감리 수행 시 이를 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있었다. 특히 2006년 7월부터 중앙행정기관은 물론 정부투자기관 및 산하기관, 지방자치단체 등에 정보기술아키텍쳐 도입이 의무화되고 감리 수행의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술아키텍쳐 수립사업의 준거성(Campliant)검증을 위하여 감리 수행 시 적용되어야 할 감리중점검토항목을 개발하여 제안한다.

모바일 정보통신 사용자들에게 있어서 모바일 상거래는 기존에 존재하던 정보에 대한 통신 및 네트워크 접속 등 이용상의 제약을 뛰어넘어 정보이용의 활성화에 있어 주요한 전환점을 가져오고 있다. 모바일과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 금융정보화 투자가 촉진되어 금융중개기관의 경영전략 사무합리화 업무효율화 및 고객과의 관계 등과 같은 부분에서 여러 가지 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 금융산업계에서는 고객들의 금융 서비스 욕구가 다양해지고, 고객 중심의 금융시장으로의 전이로 인해 고객을 최우선으로 하고 고객과의 관계를 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하다. 그 노력의 일환으로 IT기술을 활용한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 금융산업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 모바일 환경을 고려한 CRM 성공요소들이 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주목적은 모바일 기술의 대표적 특성인 이동성과 편재성이 CRM 성공요소(최고경영자지원, 고객지향 조직문화, 부서간 상호작용, 고객정보 통합성)와 CRM 성과 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

도시철도 운영기관에서 사용되는 감시카메라 및 센서의 수는 운영기관마다 수천 개 이상에 이르고 있으며, 그 수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 역사 시설뿐만 아니라 현재는 차량 내에도 카메라 및 센서를 설치하고 있거나 설치할 예정이다. 또한 도시철도의 안전에 대한 요구가 증대되면 될수록 이러한 안전설비는 증가할 수밖에 없다. 그러나 현재까지 이렇게 많은 곳에 설치된 카메라 및 센서들과 안전 설비를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안은 없다. 아직까지 폐쇄회로 텔레비전에 의존한 수동적인 감시체계에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며, 각종 센서 등도 독립적으로 기능을 수행하고 있어 기능의 중복투자 및 비상시 종합적인 판단을 하기에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 새로운 안전시스템과 기존 시스템과의 호환성 및 확장성 등에 문제를 발생시킬 수 있으며, 종합 관제실 등에서도 종합적인 판단을 실시하고 상황발생시 즉각적인 대응을 하는 데는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 도시철도 운영기관별 정보통신시스템 현황 및 종합감시시스템 발주사양서를 비교 분석하여, 도시철도 종합감시시스템에 대한 표준규격을 도출하였다.

국가기간전산망사업의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 금융전산망사업은 금융기관의 급속한 전산화를 가져와 국민편의 확대는 물론 국제경쟁력 확보, 지급결제업무의 개선, 정책수립자료의 신속한 제공 등 많은 가시적 성과를 거두어 왔다. 이러한 금융전산망 사업은 그러나 은행.증권.보험.투자금융 등 각 업계별 전산화 뿐만 아니라 이들 전 금융기관이 공동참여하는 단일 전산망 구축문제, 그리고 외국은행 국내지점의 금융기관공동 전산망 가입 압력 등 대내외적으로 풀어나가야 할 산적한 많은 과제들을 안고 있다. 이에 본지는 대 국민 인식제고를 위해 금융전산망 전담사업자로 지정된 금융결제원의 도움을 받아 금융전산망사업중 주도적으로 추진되고 있는 은행공동전산망의 종류와 내용, 추진현황, 향후전망과 과제 등을 2회에 걸쳐 연재한다.

정부에서는 단체수의계약제도 폐지에 따른 대책으로 중소기업제품 판로지원제도 개편과 관련하여 중소기업제품 공공구매정보망 구축에 필요한 중소기업 생산정보 등에 대한 조사를 지난 6월에 우리조합에서 실시하였다. 중소기업제품 공공구매제도란? 중소기업의 안정적인 판로 확보를 위하여 중소기업이 생산$\cdot$제공하는 물품$\cdot$용역$\cdot$공사에 대하여 정부 및 자치단체,정부투자기관 등 공공기관이 우선구매 할 수 있도록 하는 제도로써 중소기업정책 기조가 보호위주에서 경쟁중심으로 전환함에 따라 단체수의계약제도를 2006년 12월31일 폐지하고, 중소기업자간 경쟁전환시 과당경쟁에 의한 영세기업 경영애로 발생을 방지하고 중소기업자의 수주기회 확대방안 마련, 연간 80조원대의 공공기관 구매력을 중소기업 경쟁력 강화 시책에 활용하기 위하여 중소기업기술개발 제품의 우선구매 확대방안 마련키 위한 제도이다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the business performance difference based on the ownership structure type in the aspect of profitability and stability. In order to conduct this analysis in two aspects, the ship financial institutions have been classified into two groups: state-owned banks and private-owned banks. First of all, the difference of ROE and ROA between private and public ship financial institutions is statistically significant, but no difference has been shown in terms of stability measured through BIS capital adequacy ratio. Second, to test the business performance difference according to the ownership structure types before and after the global financial crisis, we examined the outcome difference in the ship financial institutions in terms of profitability and stability. However, in the event that the analysis was conducted with public and private financial institutions, the business outcome difference before and after the global financial crisis has been shown in the sector of private financial institutions, but has not been shown in the sector of public financial institutions. It is meaningful that this study is the first work which examined the difference of the operating performance by the ownership structure types of ship financial institutions. However, it is noted that small sample for this empirical study is a limitation of this thesis.

Since railway industry is becoming important globally, Korea government and private enterprises invest huge amount of R&D expenditure to develop railway technologies. However, ratio of successful commercialization of technology is very limited. establishment strategy of specialized institution for commercializing railway technologies is very important research issue. For example, France and Japan support railway commercialization through the specialized organization in leading the global railway industry. This study propose the critical success factors of the establishment of railway commercialization and suggest relative importance of CSF's through the hierarchical analysis. As a result, the financial resource plan(0.505) and the commercialization strategy(0.193) are important factors at the first level, and the government funding plan(0.220) and the legal/institutional support(0.150) are important factors for the commercialization organization at the second level.

In the past, because Korean private venture capital firms could get government support and subsidies, they could be survived in the market without having required management capabilities, advanced venture investment techniques, and professional supporting agencies and institutions. However, business environments have changed a lot recently. Now, only through identifying the optimal financial structures(the ratio of debt to equity), Korean private venture capital firms can minimize investment risks and ensure higher profits. Since Modigliani and Miller(1958) criticized the existence of the optimal financial structure, there have been numerous studies on the optimal financial structure of firms. However, there is no empirical study investigating the financial structure of venture capital firms. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between firm characteristics, financial security indies, and financial profit indices of korean private venture capital firms. We gathered the data from various sources, including the web pages and the financial statements for 2003 and 2004. By using the student's t-test and the correlation analysis, we showed that there are differences in the current ratio and the ratio of net profit to net sales between new and old korean private venture capital firms. Even though it is known that korean private venture capital firms does not have enough knowledge and investment technique to compete with global venture capital firms, our result show that old korean private venture capital firms have already built some knowledge and understanding of venture capital investing.
