This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of restricted feeding to pullet on growth pattern and body composition. Conventional diets(C) was formulated by NRC recommendation, and one of restricted diet started from seven to seventeen week of age(T1), and another started from twelve to seventeen(T2) with adjusted eighty percentage amount of conventional diet. Body weight decreased with starting restriction of feeding comparing to the C(P＜0.05), but reached to similar weight in all treatments at twenty week regardless restriction. All of birds started to lay egg around 1,400 to 1,450gram of body weight though the age was in order of C, T2 and T1. Fat contents of restricted group in the body were less than that of C around one thousand gram of body weight. And the tendency of body fat was similar to the first egg. After twenty week, all content of body composition were similar in all treatments. The proportion of intestinal organ weight was higher in T1 than others during restriction.

This study made an analysis of the relationship between the emotional labor and the organizational commitment and the mediating effect of job satisfaction of employees in senior employment agencies. A survey of 253 employees in Daejeon and Chungcheong areas was conducted. The important analysis methods are confirmatory factor analysis and bootstrap verification. The analysis results are employees' emotional labor had a negative effect on organizational commitment and the mediating effect of self-efficacy was proved significantly. For reducing emloyees' emotional labor, it is important to offer guidelines for improvement of emotional labor, regular inspection and education, and the proper measures of the administrators. To advance their self-efficacy, we need to offer education for the improvement of practice-based professionalism, education and administrative support to improve ethical consciousness, and appropriate emotional support service.

The anatomy and histology of the olfactory organ of Monopterus albus was investigated using stereo microscopy, light microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The external structure of the olfactory organ exhibited closed anterior and posterior nostrils parallel to the skin surface. The interior structure consisted of a pipe-like chamber, and lower and upper accessory nasal sacs. The olfactory chamber was composed of the sensory and non-sensory epithelium, and an unidentified organ. The sensory epithelium of the pseudostratified epithelial layer was composed of olfactory receptor neurons, supporting cells, basal cells, and lymphatic cells; and the non-sensory epithelium of the stratified squamous layer contained stratified epithelial cells and mucous cells with acidic mucopolysaccharides. The presence of intraepithelial blood capillaries and abundant dermal vascularization in the sensory epithelium of the olfactory chamber may provide strong histological evidence that respiration occurs through the olfactory epithelium.

We have studied on the frictional characteristics for mounting rubbers varieties structures on the automotive engine. This paper are using a test apparatus developed in the laboratory, friction and wear characteristics of various rubbers have been analyzed by experimental study. Frictional characteristics has been measured from the normal force and friction force under various operating conditions, such as, loads, speed and temperatures. Therefore, the rubbers are used in a several varieties structures as well as automotive, the relations between the various conditions and frictional characteristics have been investigated.

최근의 폭발적인 인터넷 사용의 증가와 또 그것과 유사한 품질의 서비스를 이동중에도 제공 받고자 하는 사용자의 요구와 음성통화 시장의 포화에 따라 무선 데이터 시장을 새로운 돌파구로 보는 제조업체 및 서비스 제공자의 노력으로 IMT-2000 서비스가 이미 진행되고 있다. 비록 2세대 디지털 셀룰러에서 IMT-2000으로의 진화가 현재 지지부진하지만, 2010년경의 데이터 사용량 예측을 참고로 할 때 새로운 시스템의 출현이 필연적이다. ITU-R SG8에서는 1999년 말까지 초기 IMT-2000 시스템에 대한 표준화 작업을 수행해왔던 TG8/1을 해체하고 2000년 이후의 위성 및 지상 부분 모두를 포함한 IMT-2000의 발전과IMT-2000 이후 시스템에 대한 비전과 목적의 정립을 위해 SG8 산하에 WP8F를 조직하여 활발하게 연구하고 있다. 본 고에서는 IMT-2000의 비전 표준화를 중심으로 하여 WP8F의 주요 표준화 동향을 살펴본다. 아울러 WP8F의 유관 기관의 활동도 함께 기술한다.

본 연구는 조직관리자의 조직 내부 및 외부관리 노력과 관리경력 등 관리자의 개인적 특성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석을 실시한다. 층화군집추출로 표집된 한국의 150개 중학교에 대해 3년간 학교, 교장 및 교사 조사를 통해 얻어진 다중원천 자료에 근거하여 위계적 선형모형(HLM)분석을 실시한 결과, 조직관리자인 교장의 관리경력 등 개인적 특성과 함께 교장의 내부관리 노력과 상부기관 및 학부모 등 주요 이해관계자에 대한 의견수렴 등 외부관리 노력이 모두 교사들의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구에서 제시하는 개인 및 조직수준 직무만족 설명변수들인 교사의 인구통계학적 특성, 직무동기, 자기효능감, 학교유형, 조직규모, 소재지역, 학교자원 등을 모두 통제한 상태에서 나타났다는 점에서 최근 공공관리 문헌에서 주목받고 있는 관리가 중요하다(management matters)는 주장의 한국적 맥락에서의 타당성을 지지하고 있다.

Purpose: This study investigated the Korean social workers’ burn-out factors and personal traits in hospice and palliative care field, and also examined the effect and correlation between their professionality, social support and supervision. Methods: Data (N=46) from 46 social workers working at hospice and palliative care field were collected, and the data were analyzed for the inferential statistics using t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression with the SPSS 12.0 program. Results: General factors of the burn-out were age and work experience. The effect of the organization environment is greatly dependant on social support and supervision, and the burn-out were protected when workers got an emotional support from their family. For the workers with supervision, the less negative feeling, the better for the burn-out protection. Furthermore, the low burn-out was thought about when professional organization, self regulation, job vocation and autonomy were utilized. Regression analysis needed that the burn-out were protected well when individual autonomy among expertise was guaranteed. As for social support, vertical support was able to protect physical burn-out. Conclusion: The training program for social workers in hospices and palliative care field is essential to reduce and prevent the burn-out. Hospice should be more activated and a training program with up-to-date knowledge and information should be adopted.

배관 및 기기 등의 지지부 정착에 사용되는 확장형 앵커는 여러 종류의 진동하중을 받게 되므로 그러한 하중에 대한 동적저항능력이 시험에 의하여 확인되어야 한다. 확장형 앵커의 동적시험 요건이 ASTM E488에 기술되어 있으나 내진시험 입력, 피로전단시험 입력 등 일부 요건이 구체적으로 명시되어 있지 않아 시험기관에 따라 시험조건이 자의적으로 결정될 수 있다. 따라서, 본고에서는 코드 시험요건이 구체적이지 못한 사항을 조사하여 적정 요구수준을 제시하였다. 또한, 국내에서 수행된 동적시험내용 검토결과, 현행 동적설계방안의 일부보완이 필요함을 확인하였다.

유비쿼터스의 대중화가 되고 있는 지금의 보안체제는 너무 취약하다고 볼 수 있다. 공공기관이나 사무 공간에서의 보안은 더욱 필요한 실정이지만 사용자의 가치인식의 부족으로 최소한의 보안도 이루워지지 않고 있다. 현재 시스템에서 정보가 도용되었을 경우 언제, 누가, 어떻게 무엇을 했는지 알 수 없기다 하지만 유비쿼터스 생활속에서 이용되는 RF카드에 있는 정보를 이용하여 최소한의 보안을 지킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RFID를 이용한 개인 신분 인증을 위한 인증 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study was dentify the effect of the grit, social support, burnout on dental hygienists' grit. The study involved 248 hygienists from different dental institutions. The participants in the study were 248. It was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0 program. The average for grit was 3.43, it was 3.69 for social support, it was 2.92 for burnout. The influencing factors of grit were marital status(β=.130), social support(β=.239), and burnout(β=.-275). The variable that exerted the largest influence on the grit of the dental hygienists was burnout. Conclusively, it is necessary to develop a burnout treatment program to increase the grit in dental hygienists. And proposed the necessity of follow-up research.
