국내 원자력발전소의 비계획정지 성능지표 연구

  • 원자력발전소의 산업계와 규제기관에서는 원자력발전소의 성능(performance)수준 향상과 대 국민 알권리 충족, 규제업무 효율화를 위하여 정량적인 성능지표를 개발하여 사용해왔다. 국내의 원자력 규제 기관인 한국원자력안전기술원은 WANO (world association of nuclear operators)와 미국 핵규제위원회(NRC)의 발전소 종합성능평가 (reactor oversight process)에서 사용하는 성능지표를 토대로 국내 원자력발전소 성능지표를 개발하여 사용 중이다 ( 1 ). 개발된 국내 원자력발전소의 성능지표는 초기사건, 안전계통 신뢰도, 방사선 안전 등 11개 지표로 이루어졌다. 각 지표별 등급을 4개(녹색, 하늘색, 노랑색, 주황색)로 나누어 알기 쉽게 표시하였다.(중략)

  • 본 연구는 전자파, 표류전압, 정전기 등 위험한 환경에서 충분한 안전성과 우수한 성능을 보이며 금속발열선(HBW)에 비해 빠른 작동시간을 가지는 반도체브리지 착화장치를 개발하여 로켓 추진기관 및 자동차 에어백 (Air-Bag)에 적용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 로켓 추진기관 착화장치 및 안전장치에는 고도의 안전성 및 신뢰성이 요구되어 기존의 금속발열선 착화장치보다 전자파, 표류전압, 정전기 등 위험한 환경에서 충분한 안정성과 제품의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 신기술 착화장치 설계사양이 요구되며 자동차 에어백용 인플레이터(inflater)는 에어백에 공급하는 가스를 발생시키기 위한 초기 구성품으로 자동차의 특성상 높은 작동신뢰성 유지와 주변 환경으로부터의 안전성이 요구되어 현존하는 금속발열선형 착화장치를 대체하는 반도체브리지 착화장치 개발이 필수적인 상황이다. A Study of the Development and Validation of Ego-resilience Scale for Young Children (유아 자아탄력성 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a children's ego-resilience measurement scale and to examine the reliability and validity of the developed scale. Subjects consisted of 289 children of age 3 to 5 attending kindergarten and daycare centers located in Gwangju city and Chonnam province. Factor analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 programs. The children's ego resilience scale consists of 26 items of 5 factors(attention concentration, emotion control, self efficacy, empathy, peer relationship) after the exploratory factor analysis. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed that RMSEA is .059, NNFI is .901 and CFI is .913. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were acceptable with this study's scale and KPRC. Chronbach ${\alpha}$ were also acceptable. Thus, the developed children's ego resilience measurement scale is reliable and valid.

  • This study made an analysis of the relationship between the emotional labor and the organizational commitment and the mediating effect of job satisfaction of employees in senior employment agencies. A survey of 253 employees in Daejeon and Chungcheong areas was conducted. The important analysis methods are confirmatory factor analysis and bootstrap verification. The analysis results are employees' emotional labor had a negative effect on organizational commitment and the mediating effect of self-efficacy was proved significantly. For reducing emloyees' emotional labor, it is important to offer guidelines for improvement of emotional labor, regular inspection and education, and the proper measures of the administrators. To advance their self-efficacy, we need to offer education for the improvement of practice-based professionalism, education and administrative support to improve ethical consciousness, and appropriate emotional support service.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the management innovation scale for public institution and apply scale through examination of relationship between management innovation and innovation performance. As a result, we developed management innovation scale with 7 categories and verified its validity and reliability. Also we found positive effect of management innovation on innovative performance. Based on theses findings, implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendations for future research are provided.

  • This research is objective that we investigate the effects of transformational leadership type of the head of pre-school institution on its operation and management. In order to test, we selected the subject of 200 teachers at 50 preschools in Seoul city randomly and we measured leadership type of the head and the level of its operation and management to 174 pre-school teachers. Based on the collected questionnaire, simple correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to produce the following results: First, analyzed result, participants were higher recognition that the relationship between the institution head's transformational leadership and its operation and management, and between the two variable were significant static positive correlation. Second, we analyzed the difference between type of transformational leadership to the institution head's perceived by its teachers individuals variables. As a results, we found that the academic ability(a college to university graduation) was significant the ethical leadership and teachers gives a positive evaluation on the head's transformational leadership regardless of the teacher's background variables. Third, we analyzed the transformational leadership affect institution on its operation and management. its results, the transformational leadership was significant on its operation and management. In particular, it were affect according to the order, political leadership, educational leadership, cultural leadership. Our finding contribute that pre-school institution have to change consistently, and were asked higher quality by enhancing competition, politics and its operation and management. in order to it is important that there is transformational leadership of the head.

The Convergence Research on Waiting Time, Hospital Image, and Patient satisfaction in Dental Care Consumers (치과 의료소비자의 대기시간과 병원이미지 및 환자만족도간의 융합적 연구)

  • This study aimed to analyze the association among dental care consumers' responses to waiting time, hospital image, and patient satisfaction and provide basic data that could help qualitative waiting conditions management related to health care service. A survey was conducted from May 18 to June 20, 2016 in adults who had spent waiting time at dental hospitals or clinics, and the following conclusion was drawn: Hospital image was associated with the changes in reliance on dental care centers in case of long wait, the changes in reuse intentions, and the reservation system, and patient satisfaction was associated with gender, explanation of expected waiting time, the changes in reliance on dental care centers in case of long wait, the changes in reuse intentions, and the reservation system. The positive responses to waiting time was positively correlated with hospital image and patient satisfaction; the negative reaction to waiting time was negatively correlated with hospital image and patient satisfaction; and hospital image was positively correlated with patient satisfaction.

Validity of the Multiple Intelligence Scales for Young Korean Children (부모-교사용 유아 간편 다중지능척도 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of Multiple Intelligence Scales for Young Korean Children (MIS-YKC). Participants of this study were 357 children's parents and teachers from Seoul, Gyeongdo, Jeonlado & Choongchungdo. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson's r and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results are as follows. (1) Confirmatory factor analysis of MIS-YKC for parents MIS-YKC revealed that fit indices such as $X^2$=365.712 (df=168, p=.000), RMSEA=.057, SRMR=.047, NNFI=.935, CFI=.948. and MIS-KYC by teacher's evaluation $X^2$=436.765 (df=168, p=.000), RMSEA=.066, SRMR=.051, NNFI=.917, CFI=.934. (2) Correlations between multiple intelligence scales and IQ were significant. (3) Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ ranged from .80 and .86 for seven intelligence scales and .95 for the total scale by parents' evaluation. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ is ranged from .76 and .91 for seven intelligence scales and .95 for the total scale by teacher's evaluation. All these results show that the multiple intelligence scales for young Korean children parents and teachers are quite reliable and valid.

Neural Theorem Prover with Word Embedding for Efficient Automatic Annotation (효율적인 자동 주석을 위한 단어 임베딩 인공 신경 정리 증명계 구축)

  • 본 연구는 전문기관에서 생산되는 검증된 문서를 웹상의 수많은 검증되지 않은 문서에 자동 주석하여 신뢰도 향상 및 심화 정보를 자동으로 추가하는 시스템을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 활용 가능한 시스템인 인공 신경 정리 증명계(neural theorem prover)가 대규모 말뭉치에 적용되지 않는다는 근본적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 내부 순환 모듈을 단어 임베딩 모듈로 교체하여 재구축 하였다. 학습 시간의 획기적인 감소를 입증하기 위해 국가암정보센터의 암 예방 및 실천에 대한 검증된 문서들에서 추출한 28,844개 명제를 위키피디아 암 관련 문서에서 추출한 7,844개 명제에 주석하는 사례를 통하여 기존의 시스템과 재구축한 시스템을 병렬 비교하였다. 동일한 환경에서 기존 시스템의 학습 시간이 553.8일로 추정된 것에 비해 재구축한 시스템은 93.1분 내로 학습이 완료되었다. 본 연구의 장점은 인공 신경 정리 증명계가 모듈화 가능한 비선형 시스템이기에 다른 선형 논리 및 자연언어 처리 모듈들과 병렬적으로 결합될 수 있음에도 현실 사례에 이를 적용 불가능하게 했던 학습 시간에 대한 문제를 해소했다는 점이다.

  • Theoretical review of the PR activities was initiated using Lasswell's (1948) SMCRE model to evaluate the indicators of the collaborative programs with NGO and the outcome of the activities promoting energy-saving programs. The indicators were then set based on a case study by Nho Younhwoo (2012). This paper aims to develop evaluation indicators for the activities promoting energy-saving programs and evaluate how energy consumers recognize the reputations of PR agencies (sender), PR content (message), PR media outlets (channel), and the degree to which such PR activities induce energy-saving behaviors.
