Individual donors that are the social and financial base of organization finance are divided into prospect, current donors and lapsed donors. This study might be the first efforts in Korea, to reveal the characteristics and behavior of lapsed donors. We found that major reasons of giving lapse were financial inabilities and interest of other cause. However, many lapsed donors didn't give any more but moved to another nonprofit organization for donation. Moreover, their trust of ex-nonprofit organization has effected their decision to donate to other nonprofit organizations again or not. Therefore, donor services that improve donors' trust is important to maintain nonprofit sector' donor basis.

As the utilization of the BIM model increases in the design and construction stages of a construction project, the utilization of BIM in the maintenance stage can also increase. In the maintenance stage, BIM objects created in the design and construction stages that have already been completed are used. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the reliability of whether the used BIM object is a certified model created in the design stage. In particular, the reliability of the BIM model becomes more important in a project such as railway facilities composed of various construction activities with civil engineering, architecture, electricity, signal, and track work. This study proposes a methodology of using blockchain technology as a way to secure the reliability of the BIM model used in the maintenance phase, and constructs the block structure and detailed process for applying the blockchain technology to BIM. In addition, by applying this process to the BIM model of an actual facility to generate a block, it was confirmed that the blockchain technology can be used as a tool to secure the reliability of the BIM model.

This paper is a study on the reliability management of onboard signaling equipment for the Koran Tilting Train (TTX) to run the existing railway to express railway. For safe running of tilting train which operates at Automatic Train Protection (ATP) and Automatic Train Stop (ATS), a reliability management plan for TTX onboard is proposed for preventing train safety from driver oversight and malfunction by establishing braking curves based on movement authority and speed limit, according to preceding train location and rail conditions. Also, reliability of TTX onboard equipment on the basis of proposed plan was estimated, and actual case studies based on the international requirements IEC 62278 (EN 50126) were provided to verify its reliability.

우리나라는 60년대 초부터 80년대 후반까지 중화학공업의 육성에 급급한 나머지 각종 산업분야에서 사용 및 생산된 유해화학물질의 환경과 인간에 미치는 영향은 거의 무시되어왔기 때문에 80년대 후반부터 각종 유해화학물질로 인한 직업병이 노출되어 사회문제화 되었다. 따라서 시급하게 이들 유해화학물질을 관리해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 이를 위한 제도적 장치가 마련되었다. 바로 이것이 작업환경측정 및 임상검사에 대한 정도관리제도이다. 작업환경측정을 위한 정도관리는 작업환경측정에 관한 정도관리규정(노동부 고시 제 92-18호, 1992, 4, 16) 에 의거 한국산업안전공단에서 현재 매년 2회에 걸쳐 실시하고 있으며, 근로자의 임상시료에 대한 정도관리는 1977년 대한임상검사 정도관리학회에서 실시한 이래 현재까지 자율적으로 계속 실시되고 있고, 제도적으로는 근로자 건강진단 실시기준(노동부 고시 제 92-9호, 1992. 4. 2)에 의거 대한산업보건협회가 현재까지 70여개 대상기관에 대한 매년 2회를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 작업환경측정이나 임상시료에 대한 결과치의 신뢰도 증대가 요구되는 현시점에서 신뢰도 증진의 중요한 요소중의 하나인 검사기기의 정도관리는 더더욱 그 중대함을 더해가고 있으나 우리의 실정이 이를 만족시키지 못하고 검사기기에 대한 정도관리를 할 수 있는 참고할 서적이나 방법이 부족하여 관련분야의 실무자들이 많은 애로점을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 여기에서는 검사에 사용되는 각종 기기에 대한 기초원리, 사용목적, 검사순서, 적용범위, 취급상의 주의, 사용하는 입장에서의 보수관리에 대해 서술함으로써 작업환경측정이나 임상정도관리 및 기타 관련분야에서 공통으로 사용하는 검사기기에 대한 정도관리를 함으로써 더욱더 신뢰도 높은 결과를 얻는데 기여할 수 있는 것으로 기대된다. 또한 여기에 소개한 기초원리나 응용분야에서 부족한 점은 화학, 물리학 및 임상병리학 등 전문서적을 참고하여 주기 바란다.

As social and political paradigms change, public institution tasks and structures are constantly created, integrated, or abolished. From an effective record management perspective, it is necessary to review whether the previously established record classification schemes reflect these changes and remain relevant to current tasks. However, in most institutions, the restructuring process relies on manual labor and the experiential judgment of practitioners or institutional record managers, making it difficult to reflect changes in a timely manner or comprehensively understand the overall context. To address these issues and improve the efficiency of record management, this study proposes an approach using automation and intelligence technologies to restructure the classification schemes, ensuring records are filed within an appropriate context. Furthermore, the proposed approach was applied to the target institution, its results were used as the basis for interviews with the practitioners to verify the effectiveness and limitations of the approach. It is, aiming to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the restructured record classification schemes and promote the standardization of record management.

We analyzed 18 representative domestic health information related web-sites for assessing confidence and satisfaction degrees using 19 assessment criteria and 5 important elements. The 18 representative web-sites are selected by rank information of a ranking web-site for domestic web-sites. In the results, we found out the presented state of confidence and satisfaction degrees of domestic health information web-sites and we presented methods for utilizing these result for web-site administrators and medical consumers.

전세계적으로 전력수급기본계획 수립시 지역별 수급계획이 현안사항으로 부각되고 있으며, 우리나라 또한 지역간 수급 불균형 문제가 대두되고 있다. 또한 기존의 전력수금기관계획에서는 발전사업자들이 제출한 건설의향평가서를 평가시 지역별 특성을 반영하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신뢰도측면 (LOLP)측면에서 지역별 특성을 고려한 발전설비평가방안에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 그리고 사례연구를 통하여 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

최근 공공기관의 공공데이터 제공이 활성화 되고 있으며, 이를 활용한 응용서비스에 대한 요구도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 현재 교통정보예측 플랫폼은 실시간 교통정보 또는 과거 교통정보이력을 분석하여 미래의 교통량이나 도착시간정보를 제공하고 있으나 날씨, 사고 등과 같은 미래 교통정보에 즉각적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소를 배제하고 있어 높은 신뢰도를 확보하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 교통정보예측에 영향을 주는 요소인 기상, 사고, 교통정보와 같은 공공데이터를 효율적으로 수집 저장 처리할 수 있는 저장방식 및 신뢰도 높은 교통정보를 예측할 수 있는 예측기술이 포함된 b-Traffic 서비스 플랫폼을 제시한다.

이 연구는 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 바탕으로 수학 영재를 판별하기 위해서 수학 창의적 문제해결력 검사를 개발하고, 유창성만으로 수학 창의성을 평가한 이 검사 방법의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 10개의 개방적인 수학 문제를 개발한 바, 수학적으로는 직관적 통찰력, 정보 조직력, 추론능력, 일반화 및 적용력, 반성적 사고력을 요구하는 문제들이다. 이 10문항을 영재교육기관에 입학하고자 지원한 초등학교 5학년 2,2029명에게 실시했다. 교사들은 각 문제에 대해 타당한 답을 제시한 빈도로 유창성을 측정했다. 학생들의 반응은 Rasch의 1모수 문항반응모형을 기반으로 한 BIGSTEPTS 로 분석했다. 문항반응 분석결과, 이 검사는 창의성을 유창성만으로 측정할 때도 영재판별 검사로서 신뢰도, 타당도, 난이도, 변별도가 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 덜 정의되고, 덜 구조화되고, 신선한 문제가 영재교육 프로그램에 지원한 학생들의 수학 창의성을 측정하는데 좋은 문제임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이 검사는 남학생이 여학생보다 수학 창의적 문제해결력이 우수하며, 영재교육원에 지원한 학생들이 수학영재학급에 지원한 학생들보다 더 우수함을 확인해 주었다.

R&D institutes, supporting development in industry, are required to provide an economic basis of their R&D investments. In this paper, we apply prospective cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic impact of R&D investments. We compute main metrics with cost and benefit estimated via counter-factual evaluation model. Among many projects of KRISS to improve measurement reliability, three projects are evaluated by applying prospective cost-benefit analysis.
