In experiment, to induce specific emotional states(positive and negative emotional state), the participants were asked to listen to music and imagine autobiographic events with different emotional impacts. Subsequently, they performed time limit search tasks with three travel information on small screen display and their search patterns were recorded on real time. This study intends to deduce various purchase intention influential factor for mobile phone and thereby to clarify the causal relationship between these factors and purchase intention. As a result of the analysis of this study, we could know that first, when the impact about brand attitude on consumers is bigger, a positive affect is induced and the effects about personalization interface were also positive. Second, we could know that when the innovative tendency of consumers is stronger, they experience positive affects and the impact on personalization interface was also effective. However, it was clarified that when the innovative tendency is stronger, the impact on price gets smaller. Third, when the imitation tendency of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced, and when the interest in personalization interface of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced and the interest in price also gets higher. Fourth, we could check the influence of affect in the purchase intention of mobile phones.

In contemporary society, the expression of emotions and self-reflection are considered pivotal factors with a positive impact on stress management and mental well-being, thereby highlighting the significance of journaling. However, traditional journaling methods have posed challenges for many individuals due to constraints in terms of time and space. Recent rapid advancements in chatbot and emotion analysis technologies have garnered significant attention as essential tools to address these issues. This paper introduces an artificial intelligence chatbot that integrates the GPT-3 model and emotion analysis technology, detailing the development process of a system that automatically generates journals based on users' chat data. Through this system, users can engage in journaling more conveniently and efficiently, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions and promoting positive emotional experiences.

Second, previous studies focused on the negative effects of emotional labor on job attitudes. On the other hand, this study dealt with not only the negative effects of emotional labor but also its positive effects. Finally, this study examined the mediation effect of emotional labor on the relationship between the job-related affective state and job attitudes. The data was collected from 150 employees working in 15 service firms in Korea. The results were as follows. First, the positive job-related affective state increased the deep-acting. On the other hand, negative job-related affective state increased surface-acting. Second, the main effect of deep-acting on positive job attitudes (dedication and vigor) was significant. In addition, the main effects of surface-acting on the negative job attitudes (exhaustion and cynicism) was significant. Finally, the mediating effect of deep-acting on the relationship between positive job-related affective state and positive job attitudes was significant. In addition, surface-acting mediated the relationship between negative job-related affective state and negative job attitudes. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are provided in the discussion session.
This paper studies on the influence of customers' perceived store crowding, shopping emotions, shopping value, and repatronage intention. The result is as follows. First, human crowding and spatial crowding influence two dimensions of shopping emotions: positive shopping emotions and negative shopping emotions. Especially human crowding influences positively on positive shopping emotions while spatial crowding influence positively on negative shopping emotions, which means that shoppers visiting stores feel negative shopping emotions toward spatial crowding, but that shoppers' crowding in stores can arose positive shopping emotions which intrigue interest and liveliness. Second, positive shopping emotions and negative shopping emotions influence two dimensions of shopping values: hedonic shopping value and utilitarian shopping value. This study tested how impulse buying behavior for apparel was related to hedonic consumption and impulse buying tendencies and emotion in the context of shopping. A total of 290 self-administered questionnaires were obtained from college students during scheduled classes. A structural equation model using a correlation matrix with maximum likelihood was estimated for examining the relationships among consumer tendencies of hedonic consumption and impulse buying, positive emotion, and impulse buying behaviors by LISREL 8.53. Findings showed that impulse buying behaviors for apparel could be classified into planned, reminded, and fashion-oriented impulse buying typologies. Hedonic consumption and impulse buying tendencies had significant effects on positive emotion. Positive emotion had a significant effect on planned, reminded, and fashion-oriented impulse buying for apparel. This study suggests that positive emotion plays an important role in determining impulse buying behaviors relevant to hedonic and impulse buying tendencies. Managerial implications for apparel retailers are discussed.
This experimental research explores the effect of drone's moving image on media audience's flow, arousal of interest and emotional state. Most previous researchers of media image effect insisted that camera movement should be abstained in order to give audience the feeling that movement of figures is in the contents story itself. and camera movement also can disturb natural viewing of audience. For the purpose of finding the effect of drone's moving image on media audience's flow, arousal of interest and emotional state, 2 groups of subjects composed of 56 university students were exposed to 2 different video clips, one with moving drone's image, the other with hovering drone's image. After this experiment, Questions which were designed to measure audience's flow, arousal of interest and emotional state were asked and analysed. This research found that subjects exposed to moving drone's image felt more interested and more positive emotional state than subjects exposed to hovering drone's image. However meaningful effect of drone's moving image on audience's flow was not found.
