Developing Avatar Converter by using existing Contents in Mobile Contents Development (모바일 컨텐츠 개발에서 기존의 컨텐츠를 최대한 이용하기 위한 아바타 변환기 개발 연구)

  • Mobile device has the same service as PC with the development of mobile technology, such as game, internet, economic service. This paper we play the games in Mobile Device which were popular in Pentium 1 PC, and then develop Avatar Converter by summarizing Automating Elements. In other words, we propose a method that can accelerate developing speed of Mobile Contents by recycling existing resource. The main function of Avatar Converter is that transform existing architecture with dividing logic and resource which can play in mobile by considering restriction items. It can accelerate developing speed by transforming common logic and resource in various contents development for kinds of mobile company.

An Analysis of National R&D Trends in the Metaverse Field using Topic Modeling (토픽 모델링을 활용한 메타버스 분야 국가 R&D 동향 분석)

  • With the rise of the metaverse industry worldwide, relevant national strategies and nurturing systems have been prepared in Korea. As the complexity of policies increases, the importance of establishing data-based policymkaing is growing, and studies diagnosing national R&D trends in the metaverse field are still lacking. Therefore, this paper collected NTIS national R&D information for 9,651 R&D projects promoted from 2002 to 2020. And this study looked at the current status and identified major topics based on the topic modeling, and considered time-series changes in the topics. Eleven major topics of R&D tasks in the metaverse field were derived, hot topics were service/content/platform development and medical/surgical fields of application fields, and cold topics were urban/environment/spatial information fields. Strategic R&D Management, metaverse-related laws, and institutional studies were proposed as policy directions.

  • 다양한 스마트기기 간 및 앱(Application) 간 연동을 통한 스마트미디어 생태계 환경에서 애플(Apple), 구글(Google), 마이크로소프트(Microsoft) 등 SW(Software) 기반 OS(Operating System) 플랫폼들은 개별 체제 강화를 더욱 견고히 하고 있다. 생태계 내 타(他) 구성원들은 이들에 의한 제약이 더욱 심해지자, 웹 문서의 표준화(HTML5)나 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud computing) 같은 개방화된 기술들을 환영한다. 실제로 최근 웹 애플리케이션(Web application) 개발과 개발자들의 OS 플랫폼 이탈은 이러한 변화의 단면을 보여주기 시작했다. 본 고는 SW 중심에서 서비스 중심으로 이동 중인 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 네트워크를 보유 중인 방송통신사업자들의 새로운 스마트미디어 전략 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 두 가지 기술적 배경인 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술들을 살펴본 후, 그 동안 SW 중심 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 주도권을 빼앗겼다고 깨달은 방송통신사업자가 취해야 할, 두 가지 새로운 기술적 환경에서의 스마트미디어 전략을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, HTML5가 모바일 분야의 핵심 기술이 될 전망이지만, 단기적으로는 여전히 미성숙 문제가 제기될 것으로 보이며, 기존 경쟁력을 유지하려는 OS 사업자들의 가치사슬 통합 전략이 가시화되고 있는 환경이 목격된다. 또한, 클라우드 서비스 제공도 이미 이들 OS사업자들의 기존 생태계 유지를 위한 핵심 툴로 이미 활용되기 시작했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 방송통신사업자들에게 생태계 주도권을 탈환할 수 있는 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 세 가지 이용자 경험인 '경계 없는', '동질적인', '끊김 없는' 이용자 경험(User Experience) 제공을 위해 노력하는 선도적인 사례 탐색이 시도되었으며, 이를 통해 방송통신사업자들의 미래 스마트미디어 전략 방향이 도출되었다. '경계 없는' 서비스에서는 구글, 애플 외의 멀티OS 전략과 기존 OS의 앱 서비스 대항마인 아마존(Amazon), 페이스북(Facebook) 등과의 적극적 서비스 제휴, '동질적인' 서비스에서는 클라우드 기반 주요 콘텐츠 플랫폼 제휴와 방송통신 가입자 기반의 All-IP기반으로의 확대, 마지막으로 '끊김 없는' 서비스에서는 SNS, LBS, 가상현실 등과의 매쉬업(Mash-up)과 의료, 금융 등과의 융합서비스 개발을 통한 스마트홈 전략 추진, 인증 및 결제시스템의 개방화 등이 제시되었다.

A Case Study on the Online Fractional Investment Securitization Platform (온라인 분할 투자 증권화 플랫폼 사례 연구)

  • With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

  • It is actively opening the market to fintech companies through open platforms, such as financial institutions and public institutions. In this thesis, we will look at the conceptual differences between the "provision of third-party information" and "entrustment" of information protection related laws, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Data Protection Etc (Network Utilization Protection Act). In addition, the legal obligation to provide information regarding the legal rights of information is considered to be relevant, whereas the legal obligation of the private information provided by the company is excessively mitigated, whereas the legal obligation of the company to provide information is excessively mitigated. In addition, I suggest self-diagnosis checklist to help fintech companies improve their privacy levels. It was found that the level of information protection was relatively insufficient compared to the consignees based on the results of a survey conducted for 31 fintech companies. Aggressive use of the checklist is suggested to raise the level of information protection for those companies.

Multi-Path Routing Algorithm for Cost-Effective Transactions in Automated Market Makers (자동화 마켓 메이커에서 비용 효율적인 거래를 위한 다중 경로 라우팅 알고리즘)

  • With the rise of a decentralized finance market (so called, DeFi) using blockchain technology, users and capital liquidity of decentralized finance applications are increasing significantly. The Automated Market Maker (AMM) is a protocol that automatically calculates the asset price based on the liquidity of the decentralized trading platform, and is currently most commonly used in the decentralized exchanges (DEX), since it can proceed the transactions by utilizing the liquidity pool of the trading platform even if the buyers and sellers do not exist at the same time. However, Automated Market Maker have some disadvantages since the cost efficiency of each transaction using Automated Market Maker depends on the liquidity size of some liquidity pools used for the transaction, so the smaller the size of the liquidity pool and the larger the transaction size, the smaller the cost efficiency of the trade. To solve this problem, some platforms are adopting Transaction Path Routing Algorithm that bypasses transaction path to other liquidity pools that have relatively large size to improve cost efficiency, but this algorithm can be further improved because it uses only a single transaction path to proceed each transaction. In addition to just bypassing transaction path, in this paper we proposed a Multi-Path Routing Algorithm that uses multiple transaction paths simultaneously by distributing transaction size, and showed that the cost efficiency of transactions can be further improved in the Automated Market Maker-based trading environment.

An Analysis on the Vulnerability of Secure Keypads for Mobile Devices (모바일 기기를 위한 보안 키패드의 취약점 분석)

  • Due to the widespread propagation of mobile platforms such as smartphones and tablets, financial and e-commercial transactions based on these mobile platforms are growing rapidly. Unlike PCs, almost all mobile platforms do not provide physical keyboards or mice but provide virtual keypads using touchscreens. For this reason, an attacker attempts to obtain the coordinates of touches on the virtual keypad in order to get actual key values. To tackle this vulnerability, financial applications for mobile platforms use secure keypads, which change position of each key displayed on the virtual keypad. However, these secure keypads cannot protect users' private information more securely than the virtual keypads because each key has only 2 or 3 positions and moreover its probability distribution is not uniform. In this paper, we analyze secure keypads used by the most financial mobile applications, point out the limitation of the previous research, and then propose a more general and accurate attack method on the secure keypads.

Analysis of Success Cases of InsurTech and Digital Insurance Platform Based on Artificial Intelligence Technologies: Focused on Ping An Insurance Group Ltd. in China (인공지능 기술 기반 인슈어테크와 디지털보험플랫폼 성공사례 분석: 중국 평안보험그룹을 중심으로)

  • Recently, the global insurance industry is rapidly developing digital transformation through the use of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. As a result, more and more foreign insurers have achieved the success of artificial intelligence technology-based InsurTech and platform business, and Ping An Insurance Group Ltd., China's largest private company, is leading China's global fourth industrial revolution with remarkable achievements in InsurTech and Digital Platform as a result of its constant innovation, using 'finance and technology' and 'finance and ecosystem' as keywords for companies. In response, this study analyzed the InsurTech and platform business activities of Ping An Insurance Group Ltd. through the ser-M analysis model to provide strategic implications for revitalizing AI technology-based businesses of domestic insurers. The ser-M analysis model has been studied so that the vision and leadership of the CEO, the historical environment of the enterprise, the utilization of various resources, and the unique mechanism relationships can be interpreted in an integrated manner as a frame that can be interpreted in terms of the subject, environment, resource and mechanism. As a result of the case analysis, Ping An Insurance Group Ltd. has achieved cost reduction and customer service development by digitally innovating its entire business area such as sales, underwriting, claims, and loan service by utilizing core artificial intelligence technologies such as facial, voice, and facial expression recognition. In addition, "online data in China" and "the vast offline data and insights accumulated by the company" were combined with new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis to build a digital platform that integrates financial services and digital service businesses. Ping An Insurance Group Ltd. challenged constant innovation, and as of 2019, sales reached $155 billion, ranking seventh among all companies in the Global 2000 rankings selected by Forbes Magazine. Analyzing the background of the success of Ping An Insurance Group Ltd. from the perspective of ser-M, founder Mammingz quickly captured the development of digital technology, market competition and changes in population structure in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and established a new vision and displayed an agile leadership of digital technology-focused. Based on the strong leadership led by the founder in response to environmental changes, the company has successfully led InsurTech and Platform Business through innovation of internal resources such as investment in artificial intelligence technology, securing excellent professionals, and strengthening big data capabilities, combining external absorption capabilities, and strategic alliances among various industries. Through this success story analysis of Ping An Insurance Group Ltd., the following implications can be given to domestic insurance companies that are preparing for digital transformation. First, CEOs of domestic companies also need to recognize the paradigm shift in industry due to the change in digital technology and quickly arm themselves with digital technology-oriented leadership to spearhead the digital transformation of enterprises. Second, the Korean government should urgently overhaul related laws and systems to further promote the use of data between different industries and provide drastic support such as deregulation, tax benefits and platform provision to help the domestic insurance industry secure global competitiveness. Third, Korean companies also need to make bolder investments in the development of artificial intelligence technology so that systematic securing of internal and external data, training of technical personnel, and patent applications can be expanded, and digital platforms should be quickly established so that diverse customer experiences can be integrated through learned artificial intelligence technology. Finally, since there may be limitations to generalization through a single case of an overseas insurance company, I hope that in the future, more extensive research will be conducted on various management strategies related to artificial intelligence technology by analyzing cases of multiple industries or multiple companies or conducting empirical research.

  • In the remarkable growth of P2P financial platform in the field of knowledge management, only companies with big data and machine learning technologies are surviving in fierce competition. The ability to analyze borrowers' credit is most important, and platform companies are also recognizing this capability as the most important business asset, so they are building a credit evaluation system based on artificial intelligence. Nonetheless, online P2P platform providers that offer related services only act as intermediaries to apply for investors and borrowers, and all the risks associated with the investments are attributable to investors. For investors, the only way to verify the safety of investment products depends on the reputation of P2P companies from newspaper and online website. Time series information such as delinquency rate is not enough to evaluate the early stage of Korean P2P makers' credit analysis capability. This study examines the credit analysis procedure of P2P loan platform using artificial intelligence through the case analysis method for well known the top three companies that are focusing on the credit lending market and the kinds of information data to use. Through this, we will improve the understanding of credit analysis techniques through artificial intelligence, and try to examine limitations of credit analysis methods through artificial intelligence.

SMEs in Korea IT infrastructure needs as well as commercial services such as simulation, test environment configuration, to perform tasks that require a step-by-step in the product development process, which requires different IT Infrastructure Outsourcing workforce commitment, according to the rapid changes in the size of the organization's efficient IT infrastructure such as cloud services because of the lack of capacity to respond to a sudden demand for IT measures required.
