Responding to rapid changes of global supply chain and fast increasing air cargo volume and demand for e-commerce market, this paper researched the development plans for regional airport specially focused on air cargo logostics through policy research. According to this research, political implications and development plans for Cheong Ju airport (CJJ) to become a part of global supply chain, a regional air cargo hub. Firstly, it is necessary to increase the length of the existing runway from 2,744m to 3,200m or to develop 3^rd runway only for a civil aircraft use. Secondly, it is inevitable to develop new air cargo terminal to handle and export such high value-added products as semi-conductor or rechargeable battery through airport. In addition, facing re-shoring trends among global supply chain, CJJ can increase its air cargo volume and also provide feeder service to Incheon airport, inducing global distribution center near airport site.

방송관리시스템은 이미 가동되고 있는 '개방형 글로벌 IPTV 방송 센터'에서 접속자들에게 방송 신호를 순조로이 배송하는 일을 담당하는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문은 방송관리시스템을 원격으로 접속할 수 있는 웹 시스템의 요구사항을 작성하여 운영자가 센터에 상주하지 않아도 인터넷을 통하여 언제 어디서나 방송을 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공하기위한 기반을 마련한다.

The aim of this study is to consider the physical distribution system of assembly supplied from $1^{st}$ supplier and module corporation to automobile assembly plant through analysis of existing literatures and interview survey. The major findings of this study are as follows. Parts supply of automobile are to bind together with many regional parts supplier than using multi frequency and small delivery of JIT. Regional physical distribution center of joint parts and integrated physical distribution information center is to be installed in neighboring region of automobile assembly plant in order to reduce the transport cost by designating and activating multiple physical distribution and transport companies in each automobile assembly plant and turning into effective high volume shipping system.

The free-trade-zone system has been implemented in industrial-complex-type free-trade zones with a focus on the manufacturing industry since 1970, and was intended to attract foreign investment and increase trade by providing benefits such as tax reduction and deregulation to tenant companies. However, foreign investment in these industrial-complex-type free trade zones has decreased significantly. On the other hand, port-type free-trade zones have great potential to attract foreign investment for development due to the increase in port traffic. The developmental trends in the free-trade-zone system have been studied primarily in the manufacturing industry, and those studies must be extended. In this paper, the role and operation of free-trade zones are examined and problems highlighted. We analyzed a business model specialized in port-type free-trade zones to identify problems, propose measures to improve the system for re-exporting domestic goods to the customs area for storage, and upgrade overall operations. The effects of our measures were analyzed by simple simulation. These proposed improvements in the operation of port-type free-trade zones will help attract foreign companies to these international logistics hubs and global delivery centers.
