A Study on the Evaluation Method of Level of Service in Transfer Walking Facilities (환승 보행시설의 서비스수준 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • The walking is very important because of its environment friendly and low accident rate, and transferring is also important as increasing public transportation uses. Facilities for transferring such as transfer path in Sadang station and internal stairways in Sindorim station are the object of this paper. Using preexistence methodology for Level of Service is not appropriate to transferring facilities because they are occurred only when the train arrive that station. To solve this problem, this paper uses queuing theory and utilization factor. In result, we can get Level of Service which can simulate real situation of the facilities by using new methodology which introduce by this paper. Also it reveals that preexistence methodology cannot simulate real phenomenon in transferring center.

  • Recently generated natural disaster of rainfall is transformed into nationwide generate form from a specific region of generated form that damages are steadily growing. such natural disaster lead to much influence such as socioeconomic, financial, physical and casualties etc, therefore model collection can be a step required establishment of systematically management foundation and offer of systematic solved plan. this study proposed to analyze and arrange pattern of disaster and systems designed plan and establishment further scientific, prompt service of disaster. with GIS technique for decision-making offer the necessary preliminary data. also, each city have orthophoto and digital elevation model that analyze real topography and situation. with establish management system in order to carry out appropriate service of disaster management and establish realistic management system. system had established that OpenGL make three dimensional illustrate scale image data and digital elevation model therefore a module of section analysis developed way to illustrate and to analyze topography and longitudinal section in screen.

  • 하천수의 통합적인 물관리를 위해서는 농업용수의 목적으로 취수되는 하천수량과 같은 기초자료의 확보가 필수적이다. 취입보를 통해 취수되는 하천수량은 취수문에 근접한 농업용수로에서 유량을 계측할 수 있는데, 계측지점의 특성에 맞는 최적의 계측방법 선정 및 검증이 필요하다. 대부분의 농업용수로는 단면이 일정하여 수위-유량 관계 곡선식, 초음파 측정법, 수면경사법, 구조물법 등 대부분의 계측방법 적용이 가능한데, 본 연구에서는 전자파 표면 유속계를 이용해 산정한 유량자료와 실측 유량자료와의 적합성을 비교하여 전자파로 측정한 유량자료의 정확도를 확인하였다. 전자파 표면 유속계는 도플러 효과를 이용해 표면 유속을 산정하는 방식으로, 주로 홍수기와 같이 고유량 상황에서 사용되고 있고, 저유량이나 바람이 센 상황에서는 표면유속이 단면 전체의 평균유속을 대변하기 어려워 연중 지속적인 활용도가 낮은 상황이다. 농업용수로는 다양한 규모로 설계되어 있어 저유량에서부터 고유량까지 넓은 범위의 계측방안이 필요한데, 전자파 표면 유속계를 이용한 계측으로는 연속적인 자료 확보에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 일정한 단면에서 전자파 표면 유속계와 실측 유속과의 비교를 통해 적정 수준의 정확도를 가질 수 있는 전자파 표면 유속계 측정범위를 특정하고, 저유량 구간에서 취약한 표면 유속 측정 자료를 보정할 수 있는 개선 방법을 적용하여 농업용수를 취수하는 지점에서 전자파 표면 유속계의 연중 상시 계측 가능 방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 전자파 표면 유속계의 측정 범위 특정과 저유량 계측 개선 방안 등을 통해 추후 농업용수로의 하천수 취수량 계측 방법 선정에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Individual Pig Detection Using Kinect Depth Information (키넥트 깊이 정보를 이용한 개별 돼지의 탐지)

  • Abnormal situation caused by aggressive behavior of pigs adversely affects the growth of pigs, and comes with an economic loss in intensive pigsties. Therefore, IT-based video surveillance system is needed to monitor the abnormal situations in pigsty continuously in order to minimize the economic demage. In this paper, we propose a new Kinect camera-based monitoring system for the detection of the individual pigs. The proposed system is characterized as follows. 1) The background subtraction method and depth-threshold are used to detect only standing-pigs in the Kinect-depth image. 2) The moving-pigs are labeled as regions of interest. 3) A contour method is proposed and applied to solve the touching-pigs problem in the Kinect-depth image. The experimental results with the depth videos obtained from a pig farm located in Sejong illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.

  • This paper describes an autonomous air combat guidance law using a Virtual Pursuit Point (VPP) in one-on-one close engagement for Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV). The VPPs that consist of virtual lag and lead points are introduced to carry out tactical combat maneuvers. The VPPs are generated based on fighter's aerodynamic performance and Basic Fighter Maneuver (BFM)'s turn circle, total energy and weapon characteristics. The UCAV determines a single VPP and executes pursuit maneuvers based on a smoothing function which evaluates probabilities of the pursuit types for switching maneuvers with given combat states. The proposed law is demonstrated by high-fidelity real-time combat simulation using commercial fighter model and X-Plane simulator.

Low Complexity QRD-M MIMO Detection Algorithm Based on Adaptive Search Area (적응형 검색 범위 기반 복잡도 감소 QRD-M MIMO 검출 기법)

  • A very low complexity QRD-M algorithm based on adaptive search area is proposed for MIMO systems. The conventional QRD-M scheme extends each survivor paths to all constellation symbols at each layer and selects M paths of minimum path metrics. We found that performance will not be degraded even if we adaptively restrict the survivor path extension only to the neighboring points of temporary detection symbol according to the channel condition at each layer. By employing this feature, we propose a new QRD-M algorithm achieving the near MLD performance with a reduced complexity. We employ the channel gain ratio among the layers as a channel condition indicator, which does not require SNR estimation. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme effectively achieves near MLD performance while maintaining the overall average computation complexity much smaller than the conventional QRD-M algorithm.

  • College students' perception of social responsibility is directly related to the development of the country. With the development of society, the social responsibility of university students is becoming more important, so research on it is being actively conducted in China. In order to understand the current research status of social responsibility education for Chinese university students, this study analyzed the research trends of the top 22 language networks among the key words that appeared in related studies from January 2015 to December 2021. As a result, many key words such as college student social responsibility (563), social responsibility education (340 times), college students (191), social responsibility (197 times), and responsibility (133 times) appeared a lot. In the case of connection centrality, the connection centrality of social responsibility education, college student social responsibility, college students, and social responsibility was high. In the case of proximity centrality, the proximity centrality of college students' social responsibility, social responsibility education, college students, and social responsibility was high.

Management of Construction Fields Information Using Low Altitude Close-range Aerial Images (저고도 근접 항공영상을 이용한 현장정보관리)

  • Compare to other industrial sites, the civil construction work not only takes longer time but also has made of complicated processes, such as the integrated management, process control, and quality control until the completion. However, it is hard to take control the construction sites, since numerous issues are always emerged. The study purposes on providing the dataset to synthetically manage and monitor the civil construction site, main design, drawings, process, construction cost, and others at real-time by using the low altitude close-range aerial images, based on UAV, and the GPS surveying method for treating the three-dimensional spatial information quickly and accurately. As a result, we could provide the latest information for the quick decision-making following from planning to completion of the construction, and objective site evaluation by the high-resolution three-dimensional spatial information and drawings. Also, the present map, longitudinal map, and cross sectional view are developed to provide various datasets rapidly, such as earthwork volume table, specifications, and transition of ground level.

A Study on the Application of Reaction Time and Detailed Security Response (신체반응시간과 근접경호 대응논리 적용에 관한 연구)

  • One of important protecting skill is securing the minimum safe distance from potential hazard to protect protectee in the emergency situation, that is basic thing for the detailed security in relation to the walking formation and the distance between protectee and crowed. This thesis is to provide the idea on the scientific countermeasure in the gun attack situation, by presenting logic on the reaction time and it's moving distance, on the safe distance between protectee and crowed. Handball goal keeper's reaction time of 0.33seconds is applied, because handball goal keeper's reaction style is very similar to security agent's reaction style. And 4m/sec of record is applied, that is average speed of 'go and return type run of 40m' to calculate it's moving distance. Several researches show that reaction time could be improved by continuing training, similarly security agents could improve their reaction time, providing better reaction skill. The important thing is that it make big difference in the protecting result, although the shortening of reaction time is too slight. Securing safe distance between protectee and crowed and the distance between protectee and security agent could provide effective reaction environment with 'natural protective wall effect' by security agent

Risk Analysis of VTS operators for Small Vessels Using Collision Risk Assessment Model (충돌위험도 평가 모델을 활용한 소형선박에 대한 선박교통관제사의 위험도 분석)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the risk of collision accidents to the VTSOs (Vessel Traffic Service Operators) as small ferries and fishing boats are expanded for monitoring targets. The VTSOs was surveyed, the scale of the small vessels defined and the course of general cargo vessels and small vessels along the Busan VTS area investigated for three days. From calculating the risk with CoRI, patterns of increased or decreased risk due to course deviation were similar, and there was no significant difference between the maximum values and the minimum values. In addition, most VTSOs responded that the minimum time required was approximately three minutes to safely instruct in encounter situation, however, the collision risk with a small vessel is very rapidly changing within the three minutes, which is likely to increase the workload and decrease the concentration of the VTSOs. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect on VTSOs with respect to the expansion of small vessels as collision risk, it is expected that it will contribute to the establishment of a suitable scale for the target vessels for VTS through the analysis of each index of the CoRI model and various case studies.
