According to U.S. NTSB, accidents of scheduled airliners from 1989 to 1992 caused by the lack of SA consisted of approximately 80% of all aircraft accidents, which emphasized the importance of maintaining SA. Furthermore, all of the 27 domestic helicopter accidents between 1996 and 2005 were related with pilot SA and of these, 21 events were directly attributed to pilot errors. Therefore, SA is a matter of great importance to pilots. Following the pre-study of the relations between SA and pilot qualifications, the results of this study which deals with SA and pilot working careers show the statistical importance between those two factors.

이 지침은 조선소의 선박 선박 및 해양플랜트 건조공정 중에 선내 의장 및 도장공사가 이루어지는 안벽공사 등과 같이 실내 위험 작업환경에서 근무하는 작업자의 안전을 확보하기 위해 실시간 작업자의 추적 및 확인 가능한 위치인식 기술에 대한 가이드라인(guideline)을 제시한다. 이 지침은 조선소의 안벽공사 등과 같이 실내 위험 작업환경에서 근무하는 작업자들이 안전하게 작업하기에 매우 열악한 환경을 가지고 있고 작업자들이 선박 내에 어디에 위치하는지, 위험상황에 노출되었는지 등에 대해서 전혀 정보를 알지 못해 작업자들이 작업 중 사고(화재, 공간차단 등)에 직면하였을 경우에도 바로 조치할 수 없는 상황을 해소하기 위해 개발되었다.

In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.

This study aimed to specify Vessel Traffic System(VTS) operators' situational awareness(SA) tasks and examine differences in subjective ratings for three levels of SA. Data for relative frequencies of SA tasks were collected by using direct in field observation. Subjective rating scores were obtained using a questionnaire method and compared in terms of VTS operator's gender and length of service career. The results are as follows. First, it was found that the VTS operators perform information perception task elements more frequently than those for information integration and prediction. Second, VTS operators tended to show subjectively lower evaluation scores for prediction than information perception or integration. Third, male VTS operators rated their SA ability higher than females. Fourth, the male VTS operators more than 15 years of career service showed higher subjective rating scores than those with under 5 years of service. Female VTS operators with different levels of career service showed a similar level of subjective rating scores. These results suggest that the frequency of SA related tasks and subjective SA evaluation can differ in terms of SA levels and individual differences.

이와 같은 변화를 종합하여 보자면, 패션의 전반적인 흐름인 캐주얼 웨어와 스포티룩의 확산과 아울러 이러한 흐름이 더욱 세분화된다는 것으로 요약할 수 있겠다. 즉 같은 캐주얼웨어 안에서도 travel wear, town casual, outdoor wear등으로 나누어 질 것이고 또한 스포츠 웨어도 일반적인 체육활동을 위한 의복뿐만 아니라, 특정한 스포츠에 가장 적합한 전문 스포츠웨어가 개발될 것으로 예측된다. 그와 아울러, 정장은 더욱 격식과 품위를 강조하는 쪽으로 진행될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화는 우리 사회의 의생활이 다양화되고 세분화되며, 서구의 TPO(time, place, occasion) 개념에 충실한 상황으로 전개되는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나, 이 모든 예측은 주5일 근무제의 도입에 따라 많은 국민들이 여가활동을 증가할 것이라는 가정을 기반으로 하고 있으며, 따라서 새로운 제도 아래서 오히려 근무나 공부시간을 늘어나는 등의 예상치 못한 변화가 일어나는 경우에는 이런 변화가 일어나기는 어려울 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the social enterprises work experience of marriage immigrant women. In-depth interviews with 10marriage immigrant women who were work at social enterprises in 'C' city were performed and analyzed by grounded theory method to configured 113 concepts and classified into 28 sub-categories 13 categories. The Central phenomenon was 'The resurgence of existence'and the Core category was 'Through the encounters of the institutional opportunities of social enterprise, experiencing a resurgence of existence and extending their presence as a Korean'. Also, Work experience of immigrant women working in social enterprises has been classified as a piggyback type, self-expandable type, co-prosperity type and situational model was presented. Based on the result, practical and policy proposal for marriage immigrant women's social enterprise employment were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the COVID-19 related post-traumatic stress, nursing work environments, and the resilience among nurses in Tertiary General Hospitals. Data were collected from 155 nurses who directly cared for COVID-19 patients and were working at the K University D Hospital in D Metropolitan City using an online survey. The SPSS 28.0 program was used for data analysis. Based on the results of the survey, post-traumatic stress showed a significant negative correlation with the nursing work environments(r=-.17, p<.001), and the nursing work environments showed a significant positive correlation with the resilience of nurses(r=.20, p<.001). Through the results of this study, it is necessary to improve the nursing work environments for managing post-traumatic stress, to build an active support system by securing manpower from the government, and to develop and apply intervention programs for improving the resilience of nurses in the COVID-19 situation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate work environment and job satisfaction of dental hygienists. The survey had collected 373 dental hygienists in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do areas. The results were as follow; 1. The overall average of job satisfaction was 3.30. 2. Differences in the general characteristics and job satisfaction were significantly high with high age, high educational level and high work experience for married people. It was also significantly high when people worked in Gyeongsangbuk-do rather than in Daegu. 3. Differences in work environment and job satisfaction were significantly high in large size of the hospital, patient management and consultation services rather than assistance, monthly salary rather than annular salary, the presence of training opportunity and benefit for long-term worker, and more other vacations and annual vacations. 4. The influence factors of general characteristics on job satisfaction were education, work area and marriage in order ($R^2$=0.092). 5. The influence factors of work environment on job satisfaction were training opportunities, benefit for long-term worker, size of hospital, area of work and incentives in order($R^2$=0.092). From the above results, in order to improve job satisfaction of dental hygienists require a reasonable working environment considering the realistic situation improved.
