필자는 지금부터 5개월 전인 2011년 2월 1일자로 15년간 근무한 대학도서관을 떠나 대학 기획팀으로 자리를 옮겼다. 15년이란 시간이 결코 짧지 않기에 막상 도서관을 떠나 대학행정부서로 이동한다는 사실을 받아들이는데 힘이 들었다. 평소 '사람만큼 환경에 잘 적응하는 동물도 없다'라는 말에 상당히 공감하는 편이지만, 학부기간을 포함하면 거의 20년을 넘게 함께 한 도서관 현장을 떠난다는 아쉬움과 섭섭함, 그리고 새로운 환경에 잘 적응할 수 있을까?'라는 두려움이 복잡하게 교차했었다. 특히, 사서e마을의 운영, 관리는 큰 걱정이자 숙제이다. 왜냐하면 대학행정부서에서 근무하다보면 아무래도 도서관계 동향이나 정보에 대해 무뎌질 수밖에 없고 본의 아니게 사이트 운영에 소홀해질 개연성이 높다고 하겠다. 다행스러운 점은 2010 년 5~6월경 사서e 마을의 운영시스템을 제로보드 4.0에서 제로보드 XE로 개편한 점인데, 이는 제로보드 XE가 사이트 관리에 있어 편의성, 시스템적 안정성이 이전 버전에 비해 한층 낫기 때문이다. 이미 언급한 바와 같이 대학 기획팀에서 근무한 지 겨우 5개월 지났다. 15년의 도서관 경력에 비할 바는 아니지만 최근 대학도서관 사서직원의 대학행정부서 이동이 이전에 비해 훨씬 많아진 점에 착안하여 이의 동향과 원인, 득실에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

업무 편의성 요구 증가와 웹 서비스의 발전으로 웹 기반 원격근무 업무 시스템이 증가하고 있는 반면, 웹 취약점의 확산과 개방형 환경으로 인해 잠재적 위협이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 위협에 적절히 대응하기 위해서는 개발 단계 전반에서 보안 요소를 고려하여 안전한 업무 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 업무 시스템이 요구하는 보안 수준에 부합하는 보안 목표를 설정하고, 요구 보안 수준을 충족할 수 있도록 전체 개발 프로세스 상의 보안 관리 활동을 정의한다. 또한, 신원 인증 및 접근제어, 세션 관리, 이벤트 로깅, 데이터 검증, 알려진 취약점 대응, 그리고 프라이버시 보호와 같은 보안 요소들을 분석하여 시스템의 안전한 구축 방법을 제시한다.

This paper presents a prescriptive alternative for establishing a FRMS suitable for us based on scientific data ahead of the introduction and implementation of the FRMS for air traffic controllers in order to meet the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) international standards. I would like to present. Therefore, we confirmed the operation of each air traffic control agency against the current domestic operating standards, and compared and reviewed the operation methods and standards of air traffic control agencies in each country. The controller in Korea defines 10 hours of working hours per day, 8 hours of minimum breaks, and 40 hours per week. Currently, in the case of air traffic control agencies, the daytime and the appropriate working hours are used in the daytime, but in the nighttime, the average time exceeds 5.9 hours. In the case of 40 hours a week, they work an average of 15.7 hours overtime. By adjusting the nighttime work time, this work can be solved by diversifying the form of the worker's input method according to the personal schedule rather than the two-day (day / night) method, as well as the appropriate nighttime time distribution by supplementing the personnel.

ICT기술은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어의 모든 분야에서 비약적으로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 따라, 기업에서 전통적으로 사용되어 오는 경영정보시스템들도 다양한 형태로 개선되거나 융합되어지고 있다. 특히, 재택근무, 이동근무, 원격 협업 등의 ICT기술 활용하여 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 업무를 수행하는 스마트워크는 기업의 근무행태에 대한 패러다임을 바꿀 것으로 기대를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트워크의 일환으로 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon)을 이용한 모바일 형태의 그룹웨어 시스템을 제안한다.

교육인적자원부에서는 학교급식의 안전성 확보를 위하여 1999년에 특별정책 연구를 실시하여 학교급식 HACCP 일반모델을 개발 보급하고 2001년부터는 규모가 큰 학교에서 조리실이 설치된 모든 급식학교로 점진적으로 적용을 확대하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학교급식에서 식중독 사고는 증가 추세에 있으므로 학교급식에서의 HACCP 시스템을 재진단하고 수행도가 낮은 중점관리점의 문제점을 짚어내는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대전지역의 초, 중, 고등학교 영양사 153명을 대상으로 위생관리 직무 수행도와 HACCP의 일부 CCP (중점관리점)수행도, HACCP에 대한 인지도, 급식시설현황 등에 대하여 조사하고 변인간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 조사 대상자는 초등학교 영양사 56.5%, 중학교 영양사 25.5%, 고등학교 영양사 17.6%이었으며 4년제 대학 졸업자가 51.0%로 가장 많았고 연령은 30-34세가 36.6%, 35-40세가 21.6%로 30대가 대부분이었다. 근무경력은 평균 5.8년이었으며 영양사 1인당 담당하는 평균 학생수는 1,163명, 조리종사원 1인당 배식 아동수는 평균 124명이었다. 배식방법은 교실배식이 56.2%, 식당배식 34.6%, 교실과 식당의 혼합형태가 9.2%로 교실배식이 차지하는 비율이 많았고 직영급식이 90.2%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 위생관리 영역의 수행도는 개인위생관리 부문이 가장 높았고 기기설비 위생관리, 저장관리, 교차오염관리, 시간관리, 온도관리 순으로 나타났으며, 특히 온도관리 수행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 식당배식을 실시하는 학교의 온도관리 수행도가 다른 그룹에 비해 높았고 직영급식의 시간관리수행도가 위탁급식 보다 높았다. 영양사의 연령과 근무경력이 증가할수록 모든 위생관리영역에서 수행도가 높아지는 경향을 보였다. CCP별 수행정도 평가에서는 ‘운반 및 배식과정(CCP7)’이 가장 높은 수행도를 나타냈고 그 다음으로는 ‘검수’, ‘식품취급 및 조리과정’, ‘식품접촉 표면 세척 및 소독과정’, ‘식단의 구성’, ‘생채소 및 과일의 소독’, ‘잠재적으로 위험한 식단의 관리’ 순으로 나타났다. ‘운반 및 배식과정의 수행도’는 식당배식이 유의적으로 높은 점수를 보였고 CCP8(식품접촉표면의 세척 및 소독)를 제외한 모든 영역에서 직영급식이 위탁급식에 비해 높은 유의성을 나타내었다. 또한 근무경력과 연령이 많을수록 모든 CCP영역에서 높은 수행도를 보였다. CCP1과 CCP2의 수행도가 낮은 주된 이유로 ‘CCP1과 CCP2의 관리기준이 이해하기 어렵다’이었다. 학교 급식관리 영양사의 HACCP시스템에 대한 지식 및 이해 정도를 조사한 결과 HACCP 인지도 점수의 평균은 총 100점 만점에 전체 평균 점수는 74.9점이었다 CCP별 점수분포는 CCP7의 인지도 점수가 가장 높았고 CCP6, CCP1, CCP5, CCP3, CCP8, CCP2의 순으로 절차 낮아졌다. 정규직의 HACCP인지도 점수가 위탁직 보다 높았으며 근무경력에서도 경력이 3년 미만인 경우가 가장 낮고 8년 이상인 경우가 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 급식시설면은 보온보냉시설을 갖춘 학교가 온도관리 부문에서 갖추지 않은 학교보다 높은 수행도를 나타냈고, 전처리실과 손 소독기가 있는 학교는 교차오염관리 부문에서 높은 수행도를 보였다.

Smart work can classify three types. First, mobile office equipped with a portable computer and connect to the company servers and Intranet via mobile phones. Second, home working using video conference system. Third, smart work center. Smart work has enabled us to work efficiently, to work anytime and to work anywhere, beyond conventional office working. This paper presents development processes of a smart work for After Service Business, especially, for the elevator industry. we called implemented mobile office system "A/S work". A/S work using mobile devices has some advantages as compared with previous system. 1) Before/After photo management function 2) Assessment process of customer satisfaction 3) The work history management app. 4) The inquiry and confirmation function to current status of all workers 5) The group SMS function sending selected workers. 'M' elevator company has used A/S work as efficient smart work system.

The aim of this study is to show how much career management system of hospital affect the psychological state and career effectiveness for hospital employees. The research was dealing the issues about hospital's career management system which affect organizational engagement. Moreover, these psychological factors have to be analyzed in the relation of career effectiveness. Finally, based on the analyzed results, this study has provide useful information for hospital management to establish efficient and productive human resources-management measures in therms to increase in organizational engagement and career commitment of employees as well. Questionnaires were distributed to employees who are working in hospital located in Seoul city. We found that career management support systems have a significant effect on job engagement. In addition, job engagement influences significantly career commitment. Conclusion and implications are discussed.

국내외 해양사고 통계에서 선원 피로가 해양사고의 주요 원인 중 하나로 꼽히고 있다. USCG의 보고에 의하면 선박충돌 및 좌초사고를 포함한 중대한 해양사고에서 인간과실의 원인으로 선박승무원의 피로가 약 16% 기여한 것으로 조사되었고, 인명손상사고의 약 33%가 피로에 의한 것으로 나타났다.(USCG, 1996). 또한 영국 해양사고조사국(MAIB)에 의하면 1994년부터 2003년까지 10년간 전체 해양사고의 1/3에서 선원피로가 사고원인으로 기여하였음이 확인되었다(MAIB, 2004). 2003년 스웨덴에서의 연구결과 약 73% 정도의 당직근무자들이 당직근무 기간 중 최소 1회 또는 그 이상 졸음에 빠져들었다는 사실이 확인되었다(KMST, 2012). 최근 개최된 IMO 인적요소훈련당직 전문위원회(Sub-Committee On Human Element, Training And Watchkeeping ; HTW) 회의에서는 MSC 74차에 회의에서 최종 승인된 "피로에 관한 지침서(Guidelines on Fatigue)"에 대한 개정 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 본 발표에서는 현재 IMO에서 논의 중인 "피로에 관한 지침"의 개정안과 개정안의 핵심 내용인 피로위험관리시스템(Fatigue Risk Management System)에 대한 연구개발 방향을 소개하고자 한다.

Research of general characteristics for the present radiological technologist. To research of the status employment, business scope, pay, working conditions, radiation safety management, equipment, and category association. Defining the problems of related working conditions, radiation safety management for the comprehensive methods to promote the rights the radiological technologist. A proposal for establishment legislature and system of the actual condition in the hospital for radiological technologist. Estimation for the demand and supply numbers of present radiological technologist and improvement of employment relations. Improved and refined scope business and duty regulation related to radiological technologist. Application for the establishment and development of promotion rights to utilize as basic data in a legislative and system frame of reference to implement the radiological technologist.

오피스나 건물의 인텔리젼트화가 발달될수록 multi-vendor/multi-media화가 필연적이기 때문에 배선의 양과 종류가 방대하게 요구되고, 또한 서로 각기다른 기기배선의 관리가 불가능한 실정에 부딪혀 사무실의 레이아웃 변경과 정보통신 시스템의 이동, 확장에 따른 중복배선, 재배선으로 인한 경제적 손실과 인력 낭비 및 근무환경의 미관을 혼잡하게 만드는 등의 문제점들을 발생하고 있다.
