UI 분야 국제 표준화 활동은 ISO/IEC/JTC1/SC35가 주도하며 키보드 자판 배열이나 GUI에서 사용이 되는 아이콘, 위젯, 등의 국제 표준화와 같은 전통적인 활동을 바탕으로, 다양한 언어와 문화의 장벽을 극복하기 위한 국제 표준화 활동, 장애인과 고령자의 접근성 향상 및 보장을 위한 국제 표준화 활동과 직관적이고 풍성한 기능을 가진 미래형 UI에 대한 국제 표준화 활동을 펼치고 있다. SC35 한택위원회는 우리나라가 확보하고 주도하는 미래 지향적인 UI 기술을 국제 표준에 반영하려는 활동에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본고에서는 SC35 중심의 국제 표준화 활동을 소개하고, 우리나라가 추진 중인 웹 브라우저나 문서 뷰어를 위한 마우스 제스쳐 기반의 UI 국제 표준과 3차원 손 동작인식 기반의 3D UI 국제 표준에 대하여 설명한다. 그리고, 우리정부에서 제정 고시한 장애인들이나 고령자 등을 위한 모바일 기기용 애플리케이션의 접근성 향상 및 보장을 위한 지침을 소개한다.

4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 창의적인 프로그래밍 학습을 위한 교육활동이 중요해지고 있다. 프로그래밍 교수학습 방법에 대한 많은 연구들 중에서 특히 알고리즘과 프로그래밍 교육은 초보 학습자들이 프로그래밍 활동을 효과적으로 하기 위한 중요한 교육이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 언플러그드 활동, 스크래치와 자바스크립트 프로그래밍 활동을 통한 수업을 진행하고, 프로그램 인식과 수업만족도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 프로그래밍 활동에 대한 흥미와 문제해결에 대한 인식이 모두 높았고, 프로그래밍 활동의 두려움을 극복하는 모습을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 초보 학습자를 위한 프로그래밍 활동에서 알고리즘을 작성하고 프로그래밍 언어로 구현하는데 도움을 주는 교수학습 방법을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

최적의 혁신기법이란 각사의 핵심역량을 명확히 한 후 꾸준히 그리고 지속적으로 자사에 맞게 시스템(SYSTEM)을 변형해 나가는 과정에서 완성된다고 볼 수 있다. 반도체 제조사인 H사는 지난 IMF 때 경영적인 어려움을 극복하고 최근 각 부문(제조, 연구개발, 영업 등)의 탁월한 경영성과를 올리고 있다. 이러한 성과를 뒷받침하는 것은 경영혁신 활동이 일환으로 TPM을 2001년부터 꾸준하게 적용을 해 오고 있다는 것이다. 일반적으로 TPM은 제조중심의 활동이 대부분이나, H사는 R&D부문 경영혁신 활동에 TPM활동을 접목해 활동을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 H사의 R&D부문 TPM R&D보전의 10대 지주 활동과 연구개발 부문에서 활발하게 연구되고 있는 Lean DFSS의 두 방법론에의 장 ${\cdot}$ 단점을 분석하여 좀 더 바람직한 방법론을 연구해 볼 필요가 있다.

이 연구는 IPA 기법을 적용하여 민간경비원들의 여가활동 집중개선 종목을 도출하고, 나아가 여가제약이 참가지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2010년 서울 소재 6개소 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 총 267명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 여가활동 참가 지수인 선호도와 참여도는 차이가 있다. 중점개선 여가활동은 헬스, 산책/조깅, 숙박관광, 당일여행 등이다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 여가제약은 여가활동 참가지수에 영향을 미친다. 개인내적, 주변의식적, 대인적 제약이 클수록 선호하는 여가활동에 부적 영향을 미치는 반면, 구조적, 시간 경제적 제약을 극복하고 선호하는 여가활동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 민간경비원들의 복지적처우개선에 집중적인 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

인터넷이 발달되고 소셜미디어의 사용이 증가함에 따라 공개정보와 소셜네트워크를 통해 국제 범죄조직, 테러리스트 그룹, 주변 국제 안보환경, 사이버 범죄에 대한 정보 분석의 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 아직 국내에서 OSINT와 SOCMINT 활동에 대한 공개된 정보가 많지 않아 이에 대한 연구가 많지 않다. 저자는 OSINT와 SOCMINT 조사 분석을 실제 수행하면서 알게 된 문제점과 이를 극복하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 다만 Intelligence 업무의 특성상 정보 보안이 매우 중요하여 구체적인 내용에 대해서 제시하기 보다는 업무에서 발생되는 문제를 보편화하여 작성하였다.

With the turn of the 21st century, corporate legitimacy is at risk. The society is demanding even greater responsibility to the corporations in return of exercising its enlarged influencing power. As the legitimacy is threatened, entrepreneurial activities have become even more important than ever in order to obtain trust from the public and to be accepted as an ethical enterprise. This study assumes corporate legitimacy as the necessary element in overcoming the crisis. With this respect, it further states what kind of effect the exercise of corporate reputation and social responsibility have on ensuring corporate legitimacy in crisis. To verify the purpose of this study, two research hypotheses and one research question were set. The major research results and the implications are as follows. First, the corporate reputation of Samsung Heavy Industries affects the corporate actional legitimacy in case of crisis. Second, recognition on corporate legitimacy varied in accordance with the public’s perception of the corporate social responsibility. Third, the interaction between corporate reputation and social responsibility plays a role in determining corporate legitimacy. This result denotes that it is necessary to exercise social responsibility and build up corporate reputation in order to obtain corporate legitimacy in crisis.

The purpose of this study was to explore the role of home economics education in a low fertility society in the contexts of curriculum contents, community involvement, public policy participation, and advocacy. The results showed following. First, home economics is a key subject matter in dealing with a low fertility problem among 2007 revised curriculum for secondary education level. Home economics curriculum contents was systematically organized through 8th grade to 10th grade in 4 units, where as curricula contents of social studies, science, and moral education deal with a low fertility problem in partial. Second, it is proposed to be active in community involvement incorporating with secondary education, college education, and lifelong education by service learning, outreach program, and extension program. Third, public policy and advocacy participation of home economics teachers are crucial for transformative leadership and practice in enhancing the condition of individual, family, and community wellbeing such as a low fertility problem. To perform this role of home economics education, home economics teachers should participate in developing curricula and teaching materials for the extra curricula activity, creative experiencing activity, and service learning activity. Home economics teacher educators also should actively involved in outreach program and extension program as well as in public policy advocacy activity for solving a low fertility problem.

To assess and understand the level of job burnout among the medical librarians and identify the factors affecting it, email survey, consisting of questions regarding personal background, organization characteristics, degree of burnout, and coping activities, was administered for two weeks in December 2016, to the librarians in 138 institutions affiliated with the Korean Medical Library Association. MBI-GS is used as a burnout measuring instrument. Data collected from 158 librarians (response rate 65.6%), were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis methods. According to MB-GS norm, respondents experience moderate level of exhaustion and professional efficacy, however the level of cynicism is extremely high. There are significant statistical differences in burnout, depending on age, medical librarian certificate, work experience, type of library, job coverage, and coping activities. There are also statistical significant correlations between workload, role conflict, decision making process and performance evaluation, organization communication, IT environment, continuing education and burnout. Based on the results, recommendations to alleviate burnout are suggested in individual, organizational, and professional association context.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 민간단체에서 시행되고 있는 전국 강살리기 운동 사례를 조사하여 강살리기 운동의 현황과 전망 및 한계점을 분석하며, 앞으로의 바람직한 강살리기 운동의 방향을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 강살리기 네트워크 참여 단체를 중심으로 각 단체의 활동 사례를 조사하여 이들 활동의 특성을 검토하고, 치수와 이수 및 하천환경 측면에서 운동의 현황과 한계점을 검토하여 이를 극복하는 방안을. 제시하며, 이를 바탕으로 지역 주민과 함께 하는 강살리기 사업의 방안도 모색하는 것으로 하였다.

2011년도 미스코리아 진(眞), 2012년도 미스유니버스 출전, 이렇듯 이성혜 그녀는 한국 여성의 아름다움을 대표하는, 미(美)의 대사로 그간 활동해왔다. 지知덕德체體를 완벽하게 갖춘 그녀가 좀 더 대중에게 친숙하게 다가서게 된 것은 '꽃은 과정으로 피어난다'는 자서전을 발간하면서부터다. 책을 통해 그녀는 유년시절 성장과정과 사춘기시절 고뇌를 신앙을 통해 극복해가게 된 과정을 소개하면서 우리에게 좀 더 다가오게 됐다. 이후 그녀는 공인으로서 모범 궤도를 선보여 왔으며, 올해 들어서는 결핵홍보대사를 맡기에 이르렀다. 다양한 사회 봉사활동 소식이 전해지는 가운데, 결핵홍보대사로 100일을 지나고 있는 이성혜씨의 소감과 앞으로의 행보에 대해 들어보았다.
