양파(노란색, 붉은색, 흰색)의 열수 추출물이 DNCB로 감작된 4주령 BALB/c mouse 암컷에 유도된 접촉성 피부염의 억제효과를 조사하였다. 림프절, 비장 및 흉선의 무게는 양파 투여군이 DNCB 대조군보다는 낮게 나타났다. 양파 추출물을 투여한 군에서 귀의 무게는 양파 추출물의 농도가 높을수록 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 대조군과 비교하여 무게에 함량 변화가 있었다. 양파추출물을 1,000 mg/kg 농도로 투여하면 귀의 무게는 대조군과 유사한 수준까지 낮아졌으며, 귀의 두께는 양파추출물을 투여한 군에서 시간이 경과할수록 두께가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. MDA 함량은 DNCB대조군과 양파 투여군을 비교하였을 경우에, 간 조직에서 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 염증이 발생한 귀 조직에서는 차이가 나타났으며, NO 함량은 모든 양파그룹에서 염증이 억제되어 대조군에 유사하게 측정되었다.

외이도의 직경 및 길이와 외이도 질환과의 연관성을 알아보고자 73두 성견을 실 험에 이웅하였다. 임상중상, 배양 및 도말 검사를 통하여 외이 질환이 얼는 정상군 57개의 이 관과, 질환이 있는 비정상군 89개의 이관에 직경과 길이를 평가하기 위한 간접적인 방법으로 이관내 조영술을 실시하였다. 비정상군은 정상군에 비하여 윤상연골 및 귓바퀴 연골의 직경 이 더 넓었다. 수직외이도를 구성하는 귓바퀴 연골의 길이는 비정상군4(12.79{\pm} 3.08)이 정상 군(12.79{\pm}5.87 mm)$에서 보다 유의성 있게 길게 나타났다(p<0.001). 심한 외이도 협착증을 보이는 21개의 귀에서는 외이도 질환을 발견할 수 없었으며, 외이도 질환이 심한 귀에 있어 서 그 직경과 길이가 정상군에 비하여 넝고 길게 나타났다(p<0.05). 본 실험의 결과로 보아 외이도관의 협착증과 외이도 질환과는 연관성이 발견되지 않았으나, 환기와 귀내 분비물의 배출을 방해하는 긴 수직외이도를 갖는 귀가 외이도 질환과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 생각 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 170 dB 수준의 충격 소음원에서 주파수별 귀마개의 차음성능을 확인하고, 주파수 특성과 패턴 형상을 분석하는데 있다. 충격 소음에서의 주파수별 귀마개 차음성능을 분석하기 위하여 충격 소음원 분석을 위한 설비를 구축하였다. 차음 성능을 확인하기 위해서 Ear시뮬레이터를 제작하여 차음성능을 검증하였다. 기존의 연구들은 충격 소음원이라 할지라도 대부분 140 dB 수준의 고충격 소음원이였으나, 본 연구는 그보다 더 높은 수준의 충격 소음원이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 연구결과, 주파수별 충격소음의 차음효과는 평균 30 dB 정도임을 확인할 수 있었으나, 한정된 샘플링으로 인해 통계학적 추 검정 과정을 수행하지 못한 한계점이 있다.

The genetic variances and combinding ability of some useful characters were analyzd on sixty four combinations in the 8$\times$8 diallel cross using the four Japanese races(Jam 107, Jam 113, Jam 117 and Jam 119) and the four Chinese races(Jam 108, Jam 114, Jam 118 and Jam 120). The eight quantitative characters were the total larval stage period(TP), the fifth larval instar period(FP), the female cocoon total weight(FW), the male cocoon total weight(MW), the female cocoon layer weight(FL), the male cocoon layer weight(ML), the female cocoon layer ratio(FR), and the male cocoon layer ratio(MR). The results were as follows: The analysis of the genetic variance and the combining ability in the TP and the FP. In TP and FP, h2N was less than h2B. The GCA, SCA and RCA were at a high significant level. Hl/D and (Hl/D)1/2 ere large. The heterosis were small minus. E and D were large. The r was in the positive direction, because the recessive genes were mainly expressed as a short rearing periods. The regressions of the characters were passed below 0 point, because the characters in the TP and the FP were appeared overdominant. The order of the dominance in the TP of the parents were in the order of Jam 119>Jam 113>Jam 117>Jam 108>Jam 120>Jam 114>Jam 107>Jam 118, and that in the FP of the parents were followed in the orders of Jam 117>Jam 113>Jam 108>Jam 114>Jam 119>Jam 107>Jam 120>Jam 118. The analysis of the genetic variance and the combining ability of the FW and the MW. In the FW and the Mw, h2N was less the h2B. The GCA and SCA were large but RCA was little. Hl/D and (Hl/D)1/2 in the parents were large. Heterosis was large. E was appeared large in the FW, and small in the MW. D was small. The r was of the minus direction, because the dominance genes were less expressed. The regression of the these characters were padded below 0 point, because the characters in FW and MW were appeared overdominant. The orders of the dominance in the FW of the parents were as the order of Jam 107>Jam 108>Jam 119>Jam 113>Jam 114>Jam 120>Jam 117>Jam 118, and in the MW of them in the order of Jam 114>Jam 120>Jam 108>Jam 113>Jam 107>Jam 119>Jam 117>Jam 118. Heterosis was large. The r was in the negative direction, because the dominance genes were less expressed. The regression of the characters of FL and ML were appeared overdominant. The dominance in the FL of parents ere in the order of Jam 120>Jam 114>Jam 119>Jam 119>Jam 118>Jam 107>Jam 117>Jam 113, and the ML of them in the order of Jam 114>Jam 108>Jam 120>Jam 117>Jam 118>Jam 107>Jam 119>Jam 113. The analysis of the genetic variance and combining ability of the FR and the MR. In the FR and the Mr, h2N was less than h2B. GCA was large. The SCA and RCA were little. In the FW, Hl/D was large but (Hl/D)1/2 was a little. In MR, Hl/D and (Hl/D)1/2 both were a littel. Heterosis was a little. E in the FR was in the negative direction, because the dominance genes were less expressed but that in the MR was the positive direction because the recessive genes were mainly expressed. The order of the dominance in the FR of the parents were in the order of Jam 117>Jam 114>Jam 108>Jam 120>Jam 118>Jam 119>Jam 107>Jam 113 and that in the MR these were in the order of Jam 114>Jam 117>Jam 108>Jam 118>Jam 107>Jam 119>Jam 120.

이비인후과는 귀, 코, 목에 생기는 여러 가지 질병의 진단과 치료를 담당한다. 이비인후과 질환은 만성화된 경우가 대부분이어서 짧은 시일 안에 치료가 되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 치료된 후에도 재발을 잘 하는 특징이 있다. 이런 이유로 환자들이 주저하거나 비현실적인 공포감을 가지게 되어 질병에 대한 적절한 이해가 요구된다.

Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sieb has been used for cancer theraphy such as Liver cancer, esophagus cancer, stomach cancer, and uterine cancer in folk. Eupolyphaga simemsis(ES) extracted from Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sieb increases HDL-C/TC ratio and LCAT activity. TGF-${\beta}$ and Insulin has been Knoen as factors to induce the supression of proliferation of Hep3B, Human hepatoblastoma cell. Plasma HDL3-C involved in carbohydrate methabolism in the liver was maintained in low level by Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sieb. The low level of plasma HDL3-C suppresses the transition from normal liver to Fat liver. Finally, this resuly in suppression of cancer in liver. In this study, Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sieb showed higher cell toxicity in hepatoblastoma cell(Hep3B) compared to the uterine cancer cell(HeLa). This means Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sieb seems not to affect in the all kinds of cancer. In future, we will study whether Euonymus alatus(Thunb.) Sleb have an effect on the liver cancer induced by virus and hepatocellular carcinoma. Also, the mechanims of suppression of cell proliferation in HCC need to investigated.

Cifu(辭賦) is a style that has been pointed out to many people because of Shin Heum Family's literary skills. I focused on this point and outlined Shin Heum Family's Cifu, and searched the literary through the works in which Guiqulai(歸去來) consciousness appeared. Shin Heum and his family members wrote many Cifu works, which were mainly in the form of Gufu(古賦). And many of them revealed personal emotions, such as melancholy. Especially they formed Guiqulai consciousness by taking personal suffering as their nourishments, and it was expressed in Cifu. The feature of Shin Heum Family's Cifu works is that the shape of Guiqulai consciousness is remarkable. There was a political ordeals on the base of such a consciousness. It was literally shaped through various methods.
