군 장병 창업 프로그램이 개인의 자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 조직성과에 미치는 영향

  • 국가 경제의 활력을 위해 창업은 더없이 중요하다. 창업은 일자리를 새로이 창출하고, 기업 활동에 혁신을 도입하며, 경제성장을 유발하여 국가경제의 발전과 성장에도 기여한다고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 창업의 중요성으로 인해, 창업을 촉진하는 것은 전 세계적으로 최우선 과제로 진행하고 있으며, 우리나라도 창업을 활성화하기 위해 정부 차원의 많은 지원과 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 최근 청년 실업률의 증가와 함께 특히 청년층의 진로 대안 마련이라는 사회적 문제가 큰 논점으로 부상하면서 우리 군에서도 청년층의 실업 문제의 해결과 새로운 고용의 창출을 위한 방안으로써 창업 프로그램을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 군 장병 대상 창업 프로그램을 창업교육, 창업 멘토링, 창업 경진대회로 구분하여 각각의 프로그램 중 어떤 창업 프로그램이 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는지를 고찰한다. 또한, 군 창업 프로그램이 조직성과에도 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 실시하며, 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 조직성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구의 검증 결과를 토대로 군 창업 프로그램의 중요성과 효과성을 알리고 현재 시행되고 있는 군 장병 창업 프로그램의 개선과 더불어 향후 군 장병에 대한 창업 지원정책 수립과 발전에 그 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제 해결능력을 함양하기 위해 도입한 군 창업 프로그램의 실효성과 군 창업 프로그램이 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 하여 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전역 예정자를 위한 국방전직교육원의 창업교육프로그램에 관한 현황을 진단해보고, 발전방안을 모색해 보는데 있다. 현재 국방전직교육원의 창업교육은 5년이상 중 장기복무 전역예정자 300명을 대상으로 기본교육 연간 6회(4박 5일)를 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 국방전직교육프로그램의 발전방안을 모색해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 조직, 간부 맞춤형 창업교육프로그램설계가 시급히 요구된다. 둘째, 현재와 같은 일회성 교육을 지양하고 현역 복무기간 중에 정례교육이 실시되어야 한다. 셋째, 각급 사단급 이상 제대의 공병 통신 전산 정비 등 특화된 기술병과의 경우 맞춤형 기술창업 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 국방부 차원의 군인 가족들 대상으로 기업가정신교육프로그램 개발과 시행이 필요하다.

Analysis of the Effect of Army Startup Support Program on Military Service Satisfaction (육군 창업지원 프로그램이 군 복무만족도에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This research aims to analyze of the Effect of Army Start-up Support Program (hereinafter, ASSP) on the level of discharged or scheduled to be discharged soldier's satisfaction of their military service. In addition, this paper also seeks to elaborate on how those Army-supported programs, such as Start-up competitions, mentoring, camp, and school, can increase the level of military service satisfaction. By participating in those programs, service members can leverage their time in the military to make opportunity for their future career rather than consider it as a career break, increasing their military service satisfaction. Finally, on the basis of findings, this paper advocates for expanding Service Members startup Support Program of government agencies and municipalities and enhancing younger population's individual capabilities through ASSP. This research used ASSPs, such as Army Start-up competitions, mentoring, camp, and school, as independent variables. For controlled variables, this paper takes demographic elements such as status and career path of the participants. Our empirical analysis reveals that ASSP has a direct impact on the military service satisfaction, supported by the statistics from the hierarchical regression analysis. However, the research also suggests that individual' military service satisfaction from ASSP may differ from one another in accordance with the controlled variables such as status and career of the participants. This paper proves that ASSP can play a substantial role in enhancing service members' capabilities during their time in military and that Army fosters talent and connects itself to the nation and society. In addition, this research could contribute to increasing employment rate of and expanding Start-up support program of government agencies and municipalities for younger population by providing empirical results which advocates the latter's necessity.

Analyzing Education Needs for the Development of Entrepreneurship of University Student (대학생의 창업역량 개발을 위한 교육요구 분석)

  • As the importance of entrepreneurship education has increased, universities are conducting various programs related to entrepreneurship for university students. Despite these efforts, however, the demand for a competency-oriented entrepreneurship education program to realize the entrepreneurial idea is not fully reflected. Therefore this study is conducted to provide strategies for the development, management, and facilitation of the entrepreneurship education program of university through the analysis of difference between the level of importance and level of performance for the development of entrepreneurship of university student. Through the literature review, entrepreneurship is classified the step of confirming entrepreneurial intention, drawing up a start-up model, and planning a venture start-up. This study is analyzed through the t-test to identify difference between level of importance and level of performance with the 15 items of 7 competencies. This study is used Borich needs analysis and the Locus for Focus Model to know the priority of education needs for the development of entrepreneurship of university student. As the result of study, university students' entrepreneurial competences between level of importance and level of performance are shown significantly different among 15 items, the first priority is 6 items and the second priority is 2 items using Borich needs analysis and the Locus for Focus Model. Four competence clusters such as self-analytic competence, ability of eliciting entrepreneurial idea, ability of analyzing idea validity, and business-plan presentation competency are suggested with the combination of first and second priority competence. In order to develop each competence, ability of eliciting entrepreneurial idea and ability of analyzing idea validity are the key of education, self-analytic competence is needed to strengthen the intention of entrepreneurship, and business-plan presentation competence is cultivated as the ability of persuading investors to realize business ideas and is applied to business situation.

A study on Developing and Testing the effects of an Educational Program on Communication Skills for Military Counselors (직업군인 상담자를 위한 대화기술 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program for improving conversational skills in military counselors and prove its effects. For statistical analysis, t test to find out homogeneity between the experimental and control group and to find out the differences of two groups, and an evaluation before and after the program to verify the therapeutic effects of the program were each proved by SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The followings are the list of the results. First of all, the program was effective in improving military counseling communication skills. Secondly, it was proved to be effective in improving self-effectiveness in counselors. Thirdly, the program was effective in improving interpersonal communication skills. Fourthly, the program revealed its therapeutic effects. Therefore, it is concluded that the program would help greatly in military counseling and living.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze how the suicide prevention affects private soldiers' stress-coping method, problem-solving ability, depression, and idea of suicide. In order to achieve such research hypothesis, Air Force ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Unit has previously classified 64 soldiers, who have signs of suicide, and are assorted to have suicidal symptoms by the Unit, and think that they have such symptoms and need our program. Following that, overall 16 times of suicide prevention program was carried out for them. For a statistical process of collected materials after testing the effectiveness of Korean Soldiers suicide prevention program, we practiced Frequency Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis, and Paired t-test by using the statistical package program of SPSS 12.0 for Windows. In result, suicide prevention program shows positive effects upon improving stress-coping method and problem-solving ability as well as reducing depression and suicide thoughts.

Analysis of the Experiences and Attitudes of Elementary School Pre-service Teachers on Entrepreneurship Education and Core Competencies of Entrepreneurship (초등 예비교사의 창업가정신 교육에 대한 경험 및 태도와 창업가정신 핵심역량 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences and attitudes of elementary pre-service teachers, the level of entrepreneurship core competencies, and to analyze differences in entrepreneurship core competencies by grade, gender, and attitude. To this end, 208 elementary pre-service teachers who responded to the online questionnaire surveyed their experience, attitudes, perceptions, entrepreneurship attempts, and entrepreneurship core competency levels. As a result, pre-service teachers had a low level of understanding and direct participation in entrepreneurship education, the need for entrepreneurship education for elementary school students and teachers was high. The average of the value-creation competency group consisting of innovation, social value orientation, and change agility was relatively lower than the challenge, group creativity, and self-directed competency group. The difference of the entrepreneurship core competency level between the grades was not significant, and female students' competency levels were statistically significantly higher than male students. In addition, the average of the four core competencies of entrepreneurship in the group that recognizes the importance of entrepreneurship as essential competencies was statistically higher than that of their counterparts. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the design and development of a program for enhancing entrepreneurship competency for elementary school pre-service teachers were presented.

동아리 활동을 통한 감성마을 사례 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.

  • What are the success factors of IT venture entrepreneur that through initial phase and enter to the growth phase ? Both the duration of jobless growth and the economic recession are worsening employment market. Entrepreneurship is be proposed to a method for creating jobs and reducing the economic gap. Research on Entrepreneurship and the support of government policy has already been operated for a long time ago. Research on growth and duration of the entrepreneur in initial phase, compared with growth phase are insignificant in quantity or quality. Therefore, this study researches essential factors about growth and duration of the entrepreneur in the initial phase through cases related them. entrepreneur of this subject are classified the hardware development group and the software development group associated with manufacturing characteristic funded existence. There is a research on evaluation factors about selection and result evaluation of selecting Entrepreneur. And this can be investigated by studying to Entrepreneur's growth and duration in initial phase. There are affecting factors about growth and duration of first step. And they are divided by internal, external, synthetic, and characteristic factors of growth phase. The result of this study is be used to develop pre-established educational program, consulting guidelines and establish support policy.

재도전 소상공인의 역량모델링에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
