최근 군사부문에서는 국방획득 비용 및 시간의 절감, 상용부문의 최신기술 활용등의 목적으로 상용품목을 적극 활용하고자 하는 노력이 있다. 그러나 상용과 군사부문의 특성 차이로 상용품목의 군사적 활용에는 많은 어려움이 있으며, EMC 관련 문제도 이를 어렵게 하는 이유중 하나이다. 상용과 군사부문의 EMC 표준은 주파수범위, 측정방법 등에 큰 차이가 있으며, 이로 인해 군사 EMC 표준을 충족하는 상용품목의 선정 및 상용표준에 의한 측정 결과의 군사적 해석이 어려운 실정이다. 상용품목의 군사적 활용에 따른 효율적인 EMC 문제의 해결을 위해서는 우선 상용품목의 사용이 의도되는 군사 전자파 환경에 대한 정확한 분석 및 이를 바탕으로 군사표준의 간소화, 상용표준과 군사표준의 연계성 연구, 상용품목의 개발단계에서의 설계반영 등이 필요하다.

정지궤도를 사용한 휴대형 이동위성통신체계는 광역성과 경량화된 단말기를 사용할 수 있어 군사적 활용 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 휴대형 이동위성통신체계의 군사적 활용방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 휴대형 위성통신체계의 특성과 외국군의 적용사례를 살펴보고, 한국군의 군사적 활용방안과 이를 위한 기술개발 소요를 제시하였다.

After the Cold War, obligations of nation are expanded to 'Comprehensive Security' that caring citizens' safety and welfare in addition to national defense. Major nations are competing to revolutionize their army to be prepared for various threats. Major nations, including United States and United Kingdom, are tend to adopting and using PMCs eagerly. The size of PMC market estimated around 70 billion euro and growing rapidly. Korea has to adopt PMCs for building military force and operating efficiency while driving 'Military Reform 2030'. Adopting PMCs in Korea can be considered as followings reflecting security situation. So, Korean army must consider implementing and adopting PMCs in order to building army force and attaining efficiency and preparing for the N orth Korean threat and various security risks.

After the bombing of the Cheonan Vessel 2 years ago, military conflicts such as a missile launch became a serious issue. In fact, since especially military training has physical limitations, a research for military simulation education using CBT is needed. Using CBT in military-specialized schools, this paper looks into and analyzes the effects after teaching the functions for repairing artilleries and rifles through online simulation. In addition, the learning effects between the learning group using CBT for training artillery engineers and non-CBT learning group are analyzed.

The unmanned aerial vehicle that emerged with the 4th Industrial Revolution attracts attention not only from Korea but also from around the world, and its utilization and market size are gradually expanding. For the first time, it was used for military purposes, but it is currently used for transportation, investigation, surveillance, and agriculture. China, along with the US and Europe, is emerging as a leader in the commercial unmanned aerial vehicle market, and Korea, which has the world's seventh-largest technology in related fields, is striving to promote various technology development policies and system improvement related to unmanned aerial vehicles. Military drones will revolutionize the means of war by using a means of war called an unmanned system based on theories such as network-oriented warfare and effect-oriented warfare. Mobile equipment, including drones, is greatly affected by environmental factors such as terrain and weather, as well as technological developments and interests in the field. Now, drones are being used actively in many fields, and especially in the military field, the use of advanced drones is expected to create a new defense environment and provide a new paradigm for war.

As the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution is applied to drone, the potential for growth in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles is very large, and the utilization of civilian & military fields in the domestic & foreign is increasing rapidly. Because application areas of drone in the civilian field is various, it is excellent in terms of cost effectiveness and high value in utilization when it is used for military operation support mission. Especially, in the case of the Air Force, it is expected that military usage effectiveness will be high if drone replaces various air operations support missions such as aircraft inspection, supply of military supplies, base security. We find out the missions that can utilize drones for military operations support and propose the recommendation and data management plan accordingly. We recommend the most suitable drones and equipment that perform similar missions in the private sector and propose the data modeling of relational database.
