하드웨어 Trojan은 악의적인 목적으로 전자 회로망에 수정을 가한 회로로, Trojan 설계자의 목적에 따라 특정 환경에서 동작(Trigger) 되어 전체 시스템에 심각한 보안문제를 초래할 수 있다. 일반적으로 Trojan은 동작 시 시스템의 방화벽이나 보안 장치 등의 시스템 일부를 하드웨어적으로 무력화 시켜 제 기능을 상실시키며 심각한 경우 시스템 전반에 걸쳐 모든 기능을 마비시킬 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 군사 시설과 같이 고도의 보안 및 정확성이 요구되는 시스템 분야에서 신뢰성 향상에 초점을 두고, 서로 다른 프로세서에서 같은 연산을 처리하여 이를 비교할 수 있는 Vote Counter를 탑재한 이질 시스템(Heterogeneous system)을 제안한다.

As the IT technology evolves, virtual reality technology has been developed so fast. Studies of virtual reality technology in various fields have been conducted. There are lots of applications of virtual reality such as education, military, medical, arts, entertainment, and so on. In this research, we applied virtual reality technology to the technical education, and developed various kinds of educational contents using virtual reality. We classified virtual contents into several categories and analyzed the properties and effects, and verified the educational effects of virtual training through the case analysis.

본 연구의 목적은 2011년 3월 한국 학교에서의 체벌이 법적으로 금지된 이후 훈육방법과 교실경영의 변화 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 첫째, 한국과 해외 국가의 체벌에 대한 경향을 살펴보았다. 체벌은 한국 사회, 가정, 그리고 교육기관에서 오랜 역사를 가진 전통적인 훈육 방식으로 특히 군사부일체, 스승의 그림자는 밟지 않는다, 사랑의 매 등과 같이 스승의 권위를 근거로 행하여져 왔다. 2012년 현재 세계 국가들 중에서 59%가 체벌을 금지하고 있으며, 특히 OECD 34개국 중에서는 29개국이 체벌 금지, 한국을 포함한 4개국이 부분적 금지 등으로 대부분의 국가들이 체벌을 금지하고 있다. 둘째, 한국과 해외 국가의 교실경영 방법을 비교해 보았다. 한국에서는 문제행동의 지도방법이 벌점부여 등과 같이 단순하고 소극적이며, 교육적 효과에 대한 검증 부족, 문제행동 지도방법에 대한 사회적 합의부족 등과 같은 한계가 있었다. 해외 국가에서는 문제행동의 체계적 유형화, 문제행동의 원인 연구, 문제행동 지도방법 체계화 및 위계화, 문제행동의 예방과 지도방법의 효과 연구 등이 활발하였다. 따라서 체벌 금지 이후 한국 교실경영에 대한 시사점으로, 문제행동 지도방법에 대한 심도있는 논의, 문제행동 예방 및 지도방법에 대한 효과 연구, 교원양성 및 현직 교육에 문제행동 지도방법 교육, 학생 문제행동 지도에 대한 사회적 합의 등을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the gifted education system in North Korea. The study analysed various literature, articles, and internet resources concerning education in general and gifted education in North Korea. The findings of the study are as follows: First, in recent years North Korea has emphasized gifted education to advance the level of science and technology, especially in the field of information technology and computer science. Second, North Korea already introduced the gifted education system by establishing music schools, foreign language schools, art schools, dance schools, and athletics schools in 1960. Third, North Korea has established special schools for the gifted in science since 1984. The schools play an important role in advancing the country's science and technology. Fourth, in North Korea there are special courses in colleges and universities for the gifted in various fields. Fifth, North Korea has implemented the consistent and interrelated system of gifted education from kindergarten level to higher education level.

우리가 보유한 워게임모델 개발기술이 군사기술 선진국인 유럽국가(프랑스, 독일, 영국, 네덜란드 등)들과 비교해 볼 때 조금도 뒤떨어지지 않는다는 평가를 받을 수 있게 되었다. 현재 교육사 전력분석실에서는 축적된 워게임 모델 개발기술로 지난 '98년부터 추진해 온 대대전술기 및 연대전투훈련 모델을 통합하여 하나의 모델로 대대 및 연대 전투지휘훈련이 가능한 '전투21모델' 개발완성을 눈앞에 두고 있으며, 후방작전모델, 군수모델, 사단급 작계분석용 모델 등을 개발하기 위해 운용개념기술서, 요구사항 분석을 마치고 본격적인 개발을 추진하고 있다

최근 가상현실(Virtual Reality)기술이 급격히 발전하고 있다. VR기술의 가장 큰 특징은 몰입감 증대를 통해 가상현실에서 시각적 정보를 구현한다는 것이다. 현재 군사 교육 엔터테인먼트 의료 등 매우 다양한 분야에서 콘텐츠의 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 게임 산업에서 주로 활용도를 높이는 것을 배경으로 하여, 본 논문에서는 VR기술의 발전사로부터 VR구현 장비인 HMD의 기술적 발전방향 연구를 통해서 미래형 HMD디자인의 방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 탐구 이를 기반으로 향호 게임마니아의 니즈에 부합한 HMD 디자인을 제시하고자 한다.

The The ROK military announced a reform proposal for the National Defense Reform 2.0 in 2018 in order to substantially guarantee the constitutional rights and human rights of the soldiers and to meet the demands of the military judicial reform. In order to establish a fair and independent military judicial system through such reforms, the Supreme Military Court was abolished to eradicate the controversy in the army and to abolish the system of the judges' And professionalism is systematically ensured so that judges can be judged only by law and conscience. This military reform proposal is so dramatic that it has a vocal voice of opposition, but the military should no longer be an exception to democracy and should try not to get caught in the stigma of human rights blindness.

This study conducted an empirical analysis based on the results of a survey conducted to determine the level of awareness of disaster safety management work of public officials working in disaster-related departments in 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do. Men were found to have more positive perceptions of individual competencies and organizational environments according to gender, and women were found to have more positive perceptions of disaster education than men. It was found that men and women had the same positive perception of departmental competency. Respondents to individual competency, organizational environment, departmental competency, and disaster education according to individual characteristic factors generally had positive perceptions.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method of applying AR(Augmented Reality)/VR(Virtual Reality) to educational and training systems from a comprehensive perspective, rather than applying AR/VR technology to specific education and training systems. We suggested whether to apply AR or VR technology to education and training system, the level of application of technology when constructing using AR/VR technology, and the criteria of priority among many education and training systems. To do this, we presented the framework of application of AR/VR technology, the evaluation criteria for selecting priority of education and training system applying AR/VR, and the systematic procedure for utilization of developed method. This study is significant in that it has developed a method to determine the direction of systematic AR/VR technology application for all education and training systems operated by the military or organization. This is expected to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization in terms of economical utilization of the limited budget as well as the various benefits of utilizing basic AR/VR technology.
