화학전에서 군부대 및 민방위 등을 제외하고는 대다수 시민들이 화학방호대책을 준비하기에는 어려운 것이 사실이다. 준비된 방호수단이 없는 가운데에서 화학공격 또는 테러를 당할 경우, 최소한의 방호대책을 강구하기 위해서는 주변에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 일반물자류 중 그 역할을 할 수 있는 대체가능물자류를 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 이번 연구는 이런 대체물자류의 선정 범위 및 그 재질의 화학방호성능을 알아보는 기초적인 연구를 실시하는데 목적이 있었으며, 대체가능물자를 선택하는데 있어 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

In this study, the efficiency of natural attenuation was evaluated through the hydrogeological characteristics such as monitoring and analyses, tracer tests, chemical composition analysis of the groundwater at a military site contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbon in korea. Also, based on the results, the natural attenuation rate by distance and the expressed biodegradation capacity(EBC) was evaluated. The regression slope of -0.0248($K/V_x$) and bulk attenuation rate of $1.7{\times}10^{-3}/day$ were calculated respectively. The range of total expressed biodegradation capacity(EBC) of BTEX was shown from 9.1 mg/L to 10.0 mg/L(average 9.7 mg/L). It was confirmed that the denitrification which was expressed about 63.6% in the total EBC is the largest influence redox process. Consequently, the biodegradation capacity is considered to be sufficient for remediation in the BTEX average concentration of 1.326 mg/L.

On December 29, 1996, the Guatemala government and guerrilla group "Unidad Revolucionaria Nacional Guatemala: URNG" signed the "Guatemalan Peace Agreement," ending the civil war that lasted in Guatemala for 36 years (1960-1996). During the 36-year civil war, 200,000 people were killed or missing, and 400,000 Guatemalans fled Guatemala as a result of the civil war. In June 1954, with the help of the United States, Carlos Castillo Armas (1954-1957) coup d'état in Guatemala overthrew the then government of Jacobo Arbenz Guzmán (1950-1954). Armas later became president of Guatemala. Armas was assassinated in 1957, and a 36-year civil war began in 1958 when Miguel Ydígoras Fuentes (1958-1963), a conservative, was elected president. Idygoras was rated as America's puppet president for the benefit of American corporations. The purpose of this study is to examine the background and characteristics of the 1954 coup in Guatemala.

This study identifies regional problems caused by the relocation and dismantlement of military units by the government's Defense Reform 2.0 and examines the current situation. This study provides policy implications for future regional development by discussing the use of military idle land in the border region and seeking how to revitalize the region through urban regeneration. In order to utilize and manage the military idle land, first, the mutually beneficial development of the military unit and the local community must be achieved through the establishment of governance between private, government, and military sectors. Second, review and improvement of laws and systems related to border regions and military idle lands should be accompanied. Third, the various ideas and policies that reflect the uniqueness of the border region must be established. Finally, this study provided implications for the efficient utilization and management of sustainable idle land by reflecting the specificity of the border region in the future.

현대문명의 총아로 각광받는 노트북, Mobile 컴퓨터는 날로 소형화 또는 경량화 되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 휴대용 전자기기는 전력소비가 비교적 많은 관계로 옥외에서 사용시에 추가적인 전력 공급이 없이는 사용시간이 제한된다. 따라서 주간에 태양전지를 이용하여 휴대용 전자기기에 적합한 직류전원을 직접 공급할 수 있다면 지속적인 활용이 가능하다. 따라서 야외에서 장시간 사용할 시에는 태양전지의 발전량을 최대로 얻기 위하기 저 전력 소모형태의 태양 추적장치를 개발하여 활용할 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 제품이 개발될 경우에는 야외훈련이 많은 군부대의 작전시에 많이 사용되는 무전기, 휴대용 컴퓨터(Notebook 또는 Mobile Computer) 등의 충전용 전원으로 활용할 수 있다. 동시에 태양에너지인 청정에너지를 활용함으로서 환경공해를 최소화 할 수 있게 된다.

RFID/USN은 여러 산업분야 및 실생활에 많은 활용이 기대되는 분야이다. 그 중 RFID는 교통카드 및 자산관리, 물류관리, 출입통제 등 여러 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 최근 군부대에서까지 RFID 시스템을 활용한 'u국방' 체제 확립에도 그 적용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 RFID 시스템의 경우, Tag의 규격 및 프로토콜에 따라 Reader의 전반적인 사양이 달라지는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 착안하여 ATmel사의 읽기/쓰기가 가능한 IDIC인 T5557을 활용하여 RFID 시스템을 구현하고, 임의로 설정한 Tag ID 정보를 이용하여 터미널 프로그램을 통해 수신 가능함을 보였다.

니켈/카드뮴 전지는 우수한 물리적, 전기화학적 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 개발이후 현재까지 상당히 많은 부분에 사용되고 있다. 현재 고온시 폭발 위험성이 적고 저온시 성능저하가 없어 군장비의 특성상 군용으로 많이 사용되고 있다. 이에 군용 발칸포에 사용할 수 있는 초 고율 니켈-카드뮴 축전지를 개발하였으며, 그 결과 IEC 60632 규격을 만족하는 국내산 초고율 니켈-카드뮴 축전지를 개발하여 각종 산업체 및 군부대에서 고가의 설비와 특수 설비 등을 효율적 관리와 기기 수명연장 많은 도움이 되리라 사려된다.

Simultaneously with the founding of the Joseon military system was reformed. On the basis of Koryo's '2gun 6wie(二軍 六衛)' reorganized into '10wie 50ryong(10衛 50領)'. But the de facto central military power was in Euhungqingunwie(義興親軍衛) that is Lee Seong-gye's Elite Guard. In addition to these make up the backbone of the central forces that were Siwiepae(侍衛牌). Also a anti-legislation Seongzhongaima(成衆愛馬) was also presented. But soon the military command and military systems will start to repair. First, reform of military command system of the unified command system shall be established for the Euhungqingunwie(義興親軍衛). And Jeongdojeon has strengthened the military education and training. But, for the establishment of Military command system the most important was the reform of the private soldier. Military systems also have been systematized. shipwie(十衛) was changed to the shipsa(十司) in Taejo. After, they are expanded to shipyisa(十二司) in Sejong. And, the Gabsa(甲士) were returned. In addition, various special branch of the army, Byelsiwie(別侍衛), Naegumewie(內禁衛), gyumsabok(兼司僕) etc, are increased and founded.

The purpose of this study is to assess the degree of vegetation recovery such as the vegetation change and the effect of artificial restoration measures according to the number of years since the restoration works at the damaged Jungbong and Nuebong area in Mudeungsan National Park. We set up a total of 21 survey areas including 11 monitoring areas to analyze the flora, relative dominance, species diversity, and similarity in the restored site after relocation of Zungbong army base in 1996 and the restored site after the demolition of Neeebong telecommunication facility in 1999 and 10 control areas in the adjacent natural forest to assess the vegetation recovery in the restored sites and the nearby natural forest. The Mean Similarity Index of seed composition was relatively low at 3.5% in the Jungbong restoration site 17 years after the restoration, and the height of shrub layer, in which azaleas and furred azaleas appeared, recovered to the level of 82.6%. We concluded that it is necessary to continue monitoring the restored sites to develop the recovery assessment method and recovery work technology for sub-alpine areas in Mudeungsan National Park and other national park areas.
