Primary pulmonary lymphoma is rare, especially lymphomas arising in and limited to the tracheal wall without pulmonary parenchymal involvement are extremely rare. Bronchus-associated lymphoid tissue (BALT) lymphoma accounts for the majority of tracheal lymphomas. BALT lymphoma reveals distinct clinicopathologic features and remains localized for prolonged periods. The diagnosis is made histopathologically. Optimal management of these rare lesions has not been established. But, chemotherapy and radiation therapy all have been tried with favorable short-time results. The prognosis of BALT lymphoma is relatively good. We present here a case of BALT lymphoma of the tracheal wall which had responded to bronchoscopic ND-YAG laser therapy and local radiation therapy.

Seymour Chwast, who has worked in various fields as in illustrator, graphic designer, and art director since 1950's, opened a new possibility in the field of visual design. Pushpin Graphics, founded by Chwast and his collegues, played a vital role in experimentation based on their creativity and courage. Amazingly enough his field covers Illustration, graphic design, poster, typography, and publication. His works, in which he sa tired people or events severely using his own lanb'Uage styit', appeals public powerfully and is remembered for a long time. He gives various forms to his creative ideas throughout many fields he deals with including caricature, giving all designers fresh and b'Teat inspiration. The fact that Chwast dose not limit himself to anyone style but uses various styles freely indicates his creative thinking process. The Creative Thinking, which is embedded in all his works, is so interesting and tactful that it may fulfill the requirement of the times, which wants to see something new and epochmaking. The aim of this study is to find creativity of Chwast's new visual language and its meaning through the analysis of unique caricatures among his works based on his philosophy, creative work process, and, particularly, creative thinking.

The purpose of this study is to consider factors such as one's sight of viewing afar, expressional principles, and basic aesthetic category, which are treated importantly by the poets of the Joseon Dynasty era in appreciating nature. 'Afar' of the viewing afar is actual distance and aesthetic distance at the same time. Viewing afar is to find geographical features, depth, and details of a mountain, seeing the whole nature at a high place. Also, it can make possible escape from the external limitation of nature and get mental superiority and enhancement. Ultimately, viewing afar is to find out everlasting change of the nature and reason of natural creation. One's sight in viewing afar makes an appreciator's mind empty and calm, and it makes chance to harmonize human with nature. Viewing afar is to unite human nature to naturality beyond realistic value, idea, and artificiality. The mind from viewing afar has peacefulness and it is a state of serenity without any secular atmosphere. Viewing afar is an eye for beauty to leap toward an endless free state from narrow sight about objects. It rejects modification and technics in achieving an world of harmony. It means that objects should not be restrained by human's recognition. There are three expressions, which are high, horizontal, and transcendental viewing afar. The aesthetic category and beauty of peaceful mental state are realized by the expressions. The peaceful mental state makes peaceful mind from realistic conflicts and makes us experience a profound reason of nature.

Purpose: We evaluated indications for chorionic villus sampling (CVS), the positive predictive value of CVS for fetal chromosomal abnormalities, and the fetal loss rate after CVS at CHA Medical Center. Materials and Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 511 cases of CVS performed between 67 and 120 days of gestation for prenatal cytogenetic diagnosis from April 2000 to April 2010. Fetal karyotypes were obtained by direct and indirect culture methods. Results: The most common indications for CVS were abnormal ultrasonic findings including increased nuchal translucency (294/635, 46.3%). The positive predictive value of abnormal karyotyping according to indication for CVS was highest in cases with abnormal parental karyotypes (14/21, 66.7%). Mosaicism revealed by CVS comprised 3.1% of the sample (16/509). Amniocentesis revealed two cases of true mosaicism and 11 cases of confined placental mosaicism. The fetal loss rate within 4 weeks of the procedure was 1.2% (6/511). Conclusion: If CVS is performed by an expert clinician, it is a feasible and reliable procedure for prenatal genetic diagnosis. When CVS indicates mosaicism, the finding should be confirmed by amniocentesis to distinguish true mosaicism from confined placental mosaicism.

Severice allocation to satellite transponders under consideration of interference caused by inter-satellite and intra-satellite systems is one of the most important issue in terms of optimal usage of satellite network resource. In this paper, we present a new and show several simulation results to verify the proposed method. Especially, our concerns are concentrated on the cost (interference) matrix which is believed to be optimal in obtaining the service allocation plan. The method and concepts presented in this paper may be well applicable to making a plan for service assignment of the satellite communication systems.

도계장에서는 항상 비품이 발생한다. 골절, 피부병변, 착색이상 등 여러 가지 상태의 계육이 비품으로 분류되어 큰피해를 입고 있다. 가까운 예로 미국의 경우 이에 대한 피해액이 연간 5천만 달러로 추산되고 있다. 국내에서는 이러한 문제 때문에 육계 담당 부서에서는 항상 비품에 대해서 스트레스를 받고 있다. 하지만 이러한 문제들이 정말 스트레스가 되는 원인은 사육 중에 발견되기보다는 도계 후에 발견되며, 이에 따라상품가치가 현저히 감소하고 추가적인 작업이 요구되기 때문일 것이다. 대부분의 회사들이 이 문제를 접하게 되면, 주로 곰팡이 독소 흡착제를 사용하는 것이 유일한 대책인 것으로 생각한다. 이런 경우엔 약품에 대한 효과는 잘 모르겠지만, 필자의 느낌으로는 일정한 시간이 흘러 자연스럽게(?) 해결되는 과정을 걷는 듯 하며, 관련 부서에서는 이 약제의 효과에 대해 판단하기보다는 일단 직면한 문제가 해결되었 다고 결과론적으로 만족하는 듯 하다. 필자는 이 지면을 통해 그 동안의 관점과는 다른 측면에서 이런 문제의 원인과 그 대책에 대해 간략히 논하고자한다. 도계장에서는 항상 여러 가지 비품들이 발생한다. 이 모든 것들을 논하기에는 너무 범위가 넓기 때문에 여기서는 독자들의 이해를 위해 비품들 중에서 등 부위의 상처와 복부의 상처(배꼽 닭)에 대해 국한하도록 하겠다. 아마도 이 부분외의 다른 비품들은 대부분 그 원인을 쉽게 추정할 수 있기 때문이다. 먼저, 독자들에게 질문하고 싶은 것이 있다. 이러한 비품들의 직접적인 원인은 무엇인가? 앞서 얘기한 것과 같이 각 회사들의 대책으로 이용되는 곰팡이 독소 흡착제를 보면, 곰팡이 독소가 가장 직접적인 원인으로 생각할 수도 있다. 하지만 결론적으로 직접적인 원인은 외상이다. 즉, 외부의 물리적인 작용에 의한 상처인 것이다. 이런 측면에서 볼 때 가장 직접적인 원인은 외상이며, 이 외에 깃털발육 이상(혹은 저하), 바닥상태 불량 등과 같은 사양관리 이상과 면역 억제성 질환 및 지혈능력의 저하 등이 직접적인 원인으로 인한 문제들을 더욱 악화시키는 간접적인 원인으로 작용한다.

현재 통신망 서비스는 과거의 한 지역에 국한된 서비스 수준을 넘어 전세계 지역을 대상으로 발전되고 있으며, 그에따라 통신 설비와 그 서비스의 종류도 다양화 및 고도화 되어 가고 있다. 그러나, 각 지역의 통신 노드들은 서로 다른 형태의 정보와 시스템으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 전체 통신 노드들의 통합시 발생할 수 있는 이기종 시스템간의 상호운용(interoperability) 및 관리 문제, 분산 환경하에서의 처리 문제 및 무관성(transparency) 충족문제 등을 표준화 작업을 통하여 해결해 나가고 있다. 또한, 초기의 통신망 출현 시에는 망 자체적인 특성으로 인하여 정보의 수준이 단순하였으나, 요사이 통신망은 엄청난 수의 노드 분산화, 구성 노드의 이질화 및 복잡화는 물론이고 이러한 특성을 갖는 망 자체의 빠른 진화로 인하여 망에서 다루어야 할 정보의 종류와 가지수는 천문학적으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 현실로 인하여 정보 관리 서비스 구조에 대한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되어 1988년 국제전신전화자문회(Consultative Committee for International Telegraph and Telephone: CCITT, 이하 CCITT라 함, CCITT는 현재 ITU로 개명)에서는 전체 통신망에 존재하는 통신 관련 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 강력한 정보 제공 시스템인 전역(global) 디렉토리 서비스에 대한 국제 표준으로 X.500 시리즈를 발표하기에 이르렀으며, 계속적인 보완작업을 통하여 1992년판 표준안이 완료되었다. 이에 본 고에서는 1992년 판 X.500 디렉토리 표준에 명시된 내용 중 정보 모델링 관점의 내용들을 발췌 분석하므로써 향후 디렉토리 정보 베이스 구축시에 가이드라인으로 사용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

As cloud computing can utilize the proper allocation of system resources, it can be expected to have great benefits in terms of maintaining availability and reducing costs when a cloud is applied to a financial company's computer system. Although some provisions of the Financial Supervisory Regulation were revised in October 2016, this is limited to non-critical information processing systems, limits are remain whitch the application of cloud computing to the whole computer system of financial companies including electronic financial systems. In this paper, cloud security requirements are studied for the application of financial company's computational infrastructure system.

CMC(Ceramic Matrix Composites)는 $1500^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온에서 내열성, 내산화성, 내식성이 우수하여, 초음속 비행체, 가스터빈 엔진 및 원자로용 초고온 부품 등에 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 특성은 비산소 환경에 국한되는 것으로 약 $400^{\circ}C$ 이상의 산화 분위기에는 탄소섬유가 산화되는 문제로 인하여 적용의 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 CMC의 적용범위 확대를 위하여 내산화 코팅으로 CMC의 초고온 산화특성을 개선하는 것이 필수적이며, 장시간 초고온 산화환경 분위기에서 사용되기 위하여 안정적인 코팅기술이 최근 기술개발의 핵심현안으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 pack cementation 공정을 이용하여 내산화성이 우수한 SiC 코팅층을 제조하였다. Pack cementation 공정에 사용된 코팅 분말은 57wt.% SiC, 30wt.% Si, 3wt.% B, 10wt.% Al2O3의 비율로 혼합된 것이다. 실험은 3D 직조된 CMC 모재를 혼합분말 내에 침적한 후, Ar 분위기에서 $1600^{\circ}C$, 4~12시간 반응시켜 수 마이크론 두께의 SiC 코팅층을 형성하였다. 더 우수한 산화 특성을 부여하기 위하여 pack 처리된 CMC 표면에 초고온 세라믹인 TaC 소재를 진공플라즈마 코팅 공정으로 적층시켰다. 제조된 코팅층을 SEM, XRD를 이용하여 미세구조 및 결정구조를 분석하였으며, pack cementation에 따른 내산화 특성을 비교 분석하고자 $2000^{\circ}C$에서 산화 실험을 진행하였다. 산화 실험 이후 미세구조 및 결정구조 분석으로 산화거동을 규명하고자 하였다.

기업 간, 브랜드 간의 치열한 경쟁은 날이 갈수록 심해지고 있으며, 좋은 제품을 만들 수 있는 기술력이나 우수한 인력, 양호한 재무능력은 기업이 생존하기 위해 기본적으로 갖추어야 할 필요조건이 되었다. 그런데 기업이 성공하기 위해서는 어떤 능력이 필요할까? 바로 마케팅능력이다. 마케팅 능력이 있어야 충성도 있는 고객을 창출할 수 있고 시장점유율 제고를 통해서 목표하는 바람직한 성과를 산출할 수 있다. 마케팅 부문의 능력이나 지식은 타 부문에 비해서 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 크며, 궁극적으로는 기업의 지속적 경쟁우위를 달성하기 위하여 반드시 갖추어야 할 요소라는 것을 많은 연구들은 보여주고 있다. 이때 기업이나 브랜드가 윤리적인 모습을 소비자에게 보여준다면 경쟁자에 비해서 훨씬 용이하게 충성도를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 마케팅윤리는 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 최근 소비자의 감정을 상하게 하는 국내외 기업행태가 매스컴에 자주 오르내리고 있는데, 이러한 소식을 접한 소비자들은 해당기업에 대해서 부정적인 인식을 가지게 되어 제품이나 서비스를 구매하지 않으며, 주변사람들에게 좋지 않은 입소문을 내기도 하므로 기업의 마케팅 담당자는 윤리적인 측면을 고려하여 의사결정을 내려야한다. 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)과 마케팅윤리는 상호 연관된 개념으로 보아도 무방하다. 그런데 마케팅의 윤리적인 측면을 고려하다보면 의사결정 상황이 마케팅 분야에만 국한되지 않거나 소비자의 이익과 기업의 이익이 상충하는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하게 되어 의사결정을 어렵게 만든다. 특히, 스타트업의 경우는 기존기업에 비해서 업력이 길지 않고 우선적으로 처리해야하는 업무가 많다보니 마케팅 윤리적 측면을 중요하게 생각하지 않는 경향이 많다. 하지만 마케팅 윤리는 단시간에 구축하거나 보완할 수 있는 것이 아니므로 스타트업의 경영자들은 이 문제를 중요하게 생각하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 기존의 마케팅 윤리연구 동향을 분석하여 스타트업의 마케팅윤리 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
