올해(2004년) 연말로 예정된 남북철도 연결이 동복아 지역의 물적교류에 미칠 영향에 관한 연구는 TSR, TCR, TMGR, TMR에 관한 연구와 함께 국내에 이미 상당한 수준 축적되었지만 물적교류와 함께 동북아 교류협력에 또 한 축을 이루고 있는 인적교류 즉 여객수송에 관한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인구가 조밀하고 경제성장 속도가 빠른 서울$\leftrightarrow$북경 축에 국제 여객열차를 운행 할 경우를 가정하여 기존의 항공${\cdot}$해운에서 철도로의 수요 전환량을 실제 설문조사를 통하여 구하고 이를 수송할 열차 운행계획을 세운다. 나아가 국제 여객열차 운영자의 입장에서 예상수입 및 비용을 현실성 있게 계산하고 수익성 여부도 검토한다.

국내외 편집자 및 에이전트, 작가, 언론인 등이 파주출판문화단지에 모여 글로벌 출판시장에 대한 가능성과 출판 전 과정에서 필요한 디자인적 접근 방법에 대해 논의했다. 출판도시문화재단은 지난 10월 7일에는 국제출판포럼을 10월 14일에는 동아시아 책의 교류 심포지엄을 개최했다. 특히 10월 1일부터 9일까지 파주북소리축제도 열려 파주출판문화단지는 그야말로 책 잔치로 풍성한 한 달을 보냈다.

"국제농업정보교류 포럼"은 2006년 10월 5일, 농림부, 농촌진흥청, 한국농촌공사, 대학, 관련 연구소등의 각 분야 전문가 20명을 운영위원으로 구성하여 개인간, 조직간 네트워킹을 통하여 국제농업에 대한 공동협력을 추구하고자 출발하였다. 이 포럼이 주관이 되어 2006년 11월 7일 "ICID 콸라룸푸르회의 및 제3차 INWEPF 운영위원회의" 참가 결과보고회를 개최하였으며, 2007년 2월 7일-9일 일정으로 "한.일 실무급 농촌개발 전문가 워크숍"을 개최하였다. 또한 오는 7월 2일부터 4일까지 우리나라에서 "INWEPF & ICID WG-SDTA공동 워크숍"을 개최할 예정이다. 현재 67명의 회원들이 가입하여 참여하고 있으며, 한국농촌공사 농어촌연구원 국제학술교류팀에서 운영관리하고 있다.

Based on the capabilities of smartphone cameras which have developed rapidly in recent decades, coupled with and the global market penetration rate, it will study the possibility of various international exchanges through smartphone filmmaking. This aims to achieve a civilian-oriented cultural exchange, instead of simply providing capital-oriented exchanges and film production education. The Smartphone Film Workshop was held as an auxiliary event of the Korea-Vietnam Film Festival, which ran from November 17 to 22, 2017. The three-day workshop, which took place within the festival period, drew attention for its international collaboration project between Korean film directors and Vietnamese film students. The researcher conducted practical-based research while participating as a mentor at this workshop. A step-by-step approach to the entire process of production and post-production was administered, including workshop team composition, scenario, and pre-production in Korea such as shooting equipment, schedule, completion of local works, and screening. Through an analysis of exchange cases at international workshops, we will use trial and error as ways to improve and consider the results of cultural exchanges and the effects of future expectations. Taking this empirical case study into account, we anticipate more active international exchanges through the smartphone workshops.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for the science park development as a regional innovation hub to strengthen the internationalization capacity of local governments and to promote international exchange and cooperation based on public - private partnerships. For this, i)the main areas of interest and expectation for international exchange and cooperation, ii)preference for major projects, and iii)demand for development cooperation projects were identified, and it was figured out iv)what the core program is for cities of developing countries through network analysis using the UCINET program. Through these analysis, it was found that cities in developing countries wanted exchange and cooperation projects for the development of industrial and economic sectors. Especially, they wanted to develop industrial infrastructures and transfer advanced systems to foster regional strategic industries. In addition, the demand for the development of science park as a development cooperation project was found to be significant. Therefore it could be inferred that cities in developing countries want to develop a science park as a platform for regional development and industrial development, and to acquire development experience of advanced cities through continuous exchange and cooperation.

국제사회는 환경을 범지구적 문제로 규정하고, 환경문제 해결을 위한 국제적 환경협약을 체결하고 환경보호를 위한 무역규제조건을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 국제적 상황은 국가 간 정보의 교류·협력을 강조하며, 대기배출량 등 환경정보의 상호 교류를 요구하고 있다. 각 국의 국가 대기배출량은 자료의 신뢰성과 각 국 자료의 비교·평가를 위해서 산정방법과 자료 제출형태 등이 일관된 형태를 이루어야 한다. (중략)

한$\cdot$일 양국의 어촌어항어장의 발전을 위한 정보교환 및 기술교류와 양국 어항관계자의 우호증진 및 친선을 도모하기 위해 1997년부터 시작된 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의가 이제 7회를 맞이하게 되었다. 지난 7월 6일 일본 가고시마(鹿兒島)현 가고시마시 시로야마(城山)관광호텔 국제회의장에서 제7회 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의가 개최되었는데 이번 회의에는 급변해 가는 세계 수산업의 흐름속에서 한$\cdot$일 양국이 대처해 나아가야할 방향을 읽을 수 있는 자리가 되었다. 제7회 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의를 일정별로 나누어 정리해 보았다.

북한의 정보화 추진은 나름대로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만 아직은 미흡한 실정이다. 북한의 정보화를 구현하기 위해서는 많은 인프라 즉 기술과 산업이 필요한데 이러한 기술은 북한 독자적으로 개발하기 보다는 남북교류 또는 국제교류를 병행해야 할 것이다.

교류 자기장의 정밀측정, 자기장 측정기의교정 및 관련 시험 등 을 지원하기 위해 교류자기장 표준장치를 개발하였다. 주파수에 따른 확장분확도(expanded uncertainty, 2 $\sigma$)는 1 MBz 이하에서 0.16 %, 1 kHz $\sim$ 5 kHz 에서 0.26 %, 5 kHz $\sim$ 20 kHz에서 0.44 % 이었다. 측정결과에 대한 국제적 신뢰성 및 상호인증을 확보하기 위하여 핵심측정표준 국제비교(international key comparison)에 참여하였으며, 또한 측정능력, 교정 및 시험방법 등에 대한 국제적 전문가로부터 평가(peer review)를 수감하였다. 따라서 한국표준과학연구원 (KRISS)에서 교정 및 측정한 결과에 대해서는 국제적 상호인증을 받을 수 있다.
