최근들어 국제기구를 비롯하여 선진국들이 해양환경 보전과 관련한 규제를 대폭 강화하고 있는데다 중국과 인도 등 화주국가인 개도국들도 해운산업에 대한 규제수위를 높여 나감에 따라 해운경영 여건이 날로 악화되고 있다. 특히, 이같은 규제강화는 선박의 운항원가를 높여 해운기업의 채산성에도 악형향을 끼치고 있어 이에 대한 대책마련이 시급한 실정이다. 다음은 해운산업에 대한 국제기구 및 각국의 규제조치를 정리한 것이다.

This work uses data associated with business activity and outcome on the five main SOGO-SHOSYA and considers meaning of its outcome and logistics function in energy business field in recent 10 years. The contents of this work embody three chapters, which are an investigation on advanced research, an analysis of SOGO-SHOSYA business outcome, logistics function in its energy business field, Research method are used by statistical analysis and organizational structure analysis as well as case study. We will search for the reason that the energy business has worked well lately. There are actively securing interests of energy exploitation and longer-term investment to affiliated companies, building supply chain system with internal and external businesses. Especially, we will account for the logistics role of SOGO-SHOSYA that has newly understood the international logistics function in energy business field. SOGO-SHOSYA has coordinated organizationally from upstream to downstream in energy business, is showing its abilities in midstream related features that involve investor, organizer and analyst. SOGO-SHOSYA's building up logistics function will help supply chain in energy business for rising the competitiveness of price and quality, and support cost-reducing in activities of supply chain.

The ISO issued the first standard for environmental management standard(EMS) in 1993. This standard provide for elements of an effective environmental management system and can also help companies ingrain effective environmental management practice into their overall business operations. ISO 14001 is predicted to become the leading voluntary environmental management system standard. Companies selling products and services internationally and domestically will also be affected by publication of this standard. Especially, this new environmental management standards are fast becoming a condition for doing global business because it can be acted with trade barriers. Actually, an automobile companies of America including Ford and GM require their subcontracting companies to gain the recognition of ISO 14001. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the ISO 14000 and its application of Korean firms focusing on environmental management system(EMS). This paper proceeds to present the effective alternatives through analysing the existing Korean firms which has established EMS. Korean firms should adopt EMS not for the enhancement of corporate image but for the purpose of strategic competitive advantage.

ISO에서 국제표준을 제정하는데 소요되는 기간은 회원국의 경제적 여건이나 산업구조에 따라 어느 정도 영향을 받고 있으나, 일반적으로 ISO의 각 기술위원회에서 국제표준을 제정하여 공표하기까지 대부분 5년 이내에 작업을 종결하는 것을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 작업과정은 제안, 준비, 위원회, 승인, 공표 등 다섯 단계를 거친다.

급변하는 국제방산협력 여건에 탄력적으로 대응하기 위해서는 공동연구개발 및 생산에 방산업체들의 적극적인 참여를 고무하는 정책이 실시되어야 한다. 특히 방산업체가 국내 연구개발 및 국제 공동연구개발에 직접 참여하는 제도의 수립이 필요하다. 향후 군사무역에서 GATT적용 등에 대비하고, 업체가 적극적인 중.장기 방산경영이 가능하도록 정부는 새로운 인식하에서 전반적인 제도개선이 마련되어야 할 것으로 믿는다. 장기적으로 방산국제협력을 담당하는 관료들은 국제교섭가인 동시에 국제마아케터로서의 자질을 갖춘 전문관료들이 보직해야햐며, 협력대상 국가별 전문가의 양성도 절실하다고 판단된다

This paper is empirical study on the trust factors affecting the repurchase intentions in a B2B e-Marketplace by survey instrument based on Likert-style 5 point measurement scale. The objective of this paper is evaluation of relationship between repurchase intentions and trust. The focus of this paper is the antecedents and consequences of buyer trust in a B2B e-Marketplace, not trust intermediaries or in third parties that might mediate between the buyer and e-Marketplace. The findings of this study are expected to increase the awareness of B2B e-Commerce adopter and implementers about the importance of trust in e-commerce participation.

G7 프로젝트로 개발중인 첨단생산시스템(FMS로부터 CIM까지)의 핵심구성요소인 고성능.고정밀공작기계의 성능을 평가할 수 있는 요소를 개발하고 사례로서 이를 Machining Centers에 적용하여 각 요소별 세부항목과 기준을 개발하여 제안하였다. 또한 이 평가내용을 국제경쟁제품과 비교하거나 국제경쟁력 달성정도를 평가할 때 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 적절한 평가모형도 제안하였다.

본 논문은 IEC의 구성, 조직 및 규격에 관한 조사연구와 IEC의 국제 규격 제정 및 개정 절차 등의 조사 연구를 통하여 현재 우리가 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 신뢰성 표준들이 무엇인지를 제시하고, 신뢰성 표준화 사업 및 인증 사업에 관한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 적정하고 협리적인 신뢰성 표준화 사업이 전개되어 서비스의 향상, 생산기술의 혁신을 기하여 사업경쟁력을 향상시킬 것이다.

최근 품질경영 활동이 조직과 국가의 경쟁력과 전략적 우위를 결정하는 핵심역량이 되고 있다. 선진 선박검사기관도 국제선급연합회(ACS)의 요구사항에 따라 내부품질경영체제를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동과 선박안전의 관계를 살펴보고 최근 개정된 ISO 9000 : 2000 패밀리 규격의 고찰을 통해 해운,수산 및 조선업체의 시스템 전환에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선박검사기관의 품질경영 활동이 선박안전 향상 기여에 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며 이러한 사항을 충족하기 위해서는 품질경영 활성화가 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

This study is for analyzing the mgmt performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA, one of the most importantly external environment in int'l mgmt since in the mid of 1990s. The main purpose can be mentioned to test empirically some relations between the mgmt performances of Korean tourism ones and the economic effects originated from FTA. The dependent variables of mgmt performances are classified with sales, profits and mgmt satisfaction, while the independent one regarding with economic effects from FTA are sorted based on the previous studies with the 2 following factors like direct with inbound/outbound and indirect effects. This study is conducted in two stages. Firstly, the research model is designed by the reviewing relevant theories and previous studies. Secondly, the survey of Korean tourism firms engaging in mgmt activities is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are used for correlation, reliability, validity and multi-regression on SPSS 12.0 and the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with AMOS 11.0.
