전사적인 안전보건 경영체계를 구축하기 위하여 한국산업안전공단이 개발한 KOSHA 18001 규격을 2001년 국내 최초로 도입하여 현장에 적용하였으며, 아울러 국제규격인 OHSAS 18001규격을 (주)BVQI로부터 2003년 취득함으로써 명실상부한 안전보건 경영시스템 운영의 선두주자로 나아가고 있다.

국내 축산업의 기술 발전과 설비 현대화 유도 및 국내외 축산기자재, 사료, 동물약품 비교 전시를 통해 상호 기술 및 정보교환을 통한 우리나라 축산 발전에 기여하고자 오는 9월 21일~24일 동안 대구에서 2011 한국국제축산박람회가 개최된다. 이에 앞서 2011 한국국제축산박람회 추진위원회는 지난 13일 서울 강남구 소재 SETEC에서 참가 경영체 사전설명회를 통해 이번 박람회 추진상황을 비롯한 부스 규모 및 부스 배치, 부스 설치 및 전시 준비 안내에 대한 설명이 있었다. 이에 따라 본고를 통해 간략한 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

우리나라의 철강업은 수요산업의 견실한 성장에 힘입어 향후 속도는 다소 둔화되겠지만 2000년 까지는 성장이 지속될 전망이다. 현재 선진국도 철강산업의 구조개편으로 혁신적 합리화에 힘을 쏟고 있으며, 이들 국가의 경쟁력이 회복될 경우 국제경쟁은 더욱 치열해 질 것으로 보며 이 러한 환경 속에서 우리나라 철강업이 안정 성장을 이룩해 나가기 위해서는 먼저, 현재 선진국과 같이 수요감퇴에 대비 안정적 수익확보를 위해 경영다각화를 적극 추진해 나가야 하겠으며, 둘 째로 R & D 투자확대를 통해 신기술개발 강화와 신제품개발 확대로 고급강 등 고부가가치 제 품의 비중을 늘려 나가며, 셋째로, 설비합리화를 적극 추진하여 국제경쟁력을 확보해 나가며, 장기적으로 시장다변화 등 국제화 전략을 강화해 나가야 할 것이다.

국제물류 EPCglobal Network 프레임워크에서 대용량 운송 데이터베이스의 누적과 경영 전략의 의사결정에 필요한 지식 탐사를 위해 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템 도입이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제물류 통합 플랫폼을 지원하는 데이터 웨어하우스를 설계하기 위해 현재 데이터베이스 시스템을 분석하고 다차원 데이터 모델인 사실 별자리 스키마 구조를 이용한다. 또한 설계된 데이터웨어하우스를 통해 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 지식탐사를 위한 질의들의 예를 보여준다.

The purpose of this research can be said as follows. The close examination of competitive advantages of Korean enterprises who have been participating and dominating the management activities directly in India. And the Analysing of the correlation between the competitive advantages and the management performances of Korean firms there. That is, the factors which exercise their influence over the local management positively can be activated and developed reasonably and systematically while the others which exercise their influence over it negatively have to be eliminated, at least. The factors of competitive advantages on this paper are from ones which could generally be recognized on the basis of the preceding studies, and the management performances are divided by three sub-variables like sales, profits and management satisfaction. As empirically statistical method, Regression coefficient analysis as inferential statistics as well as Pearson's correlation as descriptive is implemented for this paper of testing some hypotheses.

Considering the number of population commuting from Gyeonggi to Seoul, the development of the bus system is relatively slow. There are many problems to be solved but it has been overlooked, leaving the users in discomfort. The goal of this research is to improve the current system to satisfy the unmet needs, using HCI methods, which is composed of five steps, including Define, Find, Analyze & Synthesize, Ideation, Develop. In Define, we recruited the interviewees using the extreme user method to find their needs. In Find, we proceeded 'be the customer', shadowing for background research and in-depth interview. In Analyze & Synthesis, we analyzed the customer needs and clustered to similar needs to draw useful ideas. After that we suggested sophisticated ideas based on design principles from previous stage and visualized in user scenarios and mock-ups. Overall, the research suggests with text message service, informative light service and mobile application to improve the existing bus station.

국내의 많은 기업들은 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 시리즈와 식스시그마 등 기업의 품질 및 제품에 대한 품질을 높이기 위해 품질관리, 품질경영에 많은 시간과 비용을 들여왔다. 하지만 품질인증제도와는 달리 제품의 신뢰성에 관한 경영시스템인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이다. 부품 소재나 제품의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로써 신뢰성경영시스템에 대한 인증은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 신뢰성 관련 기법들을 표준화하고, 효율적인 경영시스템을 도입하여 운영하고, 여기에 세계적으로 통용되는 기술체계를 도입하여 기업의 신뢰성경영시스템을 발전시킨다면 우리산업이 당면한 수출 경쟁력 확보 등의 현안문제 해결에도 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 경영시스템 인증제도 수립에 있어 국제 표준인 신뢰성경영시스템 IEC 60300에 대해 소개하고, 신뢰성 경영시스템 평가방법을 활용한 MIR기법과 AHP기법을 분석 비교하고, 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examines the relationships between TMT's characteristics - international education background ratio, international job experience ratio, international related professionals ratio- and the degree of firm's internationalization. It also examines the moderating effect of independent board on those relationships. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the ratio of TMT's foreign job experience is positively related to firm's internationalization. On the other hand, both international education background ratio and international related professionals ratio do not significantly related to firm's internationalization. Regarding the moderating effects. independent boards weaken the positive relationship between TMT's foreign education background ratio and firm's internationalization. Whereas they strengthen the positive relationship between TMT's international education background ratio and firm's internationalization. The findings of this study imply that Chinese firms should consider the interaction effects between the TMT and board on their decisions of internationalization.
