The object of this study is to show the international safety school operating characteristics certified by Community Safety Promotion Cooperation Center affiliated to the WHO to strengthen safety training course and create safe training environment in accordance with the importance of recently the safety education for students and safe environment in the school education course. It draw the kind of education program to prevent accidents in the elementary and middle school students because of analyzing student safety education program. It also suggest operation characteristics which were divided into physical environment and crime prevention environment.

한국천문학회는 한국천문올림피아드를 통해 영재를 발굴하고, 교육을 통해 천문학의 의미있는 성장을 기대하고 있다. 천문학은 우리 문명의 중요한 문화의 한 부분이며, 우리의 삶과 사고를 형성케하는 근본적인 학문으로 인식되고 있어, 천문올림피아드를 통한 영재 교육은 청소년들의 천문학과 천체물리학의 학교 교육 분야는 물론, 서로 다른 나라간의 국제 교류의 증진을 통해 괄목한 성장을 이루고 있다. 또한, 이를 통한 영재 교육은 우리 삶의 모든 부분과 관련된 주제와 특히 과학기술의 발달이 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 될 것 이라는 신념 때문에, 국내는 물론 국제적인 관심이 되었다. 천문올림피아드 3개의 국제대회, 국제천문올림피아드, 아시아 태평양 천문올림피아드, 국제 천문 및 천체물리올림피아드 참가자 24명을 대상으로 추적연구를 실시하였다. 천문올림피아드 참가 학생들의 개인변인, 가정변인, 학교변인을 알아보고, 천문올림피아드가 학생들에게 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지, 그들의 진로에 어떤 영향을 주었는지, 한국천문올림피아드가 과학영재 교육에 기여하고 있는지 추적연구를 수행하였다.

Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

학교 폭력, 왕따 등 학교 안전과 관련된 사건 및 사고는 학교 안전이 지역사회 보건 및 복지에 심각한 위협에 노출되어 있음을 시사한다. 학교 안전사고들은 오랜 기간 동안 다양한 정책과 프로그램이 시행되어 왔기 때문에 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 지역사회와 정부가 예방책을 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 독일, 영국, 캐나다, 미국, 프랑스 등 다양한 국가에서 시행되는 학교 폭력을 비롯한 학교안전에 관한 교육, 정책, 프로젝트, 프로그램의 성공적인 사례연구를 논의하며 이 논의를 통해 국내적 함의 및 시사점을 제시하였다. 우리나라 학교안전의 질적 보완을 도모할 수 있는 가장 현실적이고 구체적인 방안으로는 지역사회 공동체가 적극적으로 참여하는 것이다. 또한 국제적 프로그램 성공의 가장 효과적인 조정전략은, 학교 밖과의 강력한 연계를 가진 학교안전 프로그램 이었다는 점이다. 즉 지역사회 공동노력으로 건강하고 안전한 학교를 만드는 지역사회 건강증진과 학교안전의 융합적인 접근이었다.

개정 사학법의 내용은 학교법인의 기본권을 침해함은 물론 자유민주주의의 원리, 자유시장 경제질서의 원리에도 크게 위반된다. 개정 사학법은 사학의 자율성을 신장하고 교육의 국제경쟁력을 높이는 방향으로 반드시 재개정하지 않으면 안 된다.
