The used car export of Korea has rapid growth with the competitive price through economic situation of IMF, but the export volume would be decreased due to the import restriction of used car by Iraqi, Middle Asian countries since 2004. This research would be suggested the proposal of "the used car's innovative export logistics system" to solve the increased supplying of used car and decreasing of used car's export. This proposal of "the used car's innovative export logistics system" present the advanced used car's export logistics center for activation of export and construction of integrated export logistics system to be promoted the export process. As a result of analysis of the economic effectiveness through the activation of used car's export at the port of Incheon, it is forecasted that the concerned companies have the increasing of net profit 27,000 million Korean won; the value added effectiveness 340,000 million Korean won, acceleration of employment 2,200 persons. The policy should be consistent in order to process of "the used car's innovative export logistics system". For promotion of used car's export, not only near vision for solve the current matter, but also the strategic policy and master plan for promotion of used car's export to the international competitiveness strength continuously. The object of this research is directed to "the used car's export integrated logistics system" and "policy" for creation of export logistics complex".

기업에서 발생하는 물류비용 중에 운송비가 차지하는 비중은 50% 이상이다. 국제 유가 급등에 따른 운송비용이 급상승하면서 배송관리의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 배송관리시스템은 고객에게 주문받은 물품을 물류센터에서 배송계획을 수립하여 배차지시, 정산관리 및 차량의 트랙킹 등 전반적인 배송과정을 관리하는 시스템이다. 기존의 배송방법은 우편번호를 기준으로 하는 고정 라우팅 방식을 사용하였다. 이러한 방식은 배송기사가 비교적 쉽게 배송할 수는 있지만 물동량의 급격하게 변할 때에는 실시간으로 대응하지 못하는 문제점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 물동량의 변화에 효율적으로 대응하여 배송하기 위한 방안으로 지능형 배송관리시스템의 설계 방안을 제안한다.

The Panmunjom Declaration adopted by the leaders of South and North Korea on April 27, 2018, has created an environment conducive for peace and cooperation in the Korean Peninsula. In the June of last year, South Korea has joined the Organization for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD). The membership of OSJD has established a solid foundation for restoring a multimodal logistics system that connects the Korean peninsula to Eurasia countries, including China and Russia. In this paper, a questionnaire survey targeting working-level experts was conducted to find the barriers in constructing multimodal logistics that efficiently connect the port-continental railways of the Korean peninsula and the Eurasian nations. Survey items were divided into five categories-border crossing procedures, technology, facilities, operation, and government support. As a result, among the most important problems of international multimodal logistics in Eurasia that need to be solved on priority include improving transshipment facilities, eliminating inspection carried out at every country for transit, simplifying documents for customs clearance, and minimizing the changes in freight rates. In conclusion, for vitalizing the connection between the Korean peninsula and the continental railways, it is necessary to develop a transshipment system to facilitate the changes in tracks at the borders by making a joint effort with the international community. Second, railway and operational systems in South Korea, North Korea, China, and Russia should be standardized. Third, international cooperation among South Korea, North Korea, China, and Russia is essential for simplifying customs clearance at borders, priority departure of domestic cargo, sharing information about the changes in freight rates, and so on. Finally, the government should come up with measures to secure the quantity of cargo required to form block trains, while developing new business models.

While major alliance container carriers in the post-corona era are enjoying the largest boom in history with their fleet reduction strategy, shippers companies are in a state of deteriorating import and export price competitiveness due to increased logistics costs, and forwarders who act for shipping companies' logistics services are also experiencing the burden of rising freight rates It is in a state of overheated competition and worsening profits for attracting shippers. For this purpose, research data, literature studies, statistical data and data from overseas specialized networks were used as prior research. Online surveys and telephone interviews were conducted, and as a result, four areas of cold chain (including perishable cargo), project logistics, UN procurement logistics, and dangerous goods logistics, which were found to be particularly in high demand, were analyzed to suggest entry strategies.

"이어진다"를 개최 컨셉으로 포장의 최신 기술이 다수 출전됐다. 출품자는 607개 회사(단체) 2,282부스의 규모로 포장 자재, 용기, 포장 기계, 인쇄, 포장 가공기계, 식품, 의약품 가공 기계, 검사, 계측, 포장관련 기재, 포장 디자인 & 커뮤니케이션 & 서비스, 유통, 물류 시스템기기 & 서비스, 연구기관, 단체, 프레스, 주최자 기획 전시 등 포장에 관련되는 여러 가지 분야에서 최첨단 제품과 기술이 전시됐다. 도쿄팩2012는 생산~물류까지 일관된 시스템 전시가 특징이다. 이러한 토탈 시스템 전시는 수차례 개최되는 내외의 포장전에서도 잘 보지 못한 것으로 질과 양 모두 세계 최고 클래스의 전시회로서 주목을 받았다. 본고에서는 출품경향 및 주요 출품제품을 살펴본다.

RFID를 이용한 화물추적시스템은 물류분야의 특성상 서로 다른 소속의 이 기종 간의 데이터의 인터페이스로 화물의 흐름을 체계화한다. 국내뿐 아니라 국제적으로도 여러 종류의 데이터를 인터페이스하고 있으며, 이 데이터들은 EDI 표준을 이용하여 다양한 환경의 시스템으로 인터페이스 되어 적용되고 있다. 하나의 물류흐름을 만들기 위하여 RFID를 이용한 데이터의 인터페이스가 이루어지다 보니 다양한 보안상의 문제를 유발시키고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 인공신경망 회로를 이용하여 이 기종 간의 EDI 데이터 인터페이스 시 발생할 수 있는 보안상의 취약점을 미리 파악하여 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 방향을 제시하였다.

본 고에서는 최근 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 900 MHz UHF 대역을 사용하는 RFID시스템의 무선 인터페이스 표준에 대해 살펴본다 900 MHz UHF 대역의 RFID시스템은 유통,물류에 사용될 것으로 기대되기 때문에 국제표준화기구인 ISO와 국제 민간표준화 기구인 EPCglobal에서 무선 인터페이스 표준을 세우고 있다. 특히 2004년부터 이뤄진 EPCglobal의 EPC Class 1 Generation 2표준은 향후 ISO의 900 MHz 대역 RFID 시스템의 새로운 무선 인터페이스 표준으로 정해질 것으로 기대되고 있어 더욱 관심을 모으고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 900 MHz대역 RFID 무선 인터페이스 표준인 ISO/IEC의 ISO 18000-6과 EPCglobal의 EPC Class 1 Generation 1, Generation 2 를 중심으로 900 MHz대역 RFID 시스템의 무선 인터페이스 표준화 동향을 살펴보았다.

According to globalization of world economy by extension of production, sales and distribution all around the world and international transportation system changed into a transport system that puts great importance on speediness and value-added services, international transport system is changing into a Multimodal Transport Routing centered system that systematically connects marine, air and rail transports. Due to such changes production, sales and distribution must be provided in time and Multimodal Transport Routing, which can provide multi-dimensional logistics services to customers of global network, is needed but information connection for international transport and connection system between transport modes are insufficient and can not be activated. Especially in Korea, selection standard of 3rd party logistics companies and transport companies is presented, but logistics exclusive companies, which plan and execute the transportation, can't present a systematic evaluation standard for international Multimodal Transport Routing, selection. Thus, this research surveys important previous studies about Multimodal Transport Routing, selection, derives an evaluation standard for Multimodal Transport Routing, selection through interview with company officials, and presents a theoretical basis for Multimodal Transport Routing, selection through systematic analysis of Multimodal Transport Routing, selection using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

For the world trend of security system, there is attempt of portable radiation detection, which is possible to get detection of nuclide in south Korea. in this Paper, it will shows about Full-digital system to portable radiation detection platform.
