Basic Nursing Education, Present and Future (기초간호교육 - 현재와 미래)

  • 오늘날 건강은 생존하는 인간이 지녀야 할 기본권리로 인정되고 있으며 국민의 복지향상이 없는 경제발전은 국제사회에서도 신망을 얻지 못하는 시대에 이르렀다. 국민의 건강수준은 그 사회전체의 문명척도를 의미하는 것이기 때문에 세계도처에서 인간의 복지향상과 인권보존을 위해 여러가지 형태로 건강사업을 추진하고 있으며 건강관리를 수행하는데 있어서 중추적 역할을 담당하는 간호의 교육은 매우 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 1903년, 외국 선교사에 의해 간호교육기관이 설립된 이후 사회 정치적 배경에 따라 교육제도상 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 대학과정은 1950년에 개설했으나 6.25동란으로 첫번 학사 간호원은 1959년에 배출되었으며 현재 14개 대학이 있어 대학원과정도 운영하고 있다. 3년제 간호교육은 간호교육이념에 따라 1962년부터 초급대학 수준으로 승격되었고 1970년에는 교육법령이 개정되면서 전문학교로 개칭하게 되었으며 1979년 부터는 전문대학으로 개편하여 입학수준을 대학입학예비고사 합격자로 수준을 높였다. 계속 교육제도에 있어서는 석사 및 박사과정 이외에 여러가지 전문분야의 연구과정 및 실무 수련과정이 마련되어 있다. 간호교육 이념정립과 제도 개선을 위해 학계에서는 꾸준한 연구를 지속하여 정책수립에 반영했다. 지금까지의 진료중심의 간호에서 지역사회 건강중심의 간호역할로의 전환기에 있음을 인식하여 바람직한 변화가 올 수 있도록 교육목표를 설정하는 일은 매우 중요하다고 본다. 전문기관에서는 양적, 질적 간호인력 수급계획을 마련해야 할 것이며 간호원의 사회 경제적 지위향상은 물론 간호원의 역할을 법적으로 규정하여 효율적인 인력활용을 위해 계속 연구하는 일은 매우 중요한 과제라고 생각한다. 앞으로의 간호교육은 첫째, 현직 간호원의 사회 경제적 지위를 향상하고 둘째, 적성에 맞는 학생을 선발하고 셋째, 유능한 교수를 확보하는 일이라고 본다.

ICN과 회원자격에 대한 교육적규준 -ICN의 회원자격으로 종합적 간호교육이 필요한가?-

  • 요약하건데 ICN은 종합적 기초간호교육의 근본원리를 인정하고 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 회원국들을 도와주어야 한다. ICN의 교육부 간부가 고문과 working party의 도움으로 현재 만든 ''기초 간호교육에 대한 국제적 질의''는 국제적인 견해를 근거로 하여 가치있는 결론과 건의를 가져와야 한다. 이것은 전체의 결말이 회원국을 적극적으로 후원하는 결과를 초래하여야 한다. ICN의 Grand Council은 이외로 표명된 의견을 주의 깊게 귀를 기울이고 종합적 기초간호교육을 강요해서는 안 된다. 최후로 Grand Council.은 일반 간호원이 아닌 소아과 간호원 등과 같은 특수분야 하나만을 훈련받은 간호원들의 지위를 재 고려하여야 할 것이다. 자기 나라에서 ''전문 간호원''으로 간주된다면 그 간호원들을 전문부(specialized section)에 ICN회원으로 받아 들일 수 있다는 것이 내 의견이다. 이것은 궁극적으로 ICN을 보다 강화할 것이며 경쟁적인 단체의 형성을 방지할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nursing management education application on study crafting in nursing students. The data collection period was 6 weeks from September 1, 2019, and 38 subjects were selected for each of the experimental group and the control group. As a result of this study, the experimental group who conducted nursing management learning using the nursing management education application showed significantly higher study crafting than the control group. Based on the results, it was confirmed that the nursing management education application is a useful medium for nursing students to find meaning for learning and to lead learning.

  • This study explored the effectiveness of virtual reality education interventions for nursing students in adult nursing practicum. This systematic review extracted intervention methods, research topics, outcome variables, and evidence synthesis of effectiveness. Seven studies were extracted from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and RISS. This study showed effects on knowledge, performance, attitude, critical thinking, self-efficacy, information assessment ability, problem-solving ability, self-confidence, and efficiency of nursing students. Therefore, virtual reality educational intervention contribute to enhance the competencies in adult nursing practicum.

Morl Distress and Ethical Values of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 윤리적 가치관과 도덕적 고뇌)

  • The study aimed to identify the relationship between moral distress and ethical values among nursing student. The participants were 150 nursing students. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 program. In the results, moral distress and ethical values showed positive correlations. Statistically significant differences were found in moral distress according to grade, select the reason for department and ethical values according to age, grade, select the reason, one's associate for department. Moral distress was positively correlated with ethical values. The findings suggest that programs aimed at decreasing moral distress and ethical values intention should be developed. Furthermore, future studies should explore variables that influence moral distress.

  • This is a descriptive study to investigate influencing factors of job satisfaction among nurses of comprehensive nursing care ward. The participants were 114 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care ward. Collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that professional self-concept and teamwork were influencing factors of job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve job satisfaction of nurses in comprehensive nursing care ward, education and policy support to improve professional self-concept and teamwork. are needed.

Affecting Factors on Stress of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스에 영향을 주는 요인)

  • This study was conducted to identify factors affecting clinical practice stress of nursing students. Data were collected from 191 nursing students who experienced clinical practice and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Study result turned up interpersonal ability is 3.61points(5points), nunchi is 3.57points(5points), clinical practice stress is 2.94points(5points). Factors affecting clinical practice stress were interpersonal ability, and nunchi Behavior. These variables were 23.5% influential in explaining the clinical practice stress of nursing students. Based on this result, it can be used as basic data to prepare a plan to reduce the clinical practice stress of nursing students.

Relapse Experience of Patients with Alcohol Use Disorder: Q Methodological Approach (알코올 사용 장애 환자의 재발경험: Q 방법론적 접근)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the subjective relapse experiences of patients with alcohol use disorder in one's life context. Methods: A Q methodology was used to analyze the subjectivity of relapse experiences among 55 participants with alcohol use disorder. Fifty-five Q-statement were derived from interviews and literature review. Q-statements were classified into normally distributed shapes using a 9-point scale. Data were analyzed using the QUANL program. Results: Four types of relapse experiences were identified: failure to self-regulation drinking cravings, fear of relapse and awareness of the need for treatment, drinking as a coping mechanism and defensive coping, and lack of motivation to change drinking behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that patients with alcohol use disorder need a differential approach based on four types of relapse experiences in the recovery process.
