This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of safety income system on recipient's economic independence and life satisfaction under the social security system. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 650 adult householders benefiting from the social security system. The SPSS 23 statistical program was used to apply measurement variables related to the safety income system. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The social insurance and the social assistance of safety income system were adopted, having a significant effect on the economic independence. The effect of economic independence on life satisfaction was rejected, while the effect of social assistance on life satisfaction was adopted, showing a difference in the effect of each factor. The findings imply that social insurance and social assistance with support for safe income can be a positive help for economic independence, and unemployment benefit, national pension, long-term care subsidy and health insurance can help to achieve real economic independence, adopting only social assistance with limitation to life satisfaction. Consequently, the safety income system is very useful in helping recipients to achieve their economic independence through its introduction, but there is some distance to meet their life satisfaction.

미국 911 테러 발생 이후로, 국가 기반시설(예: 송/배전 전력망, 석유/가스 파이프라인, 원자력 발전소, 정보통신 시설, 교통 시설, 금융 시설, 매스미디어 시설 등)에 대한 테러리스트의 사보타지 리스크를 관리하는 도전문제에 정부 차원이나, 기업 차원에서 국내외적으로 뜨거운 이목이 집중되고 있다. 그 가운데 에너지 시스템, 특히 원자력 발전소의 물리적 보안은 국가 안보 차원에서 매우 중대한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이는 사보타지로 인한 이러한 시스템의 파손이 국민, 작업자, 또는 외부 환경에 방사성물질 누출과 같은 중대한 결말을 초래할 수 있기 때문이다. 원전과 같은 복잡 시스템에서 설계 기준 위협이 초래할 수 있는 이러한 결말은 그 시스템의 특정 핵심 표적(예: 부품, 구역, 자산, 행위, 인원)의 방호를 통해 효과적으로 방어될 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 표적 인식에서는 어떻게 방어할 것인가에 앞서서 무엇을 방어할 것인가를 다루려는 것이다. 이 연구의 주요 목적은 여태까지 개발된 다양한 표적 인식 기법의 개발 추세를 소개하고 향후 전망을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 통해 표적 인식 기법의 수월성, 신뢰성, 및 경제성을 제고할 수 있으리라 본다. 표적 인식 기술의 활용성 측면에서 볼 때, 표적 인식은 하드웨어 적이거나 소프트웨어적인 방호 시스템의 설계에 필수적이므로, 신뢰성 높은 표적 인식은 다음과 같은 긍정적인 파급 효과를 줄일 수 있다: 1) 사보타지 리스크 감소에 직간접적으로 기여할 수 있다; 2) 제한적인 보안 재원을 효율적으로 할당할 수 있다; 3) 보안 대응군대의 훈련 시나리오를 개발할 수 있다; 4) 발전소 규제요건인 안전조치 계획을 비용이나 보안 측면에서 향상시켜 국민 안심(public easiness)을 도모할 수 있다. 향후에는 보다 더 광의적인 복잡 시스템 사이에서 상호 연계적인 사보타지에 대한 표적 인식의 기법들이 점검될 필요성이 있다고 본다.

1997년 2천만 수도권 주민의 상수원인 팔당호 수질이 급격히 악화됨에 따라 상수원 상류지역의 수질개선과 국민이 안심하고 마실 수 있는 맑은 물 공급을 위해 범정부 차원에서 수립한 "팔당호 등 한강수계 상수원 수질관리 특별종합대책('98. 11. 20)"과 "한강수계 상수원 수질개선 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률('99. 2. 8)"에 따라 한강유역환경청을 설립하고 물이용부담금 제도를 도입하였습니다.

우리 양계농가들에게 뼈를 깎는 고통을 주면서 두 달 가까이 전국을 들썩이게 한 AI가 이제 완전히 사라졌다. 그나마 다행이라고 가슴을 쓸어내렸다. 정부에서는 시중에 유통되는 닭고기는 안전하며 끓여 먹기만 하면 아무 무제없고, 특히 우리나라에서는 지금까지 사람에게 전염된 사례가 전혀 없다는 것을 홍보해 닭고기 소비를 늘리는 방안을 찾아주기 바란다. 그리고 정부에서는 닭고기 수매량을 더 늘려주고, 도시의 치킨집, 삼계탕집, 닭볶음탕집 등 모든 음식점들이 닭을 더욱 많이 팔도록 독려 해주어야 할 것이다. 국민들이 안심하는 가운데 정부에서 닭고기를 적극 홍보한다면 그동안 판매되지 못했던 부진을 벗어나 우리나라의 닭고기 판매는 예전의 상태로 돌아갈 것을 확신한다.

올해 7월 29일부터 성인인증담배자판기 설치를 의무화하는 국민건강증진법이 본격 시행되게 됨에 따라 담배자판기 산업이 시장 활성화의 전기를 맞고 있다. 합법적인 설치환경이 본격 마련되는 만큼 시장에 대한 기대도 크고, 관련업체의 시장선점을 위한 경쟁 역시 뜨거워지고 있다. 이러한 가운데 본 협회에서는 성인인증담배자판기 품목에 대한 KOVA품질인증 마크 제도를 본격 도입한다. 이 마크의 도입은 앞으로 활발하게 필드에 설치될 성인인증담배자판기 품목이 확실한 청소년 금연장치를 갖춘 제품이라는 것을 적극 홍보하고, 소비자들이 안심하고 사용할 수 있는 신뢰성 부여를 위해 실시가 되게 된다. 4월말부터 본격 부착되게 되는 성인인증담배자판기 KOVA 품질인증마크 제도에 대해 자세히 알아보는 시간을 마련했다.

In this study, The criteria for assessing the security-related functions and services using spatial information is deduced, and orders of priority a priority for the applicable alternatives of functions/services of intelligent security service application based on spatial information are suggested by calculating relative importance. Also this study suggested connection plan about service implementation of national security services by government ministry & local government. And, the intelligent security app service model which has possible substantiation and commercialization is proposed. This study performed the AHP as the final assessment criterions by 3 item in 1st class and 12 item in 2nd class. And, tried to implementation methods of the intelligent security service application(ex. control of emergency and the crime opportunity, real-time location tracking of protector, the device for missing child & dementia patient, user participation & provision of information).

The purpose of this study is to suggest areas for improvement of KakaoTalk. KakaoTalk is used by everyone in Korea, and even elementary school students have been using it a lot recently. Therefore, to help parents feel safe about their children using KakaoTalk, and to ensure that children are not worried about their parents when using them, I would like to examine each user's experience to pinpoint the problem. As a method of study, a survey and interview was conducted on eight parents and eight children using KakaoTalk. Through this, the parents could not trust KakaoTalk in terms of reliability when they saw their children using KakaoTalk. Based on this research, we hope to improve KakaoTalk through further research so that parents and children can use Kakao Talk safely.

The Korean Society of Pediatric Infectious Diseases (KSPID) has participated in the task force team consisting of government authorities as well as civil medical experts and facilities to block the spread of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome in 2015. KSPID posted the "Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) Pop-up" in the homepage of The Korean Pediatric Society and The Korean Society of Pediatric Infectious Diseases. KSPID also released the "Guidelines for testing for MERS in children and adolescents" and the "Instructions for the Operation of National Safe Hospital" for children and adolescents in a timely manner. Such actions were aimed to prevent unnecessary anxieties, studies and isolation of pediatric patients with respiratory symptoms and signs caused by other common microbial etiologies as being suspected for MERS patients. This strategy relieved the doctors and parents from unnecessary fear and prevented the loss of unnecessary health care costs, and has proven to be a well-judged guideline and management protocol as evaluated after the final end of MERS outbreak. KSPID and its members should support the presence of pediatric infectious disease (PID) specialists in every medium size hospitals in Korea by developing the need for consultation fees for PID consultation in the hospital based practice and promoting the potential for cost savings related to prevention of health care associated infections and optimal prescription of antimicrobial agents. KSPID and its members need to approach and develop a communication plan to political decision makers to demonstrate and convince them of the importance of a PID specialist service.
