The use of rare metals in increasing along with the growth of the Fourth industrials revolution and new energy industries, and the recycling of rare metals becomes more important as the used of rare metals increase. In this paper, the domestic and international quality standards of tin metal, one of the rare metals, and the performance test of recycled tin were investigated. As a results of the performance test, it was analyzed that there is no difference in performance between the natural and recycled tin.

Since March 15, 2022, the korea coast guard has revised the qualification standards for VTSO so that they can take the VTSO recruitment test under the korea coast guard without boarding experience to diversify their recruitment routes. By this study, we looked into VTS working circumstances and reviewed important provisions about enactment and revision of VTS regulations and VTS certificate system so far to compare and analyze pros and cons of each control task performance method by illustrations which are occasions in both home and foreign control operation. And also, I suggest ways to improve VTSO task in future make a VTSO credential demonstration system settle down successfully.

This study is to review the concept of digital twin, analyse digital twin cases and suggest implications. The definition of digital twin is somewhat different depending on purposes but the importance of visualization, monitoring, analysis, prediction and optimization characteristics are accepted. In terms of the concept, digital twin cases are reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, implications from a data point of view for the future development of digital twin in South Korea are suggested.

The purpose of this study was to compare service quality between local and global coffee brand shops and to investigate improvement. Of 350 questionnaires distributed to customers of six brand coffee shops (three local brands, three global brands) located in Daejeon, 330 complete questionnaires (94.3%) were analyzed. The questionnaire included a seven-point multiple-item scale for measuring service quality. The 21 items measuring service quality were grouped into four factors, and the mean scores for the levels of "representativeness", "coffee sensory and beverage features", "employee attitude" and "physical environment" were 5.42, 4.77, 4.74, and 4.13, respectively. The levels of "coffee sensory and beverage features" and "employee attitude" of the high income customers were significantly lower than those of the low income customers. The results showed that the levels of "employee attitude" of local coffee brand shops was significantly higher (p=0.050) than that of global coffee brand shops. Whereas, the levels of "representativeness" of global coffee brand shops was significantly higher (p=0.003) than that of local coffee brand shops. Based on the results, the global coffee brand shops should pay attention to internal marketing and the local coffee brand shops must strive to improve service quality through strategies such as improving brand awareness and developing representative beverages and foods.

Science museums are platforms of PUS (public understanding of science). The purpose of this study was to explore the science communicators' competencies critical in interacting with visitors from the comparison of their training and professional development programs nationally and internationally. The managers running science communicators' programs and communicators themselves from six different national science museums and those from five different international ones participated in the structured survey. The data from surveys were compared among respondents to draw common and specific descriptions for communicators' competencies. In addition, the experienced exemplary science communicator, Ms. Park, participated in this study and the data from her observation field notes, her own developed science communicators' manual, and interviews were used to support the result. The contextual model of learning in science museums (Falk, 2006) was used to illustrate science communicators' expertise. National managers and science communicators showed difference in their perception about science communicators' roles, difficulties, and improvement for their competencies. Internationally, the managers and science communicators showed similar perception about communicators' competencies in terms of the contextual model of learning. It is highly suggested that practice-based science communicators' training and professional development programs must be offered on the basis of interaction between experienced and novice communicators as mentors and mentees systems.

본 연구에서는 KIEC 라이브러리와 UBL 라이브러리 간에 의미를 기반으로 한 상호운용의 결과물과 연계가 되도록 하며 이를 확장하여 EDIFACT문서를 대상으로 XML-EDI 간의 상호운용이 가능하게 한다. 이를 위해서 KEDIFACT 표준전자문서에 대해 구성항목을 분석하고, 사용되고 있는 문서를 중심으로 의미를 기반으로 한 항목정의를 하였다. 관련된 국내 외 표준을 준용하여, 구축한 KEDIFACT 의미사전을 기반으로 기존에 구축되어있는 XML(KIEC, UBL) 의미사전과 의미기반의 비교 분석 작업을 통하여 EDI-XML 라이브러리 간 매핑이 가능하도록 브릿지를 구축하여 상호운용 기반을 마련하였다.

가정용 수도미터의 검침방법은 대부분 검침원에 의한 개별방문을 통하여 이루어지고 있어, 검침에 따른 민원발생과 검침데이타의 정확성 문제 등으로 인하여 효율적 수도검침이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내.외 수도미터 특성분석과 수도미터 원격검침시스템 적용 현황 및 장단점을 비교하여, 오차 특성이 개선된 디지털 수도미터와 최적의 전송 알고리즘을 갖는 통신모듈을 개발하여 유비쿼터스 기반의 수도미터 AMR 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 가속화 되고 있는 기후변화에 따른 여러 영향에 의한 국내 외 수도 이전 사례를 역사를 바탕으로 과거의 기후변화와 현재의 기후변화를 차이점을 중심으로 비교했으며 한반도의 수도이전역사와 기후변화의 관계 그리고 기후변화가 현재수도 서울에 미치는 영향을 조사했으며 서울의 기후변화 전망과 미래에 기후변화에 대비해야할 방안을 연구하였다.
