A main purpose of this research was to analyze environmental factors to influence helicopter accidents contrary to the fact that the almost 80% of helicopter accidents happened due to pilots' human errors. There have been about 14 helicopter accidents in civil aviation sector last decade. It is noteworthy that nine of 14 accidents happened during the external sling load operation. Moreover, there is no law or regulation which could cover the helicopter external sling load operation or human external cargo in Korea. In this paper, it was analyzed the training and education regulations regarding helicopter external sling load operation or human external cargo in regulations of FAA and EASA, Based on analyzing and comparing the FAR part 133 and domestic aviation law (aviation safety act and flight safety regulations), it was found out the implication how to apply helicopter type rating for external sling load operation and human external cargo operation. To sum up, this paper expect central government should cooperate and amend aviation law which apply external sling load operation and external cargo to establish sound safety culture in Korea.

This study raises the need to establish a 'Presidential Digital Archive Platform' that actively shares and opens related information and data by linking and integrating the presidential knowledge infrastructure. The Presidential Digital Archive Platform can promote the quality and value of presidential records as a "Governance Platform" where "Presidential Archives", "Presidential Archives-related Institutions" and "users" can interact through presidential records. And it will provide an opportunity to create a new paradigm. For this purpose, 'Presidential archives portal analysis' and 'Presidential Archives-related Institutions analysis' will be conducted to identify improvements and requirements when establishing the Presidential Digital Archive Platform. In addition to deriving implications through 'Digital Archive Platform case analysis' at home and abroad, measures to strengthen presidential archival reference services were discussed. Finally, based on the results, a step-by-step implementation strategy for platform construction was presented.

COVID-19 has not only affected all sectors of society, economy and politics, but also had a huge impact on industry. The non-face-to-face exchange method was essential to prevent infectious diseases, and the generation who experienced it recognizes the importance of a platform that can be quickly accessed anytime, anywhere, and attention is focused on the Metaverse that can accommodate it well. Each financial industry uses a differentiated metabus platform strategy, focuses on new customer service and revenue generation, and is also used as an internal and external communication channel. This paper analyzes the theoretical background of the financial sector metaverse and domestic and international cases, and studies and describes the direction of using the financial sector metaverse platform to secure MZ generation contact points.

In 2021, the 150th anniversary of Proust's birth, and in 2022, the 100th anniversary of his death, the interest in À la recherche du temps perdu increased. We took advantage of a digital humanities approach to make these seven novels known as difficult easily accessible to French literature major korean students. We let the students analyze using the analyzing tools for the big data and find some clues to understand the works through the visualized data. We picked out the main characters and places that appear in his works with Wordcloud, and checked the awareness of Proust in domestic and foreign through the various sites to analyze the big data, such as Big Kinds and Textom. Through the methodology of digital humanities, the students commented that they have gradually enlarged their understanding breadth for Proust's 『In Search of Lost Time』 rather than giving up it as difficult. This study confirmed that applying the big data analysis and digital humanities is an appropriate teaching method in finding ways for the students to broaden the understanding of French literature.

This study studied the working relationship between national crisis management and national defense elements from a comprehensive security perspective. The elements of national defense are presented in the Integrated Defense Act. Therefore, by presenting the principles, problems, and alternatives of integrated defense, the study was conducted with the aim of protecting the lives and property of the people in the event of a national crisis and strengthen national security. As a theoretical background, an analysis frame was envisioned based on the four stages of crisis management in the 'Comprehensive Crisis Management Model' and the 'Basic Guidelines for National Crisis Management'. Through this, four domestic and foreign case studies were conducted. As a result of the study, it can be confirmed that related laws, organizations, and public awareness must be provided in order for the national defense elements at each stage of national crisis management to work well. For the completeness of national crisis management, it was suggested that the enactment of the Framework Act on National Crisis Management, the establishment of an integrated defense plan, linked training, C4I for communication, strengthening the capabilities of local government heads, and national defense elements of firefighters.

The purpose of this research is to identify critical factors for facilitating school library reading programs and to develop guidelines for school library development. For this. relevant studies including several school library case studies were reviewed and analyzed. Also a survey was conducted for school library personnel. The survey findings showed that there was still lack of consensus on defining school library reading programs or school library use programs. Moreover, it is also found that in most cases school libraries neither have professional school librarians nor provide appropriate training to them. As a result it is recommended that for developing effective reading programs, school libraries need to fix the current problems and try to develop collection development plans for supporting reading programs, in cooperation with classroom teachers to develop library reading programs as a part of the curriculum. and ultimately with local public libraries.

This study is to improve the quality of online reference service which is serviced in the world. For this it suggests the strategic methods for collecting and connecting of internet information resources. It makes information service circumstance for professional librarians to retrieve and service. To achieve the purpose, this study have drawn implications by analysing the theoretical discussions and the cases of online reference resources system. This study suggests some strategies as follows; 1) Collaborative constructing and using of online reference resources, 2) Developing classification scheme and subdividing the subjects of it, 3) Developing the standard format of the data as like metadata, 4) Developing the guidelines to select the proper resources from many internet information resources, 5) Subdividing the 'knowledge DB' by subjects, 6) Connecting as much as possible the DBs as like the National DB and open access resources.

During the global pandemic period, The world has created a new paradigm using digital technology, aligning one direction with the highest value of life and survival. Untact has changed from a convenience value to an essential value with quarantine and sanitation. And the industry process has shifted from face-to-face to non-face-to-face. The platform formed an community in a virtual space, and companies started a new service based on presence. For a sense of reality, information is expressed and stored from 2D centered on images to 3D multifaceted. Companies are marketing using 3D modeling, focusing on augmented reality, virtual world, and mirror world of Metaverses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and examples of 3D modeling in the E-commerce environment of domestic and foreign jewelry brands in this era of change, and present ways to use 3D modeling in jewelry industries.

Geotechnical risk factors encountered in intermediate-depth underground tunnel construction are diverse, and the types and standards of risk factors are different according to the depth and regional geological characteristics of Korea. In order to understand the effects of geological characteristics and geologic structure on safety, which show various porous characteristics of urban underground complex ground, the risk factors of intermediate-depth rock mass in Korea were analyzed based on domestic and foreign cases. As a result of the study, seven categories affecting the stability of the intermediate-depth tunneling, namely, geologic structure, rock characteristics, hydrogeology, overburden, high stress, ground characteristics and artificial structures, and about 22 risk factors were derived. We present the risk criteria and interval values for risk evaluation of faults, folds, dikes, and rocks that have the greatest influence among risk factors. Criteria and interval values for other risk factors are under study.

Recently, construction projects are being gradually changed to large projects with complicated work processes. As a result, claims are increasing as well. Of these, the claims by delayed construction duration are given much weight in the general construction claims. To solve this problem, researches to estimate damages due to delay are carried out in research institutes by analyzing the causes of schedule delay. A system to easily estimate responsible days by analyzing the complicated processes needs for project manager. This study suggests a methodology based on the time impact analysis method, which can utilize the consequential analytical method with the consideration of reduced construction period. The suggested methodology is verified by comparing with actual data of case study by the computerized system for estimating the responsible days.
