최근 지구온난화로 인해 전 세계적으로 기상이변이 발생하여 강우량과 집중호우 발생빈도가 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 동북아시아 지역은 인구밀도가 높아 강우량 및 집중호우 발생빈도 증가에 따른 도시홍수 발생확률이 높으며 홍수피해가 가중될 수 있다. 또한 도심지에 위치한 하천의 외수위 상승 및 배수시설 설계빈도 이상의 강우의 발생빈도가 증가하여, 기존 홍수방어대책으로는 제어하기 어려운 실정이다. "수자원장기종합계획(2011~2020), 2011, 국토해양부"에 따르면 기상청의 한반도 장기 미래 전망을 21세기말(2071년~2100년)에 대해 한국 평년 기온은 $4^{\circ}C$정도 상승하고, 강우량도 증가할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 따라서 도심지에 위치한 하천의 외수위 상승 및 배수실 설계빈도 이상의 강우가 빈번히 발생하여 기존 홍수방어대책으로는 제어하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 연구 대상지역인 서울, 북경, 도쿄 지역의 과거 도시홍수 사례의 비교분석을 통하여 집중호우 빈발, 기존 방재시설물의 기후변화 대응능력 부족, 저지대지역 지형적 영향, 무분별한 도시개발로 인한 도시지역 불투수면적의 증가, 고령화와 재해취약계층 등 여러 가지 도시홍수 재해 영향인자들을 제시하였다. 앞으로 도시홍수 발생의 근본 원인 파악 및 홍수관리 효과를 최대화 시킬 수 있는 대책 설립에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 동북아시아 지역 도시홍수로 인한 인명 재산 피해를 최소화하기 위해 기존 한국, 중국, 일본 삼국의 주요 도시별 홍수에 대한 구조적 비구조적 방어대책을 종합하고 비교분석을 실시하였다. 향후, 국내외 도시홍수 저감대책 수립을 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a thesaurus for women's oral history in modern Korea. Literature review and case studies for four thesauri were performed for this study with which a thesaurus was built based upon the index terms in oral history records. The process of developing the thesaurus consisted of five steps. First, there are 1,784 index terms from the oral history records by 53 modern Korean women were extracted and analyzed. Second, possible terms for the thesaurus were selected through regular meetings with experts in the fields of information organization and women's oral history. Third, relationships between terms were defined by focusing on equivalence, hierarchy, and association. Fourth, after developing a Web-based thesaurus management system, terms and relationships were input to the system. Fifth, terms and relationships were again reviewed by experts from the relevant fields. As a result, the thesaurus comprise of 1,076 terms and those terms were classified to 39 broad subject areas, including proper nouns, such as geographic names, places, person's names, corporate names, and others, and it will be expanded with more oral history records from other people during the same period.

This study proposes a strategy for developing Korean entertainment video service by studying the current status of user's experience of OTT(Over the Top, online video streaming service), mainly Netflix and Watcha Play. Firstly, as case study research, I investigated the features of domestic video streaming services and that of foreign services and K-content service needs. Secondly, I interviewed eight Netflix and Watcha Play users to understand the user experience and the demand for K-content video streaming service. As a result, I was able to derive two points about the strategy. First, isolated channel strategy. Second, content diversification and personalization strategy. This study is meaningful that it presented a strategy for the direction of the Korean entertainment industry. I hope that the follow-up study will help improve the Korean entertainment industry and help develop Korea's entertainment strategy.

In the 2015 revised curriculum, software (SW) education was strengthened to cultivate computational thinking. In the curriculum of practical course at elementary school and of informatics course at secondary school, the characteristics, and content systems of SW education have developed systematically. However, it is necessary to study practical methods and cases for SW education because the curriculums provide only note and direction about teaching & learning, and evaluation methods for SW education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievement standards of the SW curriculum in the tasks of Bebras Challenge 2017 and to suggest various methods of teaching and learning, and of evaluation using the Bebras tasks. The results of this study are expected to propose a basis to develop various teaching and learning and evaluation researches.

Although there are various cultural events and cultural contents produced in the region, there is a lack of distribution and spread of regional information to expand related economic consumption. This study combined local advertising by local advertisers with the knowledge search method in question and answer format from a location-based service perspective for the purpose of spreading and using local cultural information. The approach looked at domestic and international cases of knowledge search based on region and location-based advertising research, presented community model of location inquiry based information service and revenue model of local advertisement. Through this, this study designed a question and answer based community and operational structure model of local advertising, and developed an information service system in the form of prototyping. By extending the distribution of question and answer data among users to location information, it is meaningful that a business service model was presented that combines local cultural content information and the demand for user access with the revenue model of local advertising.

As the number of cyber threats to control systems increases, the need for control system cyber security is also increasing. Currently, various cyber security related education and control system education are being conducted. However, it does not fully reflect the characteristics of the control system and the characteristics of the participants. In this paper, we propose a training system and technique to enhance the control system cyber security capability. To this end, we analyze the limitations of existing security education. Based on the results, we develop a control system training environment model based on the IEC62443 Standard and develop an ARCH based training method.

The development of information and communication technology(ICT) has made our lives more convenient and has caused many changes in various areas of our lives.. In particular, ICT enables information and physical accessibility of people with disabilities and eliminates the inconvenience of entry into the labor market, and ICT-based teleworking has improved employ-ability for people with disabilities by facilitating physical accessibility away from traditional work environments and job assignments. This paper presents some domestic and foreign cases of teleworking for the people with disabilities. Also it states several suggestions, as developing jobs in ICT field, educating and training of its field, and making related documents and supporting systems for activating ICT-based work environment and job placement.

The purpose of this study is to suggest guideline for better user experience of unmanned store focusing on the Seven Eleven signature. The case study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of unmanned stores in the US and China, and to conduct comparative studies with the Seven Eleven Signature Store. As a result, I was able to derive 7 items, Easy, Simplified, Accessible, Findable, Informative, Flexible, Credible that help to improve the shopping experience. We hope that the follow up study will help to improve the unmanned store in Korea and improve the experience.

An ontology is a complex structure dictionary that defines the relationship between terms and terms related to specific knowledge in a particular field. There have been attempts to construct various ontologies in Korea and abroad, but there has not been a case in which a large scale crime investigation record is constructed as an ontology and a service is implemented through the ontology. Therefore, this paper describes the process of constructing an ontology based on information extracted from instrusion theft field of unstructured data, a crime investigation document, and implementing an ontology-based search service and a crime spot recommendation service. In order to understand the performance of the search service, we have tested Top-K accuracy measurement, which is one of the accuracy measurement methods for event search, and obtained a maximum accuracy of 93.52% for the experimental data set. In addition, we have obtained a suitable clue field combination for the entire experimental data set, and we can calibrate the field location information in the database with the performance of F1-measure 76.19% Respectively.

Streaming potential (SP) arises from fluid flow through effectively connected pores. From this potential, formation water information as well as fluid flow properties can be estimated. As micro particles being located in boundary between subsurface porous media and fluid are charged to form electrical double layer, fluid flow caused by several reasons generates SP, one of electrokinetic phenomena. Occurrence mechanism of SP is complex and signal strength is relatively weak compared to noise. However, application of self potential survey using SP to monitoring of formation fluid is expanding because of its' convenience of exploration without artificial source and repetitiveness of signal. This paper accounts for the occurrence mechanism of SP studied before, including governing equations and analyzes previous various case studies of SP according to the change of physical properties of materials. It helps to increase understanding about SP and also lays the foundations of the application of SP to fields.
