The Information of Technology Trend is one of the critical factors for research activities. In addition, this information tremendously affects the decision-making process of Science and Technology Policy. However, metadata of this information has not gain much attention so far. This research suggests metadata element and encoding scheme that is based on NewsML and using metadata of domestic Information of Technology Trend service system. The result of this research provides the basic resources for developing standard metadata of Information of Technology Trend which is suitable for domestic information technology situation.

최근 핸드폰 및 정보통신기기가 급속도로 발전함에 따라 그 핵심 부품이라 할 수 있는 비메모리 반도체의 발전이 최대 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 비메모리 반도체를 대표하는 SoC의 발전은 한 국가의 정보통신 발전 및 국가 경제에 지대한 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 삼성전자로 대표되는 메모리 위주의 우리나라 반도체 산업도 지난 몇 년간 SoC를 개발하는 국내 팹리스 업체들에 의해 많이 발전하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 세계적으로 블루오션 시장으로 각광 받고 있는 SoC의 필수 요소인 IP 시장의 경우, 현재 국내에서는 불모지나 다름 없다. 이에, 본 고에서는 세계 IP 시장의 현 상황을 분석해 보고 국내 팹리스 업체의 SoC 개발 현황과 IP의 활용도를 알아보도록 한다. 또한, 국내 IP 시장의 활성화를 위한 정부 지원 프로그램을 알아보고, 개발 및 시장 활성화를 위한 방안을 찾아보고자 한다.

국내의 화약사에 관한 연구는 확립되지 않은 상태이며 언제부터 화약이 사용되었는지는 불확실하다. 그러나 현대산업사회가 본격화 되면서 화약류 사용은 급격히 증가되기 시작하였다고 볼 수 있다. 화약류는 세계적으로 개발에 대부분 광업 분야에 주로 이용되었으나, 국내 건설산업이 크게 발달하면서부터 광업 분야보다 건설 분야에 많이 이용되어지고 있다 건설 분야 중에서도 토목, 시멘트, 골재생산에 다량의 폭약사용이 증가되어 왔다고 생각되어지나 건설분야의 자료들이나 화약류 생산에 대한 1990년 이전 자료들이 거의 없어 건설, 광업 및 화약류 생산의 상관관계의 추이를 연구하는 것이 거의 불가능하다. 따라서 최근 10년간 자료를 통해 분석한 결과, 폭약량의 사용은 국내 타경제의 경기변화에 영향을 받지 않고 꾸준히 생산량이 증가였고 특히 1997년 IMF 외환위기 이듬해에 국내경기가 급격히 침체 하였음에도 화약류의 생산을 전반적으로 증가함을 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of 114 papers about mathematical creativity published in domestic journals from 1997 to 2011 with regard to the years, objects, subjects, and methods of such research. The research of mathematical creativity education has been studied since 2000. The frequent objects in the research were non-human, middle and high school students, elementary students, gifted students, teachers (in-service and pre-service), and kindergarteners in order. The research on the teaching methods of mathematical creativity, the general study of mathematical creativity, or the measurement and the evaluation of mathematical creativity was active, whereas that of dealing with curricula and textbooks was rare. The qualitative research method was more frequently used than the quantitative research one. The mixed research method was hardly used. On the basis of these results, this paper shows how mathematical creativity was studied until now and gives some implications for the future research direction in mathematical creativity.

As a type of humanities discipline, information user studies tend to have influence and applicability on the related research fields. However, research trends and status of the user studies in Korea have not been extensively explored and thus resulted in limited sharing of the research outcomes. In this research, all papers related to the information user studies were selected from 5,392 articles reported in the five Korean Library and Information Science Journals. The chosen papers were classified according to the subject categories then qualitatively analyzed in terms of research productivity and trends. Library was the main theme of the information user studies. A number of suggestions were generated to apply the information user studies outcomes in solving academic as well as wider societal problems.

본회 전자회로부품산업팀에서는 전자부품연구원과 국내 전자부품산업의 살아있는 현장실태를 조사하여 급변하는 환경속에서 국내기업이 기술개발 전략수립 및 투자전략 수립에 활용할 수 있도록 정보를 제공코저, 지난 6월 28일 한국과학기술회관에서 전자산업동향예보제 세미나를 개최하였다. 이에 본고에서는 국내유망 전자부품 현황 및 전망을 다루어 보고자한다.
