식품 등(식품$\cdot$첨가물$\cdot$기구$\cdot$용기 및 포장)을 수입코자 할 때에는 영업소를 관할하는 시군$\cdot$구청 위생과에 식품판매업신고를 필하고 수입할 때마다 수입항을 관할하는 검역소에 수입신고를 하여 검사를 받아야 한다. 판매를 목적으로 수입하는 식품등은 보건사회부장관이 정하여 고시하거나 인정한 규격 및 기준에 적합해야 하며, 수입한 식품 등에도 식품위생법에서 정한 표시기준에 의한 표시를 한글로 해야 한다. 이상의 제반요건을 갖추지 못한 식품등은 판매나 영업을 목적으로 수입할 수 없다.

강남구(구청장 맹정주)는 지난 8월 16일, 서울시 자치구 중 최초로 기후변화에 적극 대응하는 종합대책을 마련하고 시행에 들어간다고 밝혔다. 구는 2010년까지 지난해 대비 에너지 사용량 10%를 감축목표로 하는데 이는 온실가스 29만톤에 해당하는 수치다. 강남구는 이를 위해 에너지절약과 함께 'ESCO사업'을 확대.추진할 계획이다. 강남구 지역경제과 에너지팀 송필석 팀장을 만나 강남구의 '기후변화대응 종합대책'에 대해 들어봤다.

송도 신도시는 도시 전체를 '친환경 개발'로 기획함에 따라 쾌적한 주거환경 조성 및 편의성 제공을 위해 쓰레기관로수송 설비가 도입되었다. 쓰레기관로수송 설비는 투입구에 버려진 쓰레기를 중앙 집중제어 시스템에 의해, 아파트 입상 지하횡주관을 통해 중앙집하장으로 운반, 컨테이너에 자동적재 후 최종처리 됨으로써 위생적이고 쾌적한 주거환경을 구현하는 친환경적 설비 시스템이다. 쓰레기관로수송 설비는 과천시와 광명시도 의무화하여 시행중에 있으며, 송도 신도시 등의 성공적인 시공에 힘입어 인천광역시, 대구광역시, 파주시 등의 지방자치단체 및 구청에서도 폐기물 수집 운반 처리 방법의 개선을 위해 설치 의무화에 관한 행정 조례를 제정 추진 중에 있다.

2002년 11월 27일 한국건축ㆍ도시법제학회에서는 현안의 문제가 되는 건축사 특별 검사원 제도에 대한 전문가 토론회를 개최하였다. 이 제도가 처음 제정될 당시 서울시 실무 담당자였던 정연진 과장(현 강남구청 과장)이 발제 하였으며 공무원, 건축사, 특별검사원, 교수 그리고 한국건축ㆍ도시법제학회 임원들이 참석하여 여러 의견을 제시하는 자리를 마련하였다. 사안의 중요성에 비추어 이를 긴급 점검하고 진단하는 일이 필요하다는 인식을 가지게 되었고, 여러 건축사가 관심을 가지고 제도 개선을 해야 한다고 생각한다.

노원구청은 급변하는 사회여건 변화에 부흥할 수 있는 가변성, 융통성 있는 공간구성과 경제성 및 관리측면과 기능의 합리성 및 환경과의 조화와 예술성을 갖춘 건물을 건립하고자 현상 설계 경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로는 '이리 건축사사무소 + 나우건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 명진터 + (주)종합건축사사무소 온고당'의 안을, 가작으로는 '(주)종합건축사사무소 삼부'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

서울시 서초구청에서는 '반포 종합사회복지관'건립 현상설계경기를 실시하여 대도건축(윤태수)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 5월 8일 발표했다. 이번 설계경기는 고속터미널이 소재하여 유동인구가 많고 ATP가 밀집되어 있는 반포지역의 지역적 특수성을 감안하여 주민복지 욕구에 부응하는 건강하고 문화적인 지역주민 생활을 보장하는 지역사회 복지 서비스를 제공하기 위해 실시됐다. 총 6개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작으로는 하규ㆍ다남건축(안병일)안이 선정됐다.

건강을 위한 규칙적인 운동의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데, 서대문구청이 구민의 체력을 측정해 주고 이에 따른 운동처방까지 내려주어 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 한국체육과학연구원의 협조를 얻어, 구민들의 체력을 측정한후 적절한 운동처방을 내려줌으로써 구민들에게 건강과 운동의 중요성을 깨닫도록 한 이 프로그램은 그동안 생활체육의 혜택을 받지 못했던 일반주민들에게 체육을 생활화할 수 있는 좋은계기를 마련해 주었다. 앞으로 지속적으로 이 프로그램을 실시할 계획이라고 말하는 서대문구청 뿐만 아니라, 다른 지역 구청에서도 구민을 위한 이러한 계획이 세워지길 바라면서 이번 호에 서대문구청 "체력측정 및 운동처방" 프로그램을 소개한다.

This study explored effect of shotsize and concern on the elector's attitude. For this study, 2 different styles of TV address moving pictures were produced on the basis of TV address text of district leader candidate. They were exposed to two different groups composed of university students, and the degree of favor, confidence and support was measured and analysed. The result of this study showed that the group exposed to bust shot was more favorable and supportive than the group exposed to waist shot. However, interaction effect between shot size and concern was not found. The meaning of this study can be found in the fact that effect of shot size as an element of non-verbal communication on the politician's image was proved through experiment.

This study explored election promises on library fields by the candidates for the mayor, the educational superintendent and the chiefs of districts of Daegu Metropolitan City and implementation of their election promises by the elected heads of Daegu Metropolitan City in the 5th local election of Korea. To do this, election promises of 36 candidates were analyzed by investigating the official gazettes for elections deposited in National Election Commission of Korea. Also, the implementation of their promises of 11 elected heads was analyzed by searching through the official websites, news databases and internet. As a result, election promises and implementation by the candidates for the mayor and the educational superintendent were mostly insufficient both in quality and in quantity. 54% of all candidates for the chiefs of districts presented election promises that were mostly related with construction of public libraries and installation of small libraries. Some elected chiefs actively implemented their promises, while the other elected chiefs did not fulfill their promises.

In case replacement in existing halogen luminaires to LED luminaires, to energy savings of about 80% appear around. Get the advantages of the various functional properties a device chip of the LED itself, Forward will be referred to as easy to replace the halogen luminaires and LED luminaires.
