접이식 팽창형 안테나 고찰

  • 영상레이더 (SAR: Synthetic Aperture Radar) 혹은 통신 안테나/탑재체를 장착한 위성은 원하는 주파수 대역의 운용을 위해 대형 안테나 구조물 장착이 필수적이다. 이러한 대형 구조물은 일체형으로 제작되어 위성체에 접속되었을 때, 요구 무게 및 점유하는 부피가 매우 큰 특징을 지닌다. 따라서, 대형 안테나 구조물의 중량으로 인해 발사비 증가가 불가피하며, 페어링 내부의 허용된 공간에 안테나 크기는 큰 제약적 요인이 된다. 그리고, 전개식이어도, 전개후 질량 관성이 큰 구조물이 된다. 위성체의 발사 비용과 직결되는 안테나의 경량화를 위한 많은 기술이 연구되고 있다. 특히, 접이식 팽창형 안테나는 반사체의 유연한 메쉬 구조 및 경량 지지구조물로 안테나의 무게를 줄이고 수납 효율을 향상시킨다. 또한, 전개 후 안테나의 목적한 기능을 충분히 보장함과 동시에 질량 관성이 작은 구조물에 의한 위성의 기동성을 극대화할 수 있다. 국내에서도 전천후 지상관측감시 및 통신 안테나의 필요성 증대에 따라 초경량 전개형 안테나 개발의 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있으나, 현재까지는 관련 기술개발 사례가 전무한 실정으로 국내 독자적 기술 확보가 시급한 실정이다.

An experimental study on the operation mode of rapid flooding protection system in tunnel (축소모형실험을 통한 터널 내 급속침수 차폐자동화 시스템 작동형태에 대한 연구)

  • This study focuses on the verification of a rapid protection automation system using an inflatable structure. The inflatable structure is an automatic rapid protection system against human and material damage when the subsea tunnel is flooded. Especially, it is essential for construction and operation of subsea tunnels. In this study, we have experimentally verified the rapid protection automation system using the inflatable structure designed for this problem. In order to verify this, a model tunnel with a 40: 1 reduction ratio was constructed, and air pressure of 0.1 bar and 0.15 bar was injected to divide the tunnel according to the expansion rate at 10 sec and 20 sec. According to the results of the study, the protection efficiency was better at 0.15 bar than 0.1 bar when the expansion structure was expanded, and the protection efficiency and influent control efficiency were different according to the pneumatic injection time of the inflating structure. As a result of this study, it was found that the higher the internal air pressure of the inflated structure and the faster the inflation of rate, the more effectively the inflated structure was inflated. As a result of this study, it is necessary to further study the wedge type structure which is useful for the storage method of expansion structure, shape and expansion derivative, inhibition of expansion structure during protection and control of inflow water.

  • The phase behavior and dynamics of colloid suspensions and the resulting structures and properties of powder compacts were examined by a computer experimental method for cooperative packing processes. A wide range of properties and process conditions such as arbitrary particle size, medium densities, field strength, and temperature could be examined using the Peclet number (Pe). We demonstrated that an optimum range of Peclet number for the ordering of sediments was present and that the phenomena related to the ordering such as the onset of crystallization, the phase behavior, etc. strongly depend on process conditions. The present work appears to be useful to design the processing method of ceramic spherical submicron powders for the preparation of high-density green compacts.

  • Image processing by ultra high voltage electron microscopy (UHVEM) and tomography has offered major contributions to research in the field of cellular ultrastructure. Furthermore, such advancements also have enabled the improved analysis of three-dimensional cellular structures in botany. In the present study. using UHVEM and tomography, we attempted to reconstruct the three-dimensional images of plastid inclusions that probably differentiate during photosynthesis. The foliar tissues were studied Primarily with the TEM and further examined with UHVEM. The spatial relationship between tubular elements and the thylakoidal membrane and/or starch grains within plastids mainly have been investigated in CAM-performing Sedum as well as in $C_4$ Salsola species. The inclusion bodies were found to occur only in early development in the former, while they were found only in mesophyll cells in the latter. The specimens were tilted every two degrees to obtain two-dimensional images with UHVEM and subsequently comparison has been made between the two types. Digital image processing was performed on the elements of the inclusion body using tilting, tomography, and IMOD program to generate and reconstruct three-dimensional images on the cellular level. In Sedum plastids, the inclusion bodies consisted of tubular elements exhibiting about 20 nm distance between elements. However, in Salsola, plastid inclusion bodies demonstrated quite different element structure, displaying pattern, and origin relative to those of the Sedum. The inclusion bodies had an integrative relationship with the starch grains in both species.

Compression Behavior of Steel Plate-Concrete Structures with the Width-to-Thickness Ratio (폭두께비에 따른 강판콘크리트구조의 압축거동)

  • This study was conducted to understand the characteristics of the compression behavior of steel plate-concrete(SC) structures with a width-to-thickness ratio under axial loading. SC structures are structural systems where concrete is poured into steel plates to which headed stud bolts had been attached inside. The specimens were classified according to the two width-to-thickness (W/T) ratios of 1.60 and 3.56. Through these experiments, the following conclusions could be arrived at. The fracture pattern of the specimens showed that steel plate buckling occurred between the stud lines, and that a crack occurred at the concrete spalling from the sides of the concrete before the system reached the maximum compressive strength. The maximum compressive strength of the specimens was larger than that of the existing equations (AISC 2005, ACI 318-05, and KBC 2005). With the increased W/T ratio of the specimens, the strength of the concrete core was decreased to account for the confinement effects from the steel plates.

  • In the present work, structural analyses for light weight corrugate 3 layered sandwich panels are carried out. The mechanical properties of the sandwich panels are obtained using the modified analytical closed form based on a corrugated panel deformation and the homogenization scheme of an uniaxial composite. Subsequently, the mechanical properties estimated by the two aforementioned methods were employed for the numerical analyses for the corrugated sandwich panels under the specifically loading conditions, and a comparison between two methods was also made.

  • ABO2 형태를 가진 delafossite 구조 산화물은 p-type 투명전도체 소재로 유명하다. Delafossite 구조가 p-type 투명전도체에 적합한 결정적인 이유는 밴드갭이 넓고 공유결합에 유리하기 때문이다. 투명전도체는 가시광선의 흡수가 없도록 band gap을 넓히는 것이 우선인데 이러한 band gap이 넓은 구조가 delafossite이다. 또한 delafossite 구조는 구조적으로 각각의 산화물 이온들이 유사 사면체 배위(pseudo-tetrahedral coordination)을 갖는다. 이러한 사면체 배위결합구조에서 산소이온은 비결합면이 없기 때문에 더욱더 공유결합성을 향상시킬 것으로 생각된다. 여기서 A는 +1가 cation, B은 +3가 cation으로 구성되어 있다. A자리에는 1가 원소인 팔라듐, 플래티늄, 은, 구리 등을 가질 수 있고. B자리에 3가 원소이면서도 크기가 알루미늄보다는 크고 란타늄보다는 작은 금속이 들어갈 수 있다. Delafossite 구조는 상온에서 2종류의 polytype (상온에서 Rhombohedaral 구조와 hexagonal 구조)이 존재하며 이들은 각각 3R(Rm) 및2H (P63/mmc)의 결정 구조를 가지고 있다. CuCrO2는 일반적으로 3R결정구조를 가지는 것으로 알려져 있다. delafossite 구조는 전기적 이방성을 띄고 있는데 c-축 방향으로의 전기적 특성이 a-축 방향으로의 전기적 특성보다 약 1000배 높은 물성을 띈다고 한다. 이는 c-축 방향의 원자 위치 때문인데 CuCrO2의 경우 Cu-O-Cr-O-Cu로서 3d-2p-3d-2p-3d 궤도를 가지기 때문인 것으로 알려져 있다.[ref] 반면 c-축으로 에피성장된 박막의 경우 +3가 이온이 위치한 layer에서 hole hopping에 의해 캐리어가 전도된다고 알려져 있기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 PLD를 이용하여 c-plane 사파이어 기판위에 성장된 delafossite구조인 CuCrO2박막의 특성을 알아보았다. p-type 특성을 위하여 CuCrO2에 Ni를 첨가하였으며 그에 따른 구조적 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 성장온도와 도핑농도를 변화시켜 특성을 연구하였다. 결정구조적 특성과 전기적 특성을 분석하려 한다.

  • 최근 부각되고 있는 이동체 위치 중심의 서비스는 이동체 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 이동체 데이터베이스를 요구하고 있으며, 이러한 이동체 데이터베이스에서는 데이터의 효율적인 저장. 관리, 질의, 표현, 가공을 위하여 이동체 질의어가 지원되어야 한다. 이동체 질의어는 LBS 뿐만 아니라 Telematics. ITS, 물류 관련 이동체 관리 시스템 등과 같이 특화된 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 질의구문을 포함하고 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 이동체 관련 서비스에서 요구하는 구문을 지원 할 수 있는 이동체 질의어를 정의하고, SQL2의 문법을 확장하여 이동체 질의 구문의 구조를 설계한다. 이동체 질의어는 사용자가 이동체 데이터베이스의 복잡한 스키마 구조를 이해하지 않더라도 원하는 데이터를 검색하기 위한 질의문을 쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 해준다.

Estimation of Tensile Strain Effect Factor of Layer Interface Considering Lateral Loads of Moving Vehicle (주행차량의 수평하중을 고려한 층 경계면의 인장변형률 영향계수 개발)

  • Structural pavement analysis considering lateral loads of moving vehicle was carried out in order to simulate passing vehicle loads under various interface conditions. To verify of existing multi-layer elastic analysis of layer interface effect parameters, this study compared outputs by using ABAQUS, a three dimensional finite element program and KENLAYER, multi-layer elastic analysis as vertical load was applied to the surface of asphalt pavements. Pavement performance depending on interface conditions was quantitatively evaluated and fundamental study of layer interface effect parameters was performed in this study. As results of the study, if only vertical loads of moving vehicle is applied, subdivision of either fully bonded or fully unbonded is enough to indicate interface effect parameters. On the other hand, when lateral loads are applied with vertical loads, pavement behavior and performance are greatly changed with respect to layer interface conditions. The thinner thickness of the asphalt layer is and the smaller elastic moduli of the asphalt layer is, the more pavement behavior is influenced by interface conditions. In addition, regression analysis equation analytically computing tensile strain which was considered thicknesses and elastic moduli of the asphalt layer and layer interface effect parameters at the bottom of the asphalt layer was presented using database from numerical analyses on national pavement model sections.

A Hangul Element Separation for the Hand-written Character Recognition (필기체 인식을 위한 한글 자소분리)

  • 본 연구는 필기체 한글 문자를 인식하기 위하여 한글 문자구조를 6개 기본구조로 분류한다. 각각의 한글 자음과 모음을 7-세크먼트, '/'(Left-Incline), '$\backslash$'(Right-Incline), '-'(Left-Right), '$\mid$'(UP-Down), 'c'(Circle), 'ㄱ'(Right-down), 'ㄴ'(Down-Right) 분리한다. 분리된 7-세크먼트에 대해 한글이 쓰여지는 위치에 따라 8개의 기본구조로 정의하여 세크먼트를 분리하여 레벨화한다. 따라서 본 연구는 문자를 자소(자음과모음)로 하여 7-세크먼트로 분리하는 필기체 자소분리 구조를 제시한다.
