The cable stayed roof structure of Jeju worldcup stadium is erected with correct prestressed force that is required by the structural engineer who designs this structure. This study evaluated and adapted the erection process of cable, the erection force and the measurement of cable force for Jeju worldcup stadium. The process of erection is required not only to calculate election force but also to check structural stability, post process, construction period and using cranes. Considering the site conditions and technical problems, this study can attain successfully the erection of cable stayed roof structure of Jeju worldcup stadium with allowable errors.

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between teacher enthusiasm, support for teacher autonomy, support for relationship with peers, and grit for preliminary high school students. This will be able to provide useful information for effective instruction and search for various teaching-learning methods in the physical education field. It was selected based on convenience sampling and judgmental sampling, focusing on those who participate in physical education classes for middle school students. Of the 200 respondents to the questionnaire, the study was conducted through 182 copies, excluding 18 questionnaires that were judged to be unreliable or responded collectively. When looking at the effects of physical education teachers' passion on autonomy support and relationship support, the hypothesis was adopted as it was found to have a statistically significant effect. Relationship support appeared to have a statistically significant effect on grit, so the hypothesis was adopted. However, support for autonomy was rejected as it did not appear to have a statistically significant effect on grit.

The purpose of this study is to provide meaningful implications for the establishment and implementation of social welfare policies for one-person households and to investigate the structural relationship between social participation and social support of one-person householders on their quality of life. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive correlation between the three variables. The direct and indirect effects of social participation on the quality of life were significant, and the social support partially mediated the relationship between social participation and quality of life. Therefore, it will be necessary to establish a welfare policy system that can promote social support by improving the quality of life of one-person households by providing concrete and diverse ways to activate social participation. Subsequent researches should be dealt with a more in - depth qualitative research on the concrete realization of this.

This research was conducted to investigate the structural relationship social support of college students has with their occupational values, career decision, and quality of life. Subjects of study were art and design college students in Seoul. Social support, occupational values, career decision, and quality of life were measured as criteria. SPSS and AMOS were used to test structural model and the relationship among variables. Results of this study are as follows. First, effects of social support on internal and external occupational values were studied. Second, effects of social support on quality of life-satisfaction and happiness-were studied. Third, effects of occupational values on career decision standards were studied. External occupational values had a statistically significant correlation with career decision, while internal occupational values were found to have no statistically significant effect on career decision. Based on the results, it can be inferred that colleges which need to support the careers and employment of students must support students with informational and instrumental support. Design students must be provided with proper career coaching and environment improvement, as well as development of programs suitable for various talents and aptitudes, so that they can shape appropriate occupational values.

이 글에서는 나노스케일의 직경을 갖는 섬유를 빠른 생산속도로 제작할 수 있는 전기방사공정(electrospinning process)에 대한 개요와 조직공학용 지지체(tissue engineering scaffold)로의 응용을 위한 제조방법에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 세포의 증식, 분화 등의 생물학적 활동에 기반한 조직공학 및 조직재생 분야에서는 일시적 또는 영구적으로 세포가 부착하여 생장할 수 있는 지지체(scaffold)의 활용이 필수적이다. 세포가 이상적으로 성장할 수 있는 지지체를 제작하기 위해서는 세포의 부착 특성, 화학적/물리적/구조적 성장 환경 등이 고려되어야 한다. 따라서 이상적인 세포 성장 환경을 구현하기 위해 실제 세포 주변의 미세환경(microenvironmenr)조건을 모사하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 세포외기질(extracellular matrix)이라고 하는 나노크기의 직경을 갖는 섬유기반의 세포 주변 환경을 모사하는 방법의 하나로 전기방사 공정이 '90년대에 들어 활용되기 시작하였다. 현재까지도 전기방사를 이용하여 제작되는 나노섬유는 공정조건 및 재료를 다양하게 응용하여 조직의 물리 화학적 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있는 장점이 있어 조직공학용 지지체로서 광범위하게 활용되고 있다.

Due to the increasing concerns with the North Korean defectors, the researches have been increased. When it is compared with other areas, the researches about the North Korean defectors are rare. The sample size of this study is 164, which makes it possible to do statistical inferences. As statistical methods, t-test, ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regressions are used. This study examines the effect of the adjustment stress and the social support on the depressive symptoms. Demographic factors such as gender, age and education are controlled. The context factors-the period of the stay in the third place, the period of residence and the existence of the education in Korea- are used as control variables. The research results show that the level of social participation of the women is higher than that of men. Also, there are differences of the functional social support by the age group. The research result indicates the education of South Korea is an important factor to reduce the depressive symptoms. The research result also shows that the jobless is an important stressor. Among structural social support, the member of religious or social group is an important factor for reducing depressive symptoms. Among functional social support, the emotional social support is an important factor of adaptation, but the effect of instrumental social support is the opposite. Therefore, the adequacy of social support in a specific situation must be considered.

10-3 Pa 이하의 고진공 환경과 $180^{\circ}C$ 이하의 극저온 환경에서 대형정지궤도위성의 고온 열평형 환경구현을 위한 열제어패널이 설계되었다. 열제어패널은 가로 2.2 m, 세로 2.6 m, 두께 2 mm의 구리판에 구리 튜브가 브레이징되어 있는 형태로 설계되었으며, 지상에서 6 m 이상의 높이에 설치되고 위성의 위치에 따라 이동이 가능해야 하기 때문에, 별도의 지지 구조물이 함께 설계되었다. 따라서, 열제어패널 설치 및 고정을 위한 지지구조물의 경우 160 kg의 무게를 견뎌내야 하며 이동 및 설치에 있어 구조적인 안전성이 확보 되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상용유한요소해석 프로그램을 사용하여 열평형시험 시 위성체 상단부의 고온 환경모사를 위한 열제어패널 지지구조물에 대한 구조 안전성을 확인 하였다.

Recently, as the number of patients with dementia using nursing homes increases, the interest about the quality of care services is increasing. Job satisfaction of caregivers is very important factor in the quality of care service. In addition, as perception of human rights is heightened, human rights behavior in nursing homes is also recognized as an important factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between job satisfaction and human rights behavior, job stress, and social support of dementia workers who have significant influence on quality of care service. For this purpose, 210 questionnaires were collected from 300 dementia workers working in the elderly nursing home, day night care center, and domiciliary visit care center in Gyeonggi province. After excluding 13 questionnaires, the questionnaires were analysed by AMOS and SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis are following. It was found that job stress significantly affects the social support directly (-.276). Also, social support significantly affects job satisfaction (.315). On the other hand, human rights advocacy has a direct effect on job satisfaction (.175) and an indirect effect (.102), showed a total effect of (.277). This shows that social support partially mediates human rights advocacy and job satisfaction. Job stress had a direct effect on job satisfaction(-.217) and an indirect effect(-.095), indicating a total effect of (-.312), and social support partially mediated job stress and job satisfaction Could know. The results of this study suggest that in order to improve the job satisfaction of the dementia workers, it is necessary to increase the human rights advocacy behavior and reduce the job stress in an environment that recognizes the social support.
