The Determinants of Households' DTV Purchase Probability and Time (DTV의 구매의향과 구매시기 결정요인 분석)

  • This paper tries to find out how a household's purchase probability and purchase time changes as time passes. Previous studies show that a highly educated family with high income, which is usually an early adopter in a new product adoption, tends to be an early adopter of DTV. On the contrary, in the dynamic sense of diffusion, this study shows that an average household's purchase probability would become higher and its purchase time would come sooner than later, as price falls sharply. As time passes, it turns out that DTV is becoming a necessary good rather than a luxury good. Thus, in the future, either a household's popuation characteristics or information on new product are not expected to affect the probability of a household's purchasing DTV.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine differences in college students' spatial behavior and time for purchasing (weekdays or weekends) according to trading areas they use to purchase casual wears and formal wears. An empirical research developed a questionnaire as a measuring tool to conduct a main survey. McNemar test were carried out by using the SPSS to test statistical differences in spatial buying behaviors between weekdays and weekends. ArcGIS 9.1 and ArcView GIS 3.2a program were applied to visualize the results adopting a spider display technique to understand students clothing buying behaviors. This study obtained the result of that there were differences in college students' selecting a trading area according to the time for purchasing(weekdays or weekends) clothing wears. This study implies that understanding individual clothing spatial behaviors help to set up the strategy of trade area as well as store for marketers related to the fashion industry.

  • 본 연구에서는 명절이 소비자들의 제품 교체주기에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하기 위해 중국 온라인 휴대폰 판매 데이터를 바탕으로 명절 시기별 구매간격 차이검증을 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 명절시점과 평상시점 간에 제품 구매간격의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 명절시점이 평상시점보다 제품 교체주기가 짧은 것으로 나타나 명절효과가 있음을 증명하였다. 한편, 춘절, 노동절, 국경절 등 명절유형 간 제품 구매간격의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이는 기업이 명절시점을 활용하여 교체 가능성이 높은 소비자를 선별적으로 공략한다면 더 높은 성과를 얻을 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 볼 때 기업으로 하여금 교체확률이 높은 시기에 마케팅을 집중할 수 있도록 할 수 있을 것이며, 학술적으로는 제품 구매 간격에 영향을 미치는 구매시점 효과 중 명절효과를 온라인상의 고관여 제품에 적용하여 탐구했다는 공헌점이 있다.

  • 주5일 근무제는 높아지는 생산력과 원활한 재생산을 담보하는 중요한 기제로 작용하여, 한 나라의 경제발전단계가 양적 성장단계에서 질적 성숙단계로 전환하는 시기에 도입이 요구되는 중요한 제도적 과제이다. 이에 본 연구는 주5일 근무제 도입에 따라 직장인의 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 유형을 분류하고, 유형별 특성과 인구통계적 특성의 관계를 밝혀 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 유형간의 관련성을 규명하여 본 연구를 바탕으로 주5일 근무제 도입에 대한 마케팅의 기초분석자료로써 달라진 고객의 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 변화를 인식하여 합리적인 마케팅 전략 수립에 도움을 주고, 의류업계의 나아갈 방향을 모색해 보려고 한다.

A Comparative Study Between Korea And Japan on Low-Carborn Vehicles Selection attributes and purchase Dates According to Consumer Characteristics (소비자 특성에 따른 저탄소자동차선택속성요인과 구매 시기에 관한 한·일 비교연구)

  • This study is an online survey for consumers in the metropolitan areas of Japan and Korea, which are advanced countries in Asia, and the maturity of the automobile market. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of Korea and Japan. As a result of this study, we analyzed the differences between the consumer characteristics and the optional attribute factors of low-carbon automobiles of Korea. There was a difference. It was found that the factors of low carbon car selection attribute differed with age, and that stability was more important when selecting low carbon car as income level increased. In Japan, there were no differences in the selection attribute factors of low carbon cars by gender, age and income. In addition, there is no difference in the relationship between the future purchase timings of low-carbon car types in both Korea and Japan. Implications of this study Korea has a meaningful result that Korea tends to select low-carbon automobiles with an emphasis on economic aspects and ages, and that safety tends to emphasize safety of low-carbon automobiles according to income levels. In the case of low carbon car, there was a tendency to select a low carbon car without any difference in consumer characteristics. The relationship between the expected purchase time according to the type of low carbon car and the Korean car show that the preferred car within the next 10 years among the low carbon car types is electric car and Japan prefers hybrid car.

  • 앞으로의 국제사료곡물 시세 및 국내 주요 단미사료 시세에 큰 변동은 없을 것 같다. 만약 곡물 시세를 변동시킬 만한 요인이 있다면 현재 강세를 보이고 있는 강류사료 가격의 여하와 소련의 구매량과 구매시기, 미국의 주산지 기상조건 및 그 외 곡물 수출국가의 수출여력과 수요국가의 수요도 여하에 따라 결정지어 질 것으로 전망된다. 그리고 관세제도의 변경실시로 옥수수, 수수, 타피오카 이외의 품목은 관세가 부과되므로 특히 고열량사료인 우지 등의 수입이 어렵게 되었다. 또 배합사료 가격안정기금 확보를 위한 수입사료 부담금적립 등의 문제가 있겠으나 전반적으로 밝은 전망이다. 이러한 때를 놓치지 말고 우리 축산인 모두가 서로 협력하여 축산업의 안정적 발전을 위하여 총매진해야 겠다.

Comparison of the microbial and nutritional quality characteristics in radish sprouts by purchasing time (무 새싹채소의 구매시기에 따른 미생물 및 영양학적 품질특성 비교)

  • This study investigated the microbiological and nutritional characteristics of bimonthly radish sprouts purchased at a local market. The total bacteria and coliform measurements were highest in summer (June and August) and lowest in winter (February and December). The total phenol content was $16.82{\pm}0.69GAEmg/g$, and it did not significantly differ during the investigation period. The total carotenoid contents were highest in February (about $12.81{\pm}0.49$ ${\beta}$-carotene mg/g) and lowest in April (about $8.09{\pm}1.01$ ${\beta}$-carotene mg/g). However although total glucosinolates content differ between the total crude glucosinolate and the sum of the individual glucosinolates, it was highest in December. The individual glucosinolates were found to have been gucoraphenin, glucoerucin, glucobrassicin and gluconasturtiin in radish sprouts via HPLC analysis. The purchasing time of the glucoraphenin content did not significantly differ. The measured glucoerucin was highest in February and lowest in October. The gucobrassicin and gluconasturtiin were higher in summer than in winter, but did not significantly differ. The antioxidant activity (i.e., the $IC_{50}$ values of the DPPH radical scavenging) was highest in February. In conclusion, the microbial contamination, total carotenoids, and antioxidant activity changed according to the purchasing season, but the total phenolic compounds and total glucosinolates were maintained regardless of the time in the radish sprouts.

Telecommunication Service Usage as Predictor of the Timing of Handset Buyers' Replacement Purchases (통신서비스 이용행태 분석을 통한 휴대폰 교체기간 예측)

  • With the explosive growth of mobile products industry, tons of newer versions of products are putting on the market. From the marketer's perspective, understanding consumers' replacement purchases, especially the replacement timing, is essential to product planning and selling. This study presents an approach to finding out factors influencing the timing of buyers' replacement purchases of cell phones, using duration analysis; a hazard function specification is applied to describe consumers' replacement timing decision. Based on the data collected from a mobile telecommunication company, five categories of factors have been inspected. These are consumer's innovative service usage, data service usage, voice service usage, participation in loyalty programs, and the demographic characteristics. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the positive coefficient of 'the number of related services used' suggests that the consumers who have more usage knowledge tend to replace faster. Secondly, customers participating in the membership service are positively associated with early replacement purchases. Lastly, younger customers(vs. older) and male(vs. female) customers turned out to replace cell phones earlier.

  • P2P technology is the concept to share resources efficiently in distributed environments that a lot of research is underway. a lot. In these P2P systems, the server to support the contents-information have less overloads than the composed system as the server to have resources generally. In this paper, we suggest a P2P system to support conveniences to choice time for users that were connected with the information of joint-buying based on social network. Social networks based on co-purchasing information and price alerts using the P2P system is provided by the peer, this relay information is provided by the P2P server.
